They were less expensive than the other bids which made me w little hesitant at first because i went with w lower bid when I needed to fix my car in the Past and when the person did the work, I could tell they were scam artist. But after talking to the gentleman at pinnacle, I was comfortable giving them the business they came out. It didn't take them very long. They did one heckuva job. I asked them know why they were so less expensive than everybody else and he says he buys it bowl but also he doesn't feel like throwing arm and leg in labor when the jobs take that long. They did . Worst service of my life. I hired this company to replace the windshield of my 2019 Audi Q7. i looked at Yelp found 4 reviews of 5 stars so I contacted them, the guy said he can do it today. 2 guys showed up at my home looks like they were in mid twenties When they started they wanted to remove the vipers, it took them at least 10 to 15 minutes to remove only 1 viper the second viper they couldn't remove it after all the effort they couldn't do so what they did was they tied the viper with the string and tied it to the grill so that they can remove the windshield It took them at least 1 hour or 1 and a half hour to remove the windshield i was watching all there efforts also i have a video recording of there working since i have security cameras around my house Once they were able to remove the windshield the main guy told me that whoever installed the windshield they didn't put enough glue in reply i told him I had bought this car new and this is the 1st time the windshield is replaced He replied they didn't do a good job criticizing the Audi company i was shocked to hear his comment Before i hired them i asked him what kind of warranty you will give for replacing the windshield he said air and water will not go inside the car After completing this job he told me not to remove the tape from the windshield and don't take your car to a carwash for next 2 days i said ok no problem I have multiple cars i will not use this car for next 2 days which I didn't After 3 days my wife to took this car to run some errands she had to use a highway front left side windshield receal molding flew off on the highway and the right molding started making noice because both of the front moldings were not secured properly, when she got home i had to put clear tape on the second molding so it wont fly off So I called him and explained him about the situation in reply he said i only gave you the warranty for air and water they won't go inside the car He said i can come and look at the other moulding but i am not responsible for the one which flew off I found out after making call to different places that this is a dealer item dealer price was $82 plus tax So i told him its your responsibility you didn't secure both of the moulding in reply he said i can buy this on ebay for $55 when i check the link the price was $55 plus $85 for shipping. After this incident i checked the windshield vipers since he was able to remove only one viper, the viper that he had installed was not aligned with the other viper There is a space between the windshield and the roof I compared with other cars I didn't find any gap between the windshield and the roof In my opinion this guy worked as a helper for a windshield replacing company after working few months he decided to open his own company, it's better to hire a real professional otherwise will end up paying more There is a phrase YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I made a mistake in hiring this company Pinnacle Auto Glass now i have to buy the front driver side moulding which will cost me around $90 Pay someone to install the right moulding, and remove the left side moulding and to reinstall the left side Fill the gap between the windshield and the roof Uninstall the viper and reinstall it to make it aligned. read more

I escaped with my life and my entire windshield was shattered. I work 2 jobs and was trying to reach out to different windshield repair knowing I couldn't keep affording an Uber. I messaged them at 12 they were at my apartment by 6. They were very efficient and honest above all. Something a female needs when it comes to car repair. I was "fortunate" to have a rock hit my windshield at the frame a few months ago. A small spot turned into a 2' long crack. Finally decided to replace it as I will be selling in the spring. Called Pinnacle and talked to Daniel after providing some info on the vehicle online. Daniel said he had a windshield and could install anytime. I had them come out around 2:00 and he and his assistant were done in 75 minutes. Great job and the cost was very reasonable, compared to the biggest company out there.
