The guy Gil, he has been working at this place for a good 20 years. He was very nice at first when the sales went down, obviously because he's a sales guy. When it came to actually picking up the tile i ordered, i was deceived, tricked, bamboozled, or whatever you want to call it. Please see the pictures uploaded. This is a classic "what i wanted vs what i actually received". What was on display is COMPLETELY different than the item we received. Gil and all the other employees were no help when I complained. When i first noticed, i went back as soon as possible and Gil was not there that day. His own coworkers told me this was not the first time a customer has experienced something like this and came back complaining about Gil lying or tricking customers (seems like they were sick of cleaning up Gil's messes). By the way, Gil told me he was the owner the first day I was there (probably so he can try to sell me more), so i thought he can help make things right. However, he lied about that too!! Turns out he is only the manager who didnt have much authority to even help out. I very much had a right to be angry and when i said i wanted to return it, they said theres a 25% restocking fee and kept pushing me to take store credit even though i bought everything i needed the first day i came here. Why would i want store credit when my remodel was pretty much complete? I ended up keeping the tile because my time was of the essence and i couldnt waste time returning it and buying from somewhere else. ALSO NOTE, I pretty much had to force them to take down the deceitful display tile because I didnt want anyone else to fall victim to their scam like I did. We did our research…read morefirst and shopped a few different companies, but we ended up going with IZ Flooring due to their fabulous reviews and because of how quickly and professionally they responded. First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! He is a General Contractor and can basically do anything you need done from large projects to small. Once he started our job, we were his sole focus and he came every day with his team of guys he has known and worked with for many years. I had a major flood in my house from a pipe leak in the bathroom which required a total gutting and remodeling of my bathroom, new luxury plank flooring throughout the entire house, installation of 2 new French doors and then painting of the entire house. My bathroom is amazing - I turned a tub into a walk in shower and picked some challenging tiles to work with - 3 D for the shower and mosaic for the shower floor. The bathroom is gorgeous! Then it was on to removing the water damaged old wood flooring in the entire house and replacing it with LVP floors which looks fantastic. Other contractors told us we would have to move all our furniture and ourselves out for about a month at a significant cost to do this work but David said he would move our furniture from room allowing us to stay in our house. This was a lot of work for David and crew who carefully moved our furniture and "stuff" from room to room and putting everything back where it was originally. One of the most important things about David is his desire to please the customer. If you are not absolutely happy with something, he will work to make it perfect. His job satisfaction comes from the customer's happiness with the project. I cannot recommend David Gonzales enough and his professional and courteous crew.

She was super helpful when choosing the countertops (we went with quartzite) and hardwood coloring. We really appreciated her ability to maximize the storage in our kitchen. We previously had a soffit and cabinets that didn't go all the way to the ceiling so we missed out on valuable storage. We now have more storage than we need. The result was standing water on the floor. The only way to deal with this problem was to squeegee and dry the entire shower every time it was used.
