The first thing I noticed when I opened the front door was that it smells like a spa - very inviting. I had an appointment with Adrian. The first thing I noticed is how kind and friendly he was. He took me to his studio and spent some time talking with me and learning about any issues I was having with my body. He had also read the information in my online questionnaire. He made notes of our conversation and explained the process to me. He stepped outside while I got undressed and got on the massage table. While I was getting ready for my massage, I looked around. His studio was immaculate and very welcoming. He went to work on the areas of my body that we discussed. His skills are awesome and he makes you feel very relaxed while he is working. Afterwards, I felt amazing. He is kind, personable, a good listener, and an excellent massage therapist.

I felt calm, relaxed and comfortable (which is hard at this point in pregnancy) during the entire massage and my body was very relaxed after as well. Marisa did a great job checking in with me at points throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable as it can be difficult to lay in different positions when pregnant. One of my favorite things here is the private mineral soak. They have different rooms inspired by the chakras, so you can reserve your own private room and simply soak, relax, and disconnect for a while. They also have an outdoor soaking area that you can reserve with friends, bring your own food, and spend an hour or two relaxing together (no alcohol). There are also many different treatments and packages, so you can choose how much--or how little--you want to do. I tried the roller table, where you lie down for about 30 minutes while a gentle roller moves along your body. Very simple, but incredibly relaxing. I also did the chakra light experience, which combines the lights with music aligned with the different chakra vibrations. I became so relaxed listening to the music that I almost fell asleep! And then there was my massage with Camille. Her touch was absolutely magical and restorative. I left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. They also offer an infrared sauna and several other treatments, and you can combine different experiences into packages depending on what you enjoy and how much time you want to spend there. This place has such a peaceful, unique atmosphere, and I highly recommend checking it out--whether you just want a private mineral soak or want to make a whole self-care day out of it. We checked in and I was called back by Karla almost immediately for my 50 minute signature massage. Karla was very friendly, kept my robe warm while she worked her magic on my knots. I felt like melted butter when I retired to the tranquility room. I was surprised to see how busy it was for a Monday afternoon, but happy to see they steadily busy. We took advantage of the steam room, snacks, tea and a few amenities before calling it a day and returning to our families. Thank you Karla and to my bestie for such a sweet birthday gift. We'll see you again in August to celebrate my bestie's birthday. Tip: They offer a local discount if you go during the week. I don't believe they offer it on Fridays, but do call ahead to confirm.

The last time I visited was in 2024, so I'm not sure how new the chairs are but they definitely have new gravity chairs in the relaxation room. At first glance I was disappointed to see the previous deep egg-shaped chairs gone (I liked the privacy they provided from their depth), but within 5 minutes of laying in the new chairs I was already trying to maximize the amount of time I would let myself lay there! The massage features of these chairs are amazing and unlike any of the pokey/stabby massage chairs you might normally think of. The staff were lovely and the food and drinks were delightful. I will say, be careful about any receipts you sign during your visit for food and drink, they apply an auto-gratuity (which is fine), but still leave a large empty tip line, so it's easy to double-tip if you don't notice. They will ask again when you check out of the spa if you would like to leave an additional tip, so you may even triple-tip on accident. Note: The staff and spa are wonderful and deserve the tip, I am just speaking from a smart consumer stand point.

We both got 60min Swedish massages and a scalp massage add on. The massages were great, no complaints there! We like to go early to enjoy the amenities and we enjoyed the hot tub area which was only for 21+ but the rest of the pool/hot tub areas were extremely loud with children. It was not at all a relaxing atmosphere with the screaming kids and getting splashed by them doing cannonballs into the pool. The locker area, salt and relaxing room were not as nice as Spa Toscana either. They also do not accept Spa Finder gift cards which is what we usually use for our spa trips as well. Not a bad experience and a good second option but we prefer the Peppermill!

There is plenty of parking, and they text you the door code in case it is locked. It is very easy to book a session on the app. However, there is no option to add the guest without them paying. Pahco was very quick and responsive to my email regarding this situation. He stated we can just text or email them when we bring a guest until they switch over to the new app. The first time I came in, it was confusing where to find their place, but Jessica was kind enough to show us. Once inside, Jessica/Pahco greets you and made me feel very welcomed. There are lockers, two changing areas, and two showers available. They have small towels to sit on when in the sauna and slippers. I wish they have towels in the future because I would like the option of not bringing so much stuff with me. There is an open shower for quick rinses before you get into the sauna and cold plunges. There are timers in the sauna and in the cold plunge areas so you know how long you are there for. I like how hot the sauna gets which is more than other places in town. The cold plunge has two options of 40 or 52 degrees Fahrenheit. I have been able to slowly work my way up to 3 minutes in the cold plunge and it feels very nice after the sauna. While resting in the lounge area, there are motivation books to read and water/tea. They also recommend bringing your own water. It would be nice if they had available light snacks like trail mix or flavored water like other spa/saunas in town. When you are finished with your 2-hour session, it is nice to shower, but only one of the two private showers have towels. There is only one toilet. Overall, I am glad I got to experience the contrast therapy because it has helped a lot with my back and nerve pain after 3 sessions. I look forward to seeing their business grow so more people get to have this experience and see the benefits. It is good place to relax after a work week.
