For the day of installation, I arranged to have the blinds picked up from Home Depot. I was informed by dispatch that my blinds would be installed between 8 and 12 pm. Much to my surprise, I was contacted by installer Miguel A. before 8 am. He arrived with the blinds, and quickly installed them. He was professional, pleasant and answered all of my questions. So impressed with Pinnacle and their timeframe when it came to getting an appt and very flexible. However, most impressed with Omar and Mauncio. They came in to compete a job that was started and when they arrived the blinds were not here. Home Depot had messed up. Omar and Mauncio jumped into action. Tracked the blinds and left and went and picked them up theirselves and came back and finish the job. The blinds look great and they were both curtious and professional and tidy. I had a couple of problems with my first installation but Pinnacle offered to take care of some damage to a plaster windowsill immediately and 2 more workers out to replace a blind today. Gerry and Miguel were very friendly and helpful and professional and made sure the job was done right! Assuming Pinnacle follows through and covers the cost for the damage to the plaster, I'll be giving them a fifth star when that happens! ZERO, not one star. I'm not sure I've ever seen so many bad reviews for a company. Well...I'm their latest victim. No show for a measurement appointment. I was told they would be there between 11-2pm. I set aside my day to make sure I was there during those hours. At 1:55pm, I got the impression they weren't coming. I didn't received a courtesy call to inform me their employee was running late...or even coming. I called them and was on hold for 15 min before being told he was, miraculously, on his way. Yeah, no thanks. Apparently they have so much business that they can treat people this way. This company is contracted out by Home Depot and Costco. Costco is a first class company and maybe they need to know how a company they are referring is conducting business. Totally unacceptable! ...And the owner thinks he should take negative Yelp reviews with a grain of salt. There's nothing more to this story. I'm an honest person and this is an honest review. You really should be more respectful of peoples time and be concerned with, not ignore, all the negative reviews. Update: Appreciate your quick response and explanation. Had someone called me earlier in the day to explain the sick call and increased work load, I could have rearranged my day and would have been fine with that. I'm a reasonable person. I ordered my blinds at home depot and just got them installed . Very happy with my installers (Freddy and Ricardo....they get 5 stars! They got 18 blinds in my brand new home installed in about 60-90 minutes). Unfortunately home depot dropped the ball and forgot to put in one window measurement and so now i gotta wait another month to get one more installed. First it took a long time to get an appointment to get my window measurements and the first guy didn't show up during their 3 hour window! after waiting another extra hour i gave up and rescheduled and was i squeezed in on a Saturday the following week. This guy (Eddie i think) was great! Then I waited 2 more weeks for blinds to come in...and then another 2 weeks to get an appt for installation. i just wish there was more availability when it comes to getting your appointments for measurements and for installation. Because of home depot now i have to wait another month to get my last set installed....so this whole process is going to take 2.5months. I wanted to replace our blinds for our other home...but not sure if I'll use Home Depot again. read more

I've been waiting all morning for installation to show up. I finally started calling pinnacle and the phone rang and rang and then disconnected. I tried calling again and used a different extension. I was disconnected. I tried one more time and got a message that I'd called during their lunch hour then disconnect. No voice mail. I sense a problem. Unfortunately, they already have my money. They showed up. After my review I was contacted by pinnacle that the installers would be about 1 hour late. I got a call from installers. They were very nice and said they would be here in 10 minutes. They did an excellent job. They washed their hands before touching the Romain blinds and had to go 15' on ladder to install. Looks great Thank you Mauricio and Pomar. I give them 5 stars. I tried to give them a tip but they wouldn't take it. Pinnacle office - eh. They need to stagger their lunches and have better communication. They would have known this morning that this would run late. They are lucky to have those installers. read more

Miguel arrived bright and early at 7:30 a.m. he called this morning to let me know what time he planned on arriving and was very prompt. He was friendly, professional, there was a little bit of issue with the blades being too long and he ordered new blades and would return to finish the job at another date.
