I came in 2 days ago to drop my 2011 E1 50 off for an Auto Glass repair. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I noticed that the window I just paid for which was busted out completely had not been repaired. After a long conversation with someone who seems to be an owner of the business or manager had excepted that their business was at fault and fix the problem at no cost!
