I called to schedule my very first service appointment after purchasing a certified used vehicle a few months ago. It couldn't have been more easier, the gentleman who helped me over the phone was very courteous and professional. After the call, I received an email confirmation and I later went to Pinnacle Nissan on the day of my appointment. Checking in was superb: as I pulled up into the service bay area, I was immediately greeted by an attendant that confirmed my scheduled appointment, handed the keys to him and proceeded to the waiting area. The service bay waiting area is extremely roomy similar to a large hotel lobby. There is also seating options outdoors as I found the air condition to be super ice cold. The waiting area is generously stocked with complimentary amenities: ice cold full size bottled water, variety of packaged snacks, selection of herbal teas, and hot coffee. Super hospital level clean restrooms. There is also a section reserved for small kids if you happen to bring them along. There are full rows of children's books and a few toys in a corner that offers a degree of privacy while you wait with your kids from the other people waiting there. I was initially told by the attendant upon checking in that my service appointment would take 2 hours however I only waited a little over 1 hour. The service department was very busy so there were already over a dozen people waiting in the large lobby size waiting area. The services performed: oil change, tire inspection, 18 point vehicle inspection, and complementary car wash. The tech that helped me check out with my paperwork was Wes Auer. Hopefully you are lucky enough to get him if you go to Pinnacle Nissan service dept as he is extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. This is my first review of Pinnacle Nissan Service department and the experience was EPIC. There is literally nothing they can do to improve their system. If the 5 star hotel Ritz Carlton went into the auto service business, no doubt they themselves would duplicate exactly the type of system that Pinnacle Peak Nissan already use. Thank you to Wes Auer for turning a simple routine car service experience into a positive EPIC final boss level highlight of the day. Photos do not lie..Since Nathan disputes the severity of this, otherwise he would have not sold this to me, and when I brought it in for service, he obviously thought it was ok to put me back into this NON INSUREABLE UNIT by STATE FARM, but GAINSCO will insure it for $52,000 for 6 month policy? Can anyone tell me why an insurance company would charge a 6 month policy twice the price of the car? Nathan says the car fax is clean.,Everyone, when you buy a used car at Pinnacle of which if you do, make sure you prepare for the absolute best buying experience, until you buy the car and that's when all heck will break loose.. 1) If you ever buy a car, that when you buy your car, and you sign the contract, be prepared for the YoYo Spot delivery scam..This is where finance calls you up and says hey Mike, we have some bad news, and the deal did not go through. So you love your car, and to keep it, we need another $2,000 so we can charge you $700 for a worthless sealant. This sealant does not work in Arizona during the summer as it evaporates and I would know as I do ceramic coatings. Sealants do not work here. They cannot afford ceramic coatings as they have to pay for paint correction first, and why get a sealant when the car has not been protected..It's like putting (whip cream) on HorsePoo. And other miscellaneous charges that go to there bottom Line..Money not well spent, thus why I call this dealership a stealership., Ok well that is nothing compared to the rest of the story..This business should be closed down.. it's not about me, it's about all of us..We are not separate from one another as I believe in my heart we are all God in one collective consciousness. My first new car purchase ever. Walked out of Larry Miller Nissan because they couldn't meet my price, and called Pinnacle. Brian on the phone was great, came out in a suit and shook my hand for a Nissan Versa. Had it pulled up front and washed when I arrived (Larry Miller did not despite my appointment) and I test drove it with Charles the salesman. He was super nice and friendly, and helped me find a really rough road on the test drive to make sure the car was quiet. Got to meet Nismo Nick which was awesome! He was also so friendly and kind, showed me and my parents all the sweet cars he has and helped me meet my price on the little Versa! Robert in Finance was also great, very patient with me being a first time buyer. Only negative was the car was delivered to me with a tire pressure light on, showing all 4 tires low at 25psi when they should be at 33. I did mention it a few times when signing paperwork, and Charles did let the service department know when they looked at it. It was still on when I left the dealership, but I filled them up once I got home. Not a big deal. They have a great team here that seems to enjoy their job, and it clearly shows. The difference in professionalism at this dealership compared to every other one I've been to was shocking. Best first car buying experience I could have expected. read more

I don't think any car dealership, by the nature of what they are, is 5 stars. However, it shocked me that Pinnacle Nissan is only 2 stars. I've dealt with many dealerships in my life and this one is the best one by far. I live 30 mins away from my coparent, so I rely on having a functioning car. I had one with less than 90k miles that ran beautifully... until it completely died one day. I took an uber up to Pinnacle Nissan because they had a couple of cars in my price range that seemed like they would have reliable engines. Not only was the sales rep I worked with incredibly kind, patient, and reasonable as I told him my story and we waited for my uncle to come help me... but he worked with our bottom line to get us a genuinely great rate. Then when I told the loan guy at the end of it all that I had chosen to opt out of the warranty to get it as low as it possibly could be, he called the credit union to renegotiate my rate down enough that I could get the mid-tier warranty without paying any more in my monthly payment. They didn't want me stuck without a car again. I'm so grateful I took that uber 25 minutes north to "deal" with this place. :) read more

After a short while we fell in love with the 2026 Nissan Armada! Ahmad Aldasouqi, the finance manager was amazing to work with as well! He was knowledgeable, respectful and really worked with us so that we felt comfortable but most importantly happy with the purchase. Bought a 2024 Nissan Armada "certified preowned" spent almost 40k on a car and you would think I wouldn't need to spend money on it right away right? The battery stopped working the day after. I called them thinking they would have the courtesy to replace the battery as I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT THE CAR and they said unfortunately it's like buying a house and something might be wrong with it and it's up to us to fix it and he would be glad to sell us a battery. This was my third Nissan Murano purchased from Pinnacle Nissan in the past 10 years, and it will be my last. I bought a new Murano on Black Friday that was delivered with a cut in the rear leather seat, which I reported immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership told me to find my own upholstery shop. Even worse, I was explicitly told during the sale that the vehicle included remote start and climate control functionality, which turned out to be false. Management acknowledged the mistake but blamed me for not verifying features at delivery. My interaction with Cameron Fisher, the Sales General Manager, was particularly disappointing. He told me he would personally call me to explain how this would be resolved. He never did. I was treated poorly for simply asking the dealership to stand behind what they sold. After years of loyalty, I was ignored and dismissed once the deal was done. I will never do business with Pinnacle Nissan again as long as they employ staff who treat customers this way, and I strongly advise others to get everything in writing. read more

I bought my car here one year ago. My complimentary first service went well so I scheduled another one when it was time. THE MOMENT I PULLED IN AND PARKED IN THE SERVICE AREA... A man named Dan approached me and I was treated like a bum. I scheduled an appointment for 5:15pm online through their website the day before at lunch time. So my appointment was on their schedule well over 24 hours... I was able to get my car serviced in RECORD TIME (so if you ever get your car serviced here make sure you go at the end of the day so the service is faster because everyone is rushing to go home and doesn't care about hospitality whatsoever after 4pm)... However the guy, Isaac, who came to tell me about xyz on my car said "yeah you came at the end of the day so we didn't have time to go over thing but here's some papers of what needs to be done and we can't do them now because you came later than normal" I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY COULD HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME TO RESCHEDULE IF IT WAS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM!!!!! Anyway.:: as Isaac is walking me out to charge me $120, he slips in, "oh and we didn't get to wash your car" .....the shop closes at 6. At this time it was 5:45.... Thennnnnn as soon as we walk out of the service waiting area the door is locked behind me and lights turn off like they were waiting on me to get the hell out... while I was waiting in the service waiting area, everyone of the employees (except the sales rep who greeted me with manners) blurted inappropriate comments in the waiting room area not knowing I was there? Then of course once they saw me...they hushed... Over all a terrible experience and DAN at the front of the service desks is probably prejudice. I let Isaac know that it was Dan who initially treated me like dirt and put a bad taste in my mouth. ***Update to the 'owner' response(8/15):Why would the hundreds of us complaining have any faith that this person you are directing us to contact in your cookie-cutter response, will be any different than the ones you already employ? Hire new, competent, non- unconcerned people, and your business might increase ii's profit margin some; as a Berkshire company, ask Mr Buffett if you are unfamiliar with the meaning(that was tongue-in-cheek). This experience my wife and I are going through with your business is not because your people are busy and just making mistakes. No, this is an utter lack of caring, taking pride in their job, and an indifference to the people that come into the dealership. I'll handle this another way - you can try this approach with someone else. I will make this as short as possible, because who likes reading long-winded reviews, right? We 'purchased' a certified armada a week ago. There were some things wrong with it that I was assured were being taken care of(mostly paint blemishes). When I test drove the armada, it seemed okay, but it was dirty, and smelled weird. I was told the paint would be corrected, and it hadn't been detailed yet; it would be detailed and look clean inside and out. Fast-forward to 2-days later, and we had the Armada delivered to our home. I noticed the paint still had places that were not touched up, and the inside still had a smell and didn't look cleaned well at all. My wife is 8-months pregnant and we have 2 little kids, so I took the salesman word(yeah, I know) that it would be made right, and we signed the paperwork and got back to adulting, and parenting. This is the part I need to use less characters than I would prefer. We still don't have assurances that the deal is funded. Our 'salesman', Nic, has stated the deal is funded, he messed up with the email my boss sent in for proof of employment, so the deal wasn't funded right away, but it was now(yesterday). Here's the kicker: my boss sent that email directly to the bank, not some sales guy at pinnacle Nissan. So, not only did he lie about corresponding with my employer, he stated the deal was funded. Not stretched the truth a little bit; he lied. He also stated he would get us in to get the paint fixed that wasn't. Guess what? Yep, excuse after excuse. My finance guy at pinnacle - Micel - has stopped responding to my emails, and nobody at the finance department is responding in any way. The bank called my employer for the third time today, asking for the same information he had told them over the phone, and was in the paperwork he emailed back to them - after the sent him a proof-of-employment form. I am 46-years old, and have purchased/financed dozens of vehicles -- and this is the most amazingly horrific experience I have ever experienced. By a lot. A whole lot. I don't know how I will handle this going forward, again this is a first for both my wife and I. However, I will figure it out. I just wanted other hard-working people to think twice about coming to Pinnacle Nissan. I would never tell someone what to do via a review; but please take what I am saying to heart, and add it to your equation when deciding where you want to purchase your next vehicle. REFUSE ZAKTEK. I asked "Is ZakTek paint protection optional?" because I saw it was added on my contract. Robert and Eddie(finance director) told me "no. it's required to purchase a car at Nissan." Which is funny because the contract clearly states: "YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BUY ANY ADD-ON PRODUCT IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A CAR AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE. You should be aware the products listed above are optional and contain additional benefits, limitations, and exclusions from coverage." So telling me "no, it's not optional, it's required" is by legal definition fraudulent practice and it is illegal. The wax coating does the same shit as Superstar car wash and it's $400 so no thanks. Shove it. REFUSE TO PURCHASE ANY ADD ONS THAT YOU DO NOT WANT. ITS NOT REQUIRED. On the page of your contract that lists all the pricing for the vehicle, read the "additional charges" line. It will say "seller must identify who is paid and describe purpose" meaning they have a legal responsibility to explain any service contracts that are added regardless of whether you read the contract or not, so that you are fully aware of what you are purchasing. If a service contract was added to your contract and you don't want it/don't know what it is or what it's for and were not explained to, IT DOES NOT MATTER that you should've read the contract or that it can be removed. They MUST explain it and not doing so is a contract violation. If you refuse ZakTek Nissan has every right to refuse your sale but they probably won't. Be ready to get up and walk out. Also, if your financing falls through they cannot force you to resign a contract, they can only rescind the original and yes, you are due for your down payment back. GFY Ed :) read more

This has been the WORST customer service experience I have had in my entire life. I was working with Nic since last Tuesday. I was told over the phone by another rep that I can bring my Mustang down and apply towards a Trade- In for my Jeep. I get down there and my Mustang was upside down. I was then offered a 2020 Nissian, l signed ALL of the paperwork and the arrangement was for me to come in the yesterday with $1,600 down. I was SO excited for yesterday and I could not wait to get off of work to get my new car. I called Nic around 9am and he said, " That car was just sold. My co-worker sold it to his sister ". Then he had me sold on an Impala. I spoke to Nic through out the day and he KNEW that I got of work at 6pm and was on my way as soon as I got off!! At 6:07 PM , I sent Nic a screenshot showing my Uber trip to show him that I was on my way. He text me when I almost there and stated ," My manager just sold the Impala". I thought Ashton Kutcher was hiding somewhere to tell me I was getting " Punked". Unless you have time to waste and you like being let down, AVOID these ppl at all cost and I truly hope karma hits those involved with this TERRIBLE experience yesterday! He called on Friday late afternoon telling me he had a Nissan Kicks, how the size was equivalent and gave me a firm out the door price. I told I had made plans to go to a dealership on Sat. Morning that had many vehicles, the options I was looking for and I did not want to waste my time. But he talked me into coming down. I came down to the dealership within an hour of Sam Golden sending me a picture of the car he had in mind for me with an exact out the door no hassle price. When I got there I was told the car had been sold, if it ever existed within the hour it took me to get there. No body called to tell me the original car had been sold. Your Sales people did not listen to what I wanted. They pushed what they want to just to make a sale at any cost and at my expense. He Tried to sell me a grey one which I hated, it was small and it had no spare. I expressed skepticism about the vehicle but he was Very pushy, saying he could find me a white one. I found him condescending throughout the entire process. At one time telling me when I complained about the hassle and time it was taking, "You knew what you were getting yourself into, you've done this before". He didn't stand by the firm out the door quote Max gave me to get me into the store. They Tried to charge me thousands of dollars above what they promised to get me into the store without saying why other than this one was listed at $600 more than the other one but he never said specifically why. I found them to be very slick and they try to wear you down, pretending somehow to have my interests at heart. I found a lack of Integrity....It's all about them and the money. They are coached extremely well and know all of the tricks and lines to use to cause you to second guess yourself and all of the reasons you wanted the vehicle you were originally looking for. I tried to do my due diligence to avoid this kind of a situation. But by Max ignoring why I had initially called him, and what I was specifically looking for, and his deceptive description about the Kicks vs the Equinox I did not get what I was looking for. I was tired exhausted and worn out and down, so I had to fight, haggle, and was confronted with the exact miserable uncomfortable situation I tried to avoid, and Max knows that. So I ended up with a smaller more crampt, 141 horsepower little bug I bang my knees on every time I get in, a vehicle I really actually hate with rather than the nice 175 horsepower more spacious and comfortable vehicle I really wanted and made every attempt to get. I trusted Max, Big Mistake. I gave him my all of my information and desires. I was very precise about what I wanted and I told him why. He knew that. I made it very crystal clear. I guess he wasn't interested in hearing what I wanted. I thought I had taken all precautions to avoid a long drawn-out exhausting battle which resulted in me NOT getting the vehicle I really wanted. I trusted the integrity of your sales team more than they respected me and my needs and desires from the get go. And that is very disappointing and dis heartening from a human regard aspect. Finally of all of the 8 or so dealerships that I reached out to for help in finding the type of vehicle I was looking for, Max is the only one who disrespected me and my wishes. They failed to show me the Window Sticker (Monroney Sticker), so I did not what model I was buying or what it came with. They never gave it to me either which is a violation of the Automobile Information Disclosure Act of 1958, and a violation of the Law. SALEMEN TRIED TO FIGHT US READ CAREFULLY!!!! My father and I decided to buy a used Nissan at first is was good experience with the first guy we had. Randomly a second guy came over and started to take over and ask what where looking for. My father and I ask we just want to see if they had any used Altima for sale the guy kept pushing us saying we need to Buy a new car we said no we want to look at used cars after telling them over 10 times we decided to get up and walk away. The salesman there had a man bun and a beard I can't remember his name but he decided to chase us down and kept saying what I did wrong we said you didn't listen we ask to look at used cars not new. He said he can get a car for us in 10 minutes we said no where good have a good day still chasing us in the parking lot asking what he did wrong until the point we told them we don't want to buy any cars here leaves us alone my dad did say to shove it the cars up his a** after we told him to stop following and to stop talking to us. I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I came in very clear on what I wanted and what worked for my budget. The salesman was polite but seemed confused throughout the process. After test-driving the car, he presented me with numbers that made absolutely no sense--trying to get me to pay $700/month on an $18,000 used car for a six-year term. When I asked to remove dealer add-ons, he said he'd check with his manager, only to return with a "new offer" which was $680, which was still unreasonable. At that point, I told him I had an appointment and would come back another time. Instead of respecting that, he questioned me about where I was going and if it was another dealership, then brought over a manager. The manager immediately became aggressive, raising his voice, standing above me, and saying, "Why did you come then?" When I explained again that I had an appointment, he accused me of lying, saying, "You don't have to lie to me, you're not coming back." This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and extremely uncomfortable especially as a younger woman. They tried to pressure me into terrible loan terms and the manager's attitude was unacceptable. After being a customer of Pinnacle Nissan since 2004 I purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder on 2/16/26. When I took delivery of it there was a screw in the right front tire that was missed by the Service Department Pre-delivery Inspector. Also, the Pathfinder was missing the rear floormat that I paid for and was promised by Blaine Kwasiborski in Sales. Pinnacle Nissan should have given me a new tire but instead they had me come in a week later to get it fixed. I had specific appointment time to fix the flat with the expectation that they would expedite the work due to their pre-delivery inspection failure. I expected that I would be in and out of there in 30 to 60 minutes. After almost 2 hours I approached Billy Ferreri, the Service Manager, to complain and he instantly lost his composure and went ballistic telling me Discount Tire would take three or more hours fix a tire. I felt his statement was an insult to my intelligence and I told him so. Luckily, the fixed Pathfinder showed up a short time later and I left. I am still waiting for the rear floormat with little hope of Blaine keeping his word. read more

It's sad when a once-good dealership devolves into something less than good or even adequate. Their Sales and Service Departments are now staffed by unprofessional time-wasters. The Sales Department ghosts you if you don't buy right after a test drive (even after specifically telling them you weren't going to buy that day), and the "Service" Department keeps you waiting for hours longer than necessary with only a half-hearted "Oh, we're understaffed" excuse afterwards. With plenty of other Nissan dealerships in the Valley, there are many better options for your Nissan sales and servicing needs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. UPDATE: As you can plainly read from the canned "response" below, the dealership has zero interest in addressing any concerns. A typical car salesman can be found here. They get stuck to you like anything and won't leave you even when you want to. We had preferences and even when they didn't have the car, they kept showing us the cars which are beyond our budget or preferences. Their sales pitch was to make us buy a car somehow and especially the one that is priced way higher than we are looking for. The salesman even didn't have any courtesy to let us go after seeing my prego wife even. He kept taking us for 3 different rounds of the car show. And as a matter of fact, he was just roaming without knowing which car exist where. He thought we would buy a car on the way while doing his useless show. One guy (Alison) couldn't convince us so he got another salesman and finally even the store manager (Charles). They even gave a pitch that the car we are looking for doesn't exist. LOL. The best part is very next day manager sent an email to ask me to come back to their dealership saying he wants to give us a deal. But by that time we got another car and luckily it was the car that doesn't exist in the market (As per this dealership manager). I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless you have time to waste or you are used to such a salesman and can deal with them. But I can suggest one-trick - Never get influence by what they say. Be firm on your needs and have clear preferences. read more

What happened today is why EVERYONE dislikes buying cars. This is my 9th new car purchase and I have NEVER had an experience as unpleasant as this. To clarify in advance, this was the finance department's problem and not the sales staff. To keep this short, I said no to the extended warranty at least 14 separate times. During this period, the finance employee (Mark Smith) kept pushing it, asked if I was a mechanic, asked a number of other personal questions, and then began to question my intellect. At that point I walked out and the managament took care of the situation for me. Though their efforts to remedy the situation were recived in good faith by me, I will never, ever, ever, ever, go to that dealership again. I understand that (having worked in the industry when I was younger) finance employees make their money on comissions from exteneded warranties among other things. However, that is NOT an excuse to badger a customer. This interactoin was recorded on Pinnacles video system. I would encourage anyone who would like to, to enquire about it before buying a vehicle from this dealership. The ONLY reason the car was even purchased was because it's a fleet vechicle (not my personal) and managment made an honest effort to remedy the situation. read more

Definitely was not the best experience I have had, considering we are 3 weeks in and I am told to go back up to resign paperwork due to a "mishap" with the finance portion smh mind you it was not my fault what so ever and yes I have great credit, would love to speak with the store manager and district manager of this place because it was absolutely absurd on what I had to deal with and the headache this store put me through today. They switched the bank I was suppose to go through then raised my rate by a quarter which now has rose my monthly payment and made my due date sooner than agreed upon. Terrible. The worst dealer I've dealt with. First, they had zero inventory. Ironic that they blame Covid still when most dealers are doing just fine on stock. Next they try to swindle and pressure you into buying something you don't even know you want. Was told "I had to buy it tonight or else someone will likely take it tomorrow". Erm, this car's been sitting on the lot for a month. I think I'm okay. Finally, "Cowboy", the salesman, is a total slime ball. Be careful of the finance department when they sell you extended warranty, when my titan was out of warranty at 70000 miles, they sold to me an additional 5 years and 100000 miles, I asked clearly if I'm paying for 30000 miles, they stated clearly that I'm adding additional 100000 to the current mileage, I paid, when I needed the warranty I discovered that they cheated me, I'm only buying up to 100000 miles not an additional 100000 miles, so upset with how they cheat clients I also purchased an extended warranty on brand new Arya, the warranty says, engine, transmission and all other gas engine components, however the guy told me verbally that I'm covered, hopefully they are not cheating me I don't recommend dealing or purchasing any additional warranty from this place, they are obviously dishonest, they want to steal your money My recommendation is to record the conversation with those people, and if they are cheating you, you will find a ground to sue them So upset of wasting $8000 in useless warranty read more
