I bought Fred's life rtme warrenty, I spent over a $1000.00 plus lens with everything. Your front desk individual does not want to look up my invoice on your old sytem. I been lied to and I spent a lot of money there. Your service stinks with the new ower. No accountability, she rude, lied and doesn't belong there. I will never got back to your group. I want my invoice for my Fred's, the total cost so I may get another pair, so I have to tell my insurance company that it like pulling teeth. A paying customer no matter how long deserve. I deserve 1st class service. You guys to even make the cut with the lies and no sevice from anyone. I called 3 times each time is a different lie, instead of wasting time she should got this invoice and be done. Who picked this new sytem with out all history of clients. I did technology all of my life and this should of been addressed right off the bat. Your whole group seems like there as no protocol, no customer service structure. Inept. The doctor I dealt with there was ok, but the entire staff beyond him was worthless. From scheduling appointments and billing me, to performing tests, and fitting glasses, the women were terrible at their jobs and for the most not pleasant to deal with. A woman gave me a test, during which I questioned her doing something a certain way. She told me she was doing it right and continued. When the doctor later commented on the odd results he was seeing, I mentioned my concern and guess what, never having even know of this type of test or the apparatus involved, I knew more about how to do it than the technician assigned to operate it did. The doctor did reprimand her about it, but still. I came in to them explaining how the prior place had messed up the focal points of my lens for my last pair of glasses, and sure enough, they did the same thing. They had taken "pictures" in doing a certain test. On getting my eyes examined the next time (somewhere else), I called to get these "pictures" for the doctor to compare. They not only didn't give me the pictures, but told me I had never had any sort of such a test done, so the pictures didn't exist. A flat out blatant lie. I just don't know if it was ineptitude or to cover up their having lost them. If it weren't for this being something a bit serious, it would be laughable how terrible a place this is. read more

I was a customer here who was initially satisfied. I bought two pairs of glasses and both pairs had flaws. I've been working with the staff to have the lenses and frames replaced multiple times, and the owner has now decided not to replace my lens and frames as "every frame is going to have defects, and I should just live with it since I've chosen a clear frame." Umm, that's not appropriate sir. I've never had this kind of issue with an eye doctor and most certainly haven't struggled with getting a clear frame with no scratches or marks on it in the past as I've been wearing glasses for at least 20 years, and have had multiple clear frames. The lenses have been made multiple times and never seem to fit the frame and the latest lenses have "digital markings" on them (which I've never had, and when I pointed this out to the Managing Optician when I picked them up, she told me this was normal, but is replacing my lenses as this isn't normal (when my eye doctor from childhood said it was not), and I've never had markings on my lenses before). When I pointed out that I told her there was markings on the lenses when I picked them up, she denied that she said this, then said she didn't notice it, but then slightly changed her story when I reminded her of what she said initially. All I've repeatedly asked for is a frame that doesn't have scratches or markings on them, and lenses that fit the glasses and don't have symbols and letters on them. As the customer, I deserve that regardless of what it allegedly costs the practice right?!?! Long story short, save yourself the hassle and find a reputable eye doctor and place to buy glasses from. Dr. Kleppinger is the only thing saving the practice. The old adage of taking care of the customer doesn't exist here and as a previous review said in other reviews, the opticians and front office staff are rude. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and save yourself time and energy! read more

You can praise the receptionists all you want. They can be the most competent and sharpest receptionists in the city. You cannot abstain from being disrespectful and insulting, you have no business dealing with people. For example: Lisa. I think she is personal. She is excellent with people who are like her, but nasty toward foreigners. I don't know her life story, but I don't think she would do well with people who are disable, or whom she perceives as disabled either. And she is just plain out disrespectful and condescending. I guess it's not in this woman's nature to show courtesy toward people with different level of intelligence, or with foreigners. Also, I think she is utterly disrespectful toward people whom she assumes don't understand English. read more

He makes you feel so comfortable, listens to you and takes his time. I never feel rushed and he is always on time. Lisa at the front desk is absolutely awesome! Alas, I needed glasses. I read a lot of reviews of eye doctors in the areas and it was totally a mixed bag. Based basically on the location alone, I decided to give this place my business. I had a great experience here. The receptionists were very friendly and I didn't have to wait very long to get into the exam room. While I was waiting, one of the women explained my insurance to me since it was my first time using it and I wasn't sure what was covered. Once in the exam room, an assistant gave me an initial eye exam before the doctor came in. There was quite a wait for the doctor to come in but once he did he was very friendly and informative. Once I had my prescription, another woman helped me pick out my glasses. About one week lady, my glasses came in and they fitted them for me in 5 minutes. I'd recommend them! read more

Dr. K and staff are the best! They got me an emergency appointment for a corneal abrasion and I avoided going to the emergency room- saved a lot of time and money... He is very thorough and I never have to wait too long. I trust him completely. All five members of my family go to Pinnacle Eye Group, even my 2 older kids who live out of state. Also, the service I receive when choosing/ordering/fixing glasses is outstanding. I would never go anywhere else. The staff and doctors were great. The reason for the lower rating was the price of just the lenses. I used my old frames, got a regular set and sunglasses, and even with a discount, it was extremely expensive - over $900. My advice - get your eyes examined and the prescription. Get your prescription and lenses elsewhere. read more

I have been coming here for two years now. I have to say the eye exams are by far the best I have ever had. My reason for giving three stars is because they are so pushy when it comes to buying eye glasses from them. I am a big contacts lens wearer. I did order a years supply from them. However, I wanted to update my glasses cause it had been several years since doing so. I wanted an inexpensive pair just to have on hand just in case. They told me they had packages starting at a $130 so I did look. The girl selling the glasses gave me one pair of glasses to try and said that these were the least expensive she could do with my prescription. The cost of those glasses would have been $277. Much more then I wanted to spend. When I called and asked for my prescription to be faxed they wanted to know if I had looked at glasses there. Again, pushy with the glasses sales. I don't like pushy sales and this has made me decide to do my next eye exam elsewhere. read more
