We love the new retractable screen door Memo installed for us. Very smooth closing and matches perfectly with our front door. The installer Memo was very professional and explained all the features. I had one issue with the company, I was quoted a price over the phone and set up an appointment to have my opening measured. When he wrote up the estimate it was $100.00 more. I explained the phone quote and he said that price was the "summer special" and no longer available. I called Apollo and was told they would call me back, which they never did. Memo took $50.00 off the estimate and we decided to make the purchase. I think Apollo should have honor the quote given over the phone. read more

They were prompt in getting someone out to take measurements and a week later I had retractable double door screens for my front door. They look amazing. Hanging out your Christmas lights can be fun; but the planning, running wires, and climbing the ladders are no fun especially when time is short and work is hectic. A quick search on my favorite Yelp bought up a list of companies and people that offer services such as hanging up your lights (you own the lights and the risk of a noninsured person hanging up your lights), and then there was HisClear that offered a rental option. It was amazing, from the minute I called in, there was a prompt response to my customer service call. Got called in by the GM of the area, Memo who was very responsive and gave me detailed information. They would come out and access my requirements to give me a quote. Memo showed up on time, took a walk around, and took time to understand what I wanted. Showed me their offerings - did a design of the house on the spot on his computer to show me what the end outcome would look like. I was looking for something simple but elegant. Absolutely amazing, they provide all the design, lighting, wires, and wi-fi switches, setting it up and hanging out the lights including after the season to take down everything and store it if needed next year again. We agreed on a design, signed and that was that simple. The team showed up promptly as promised (they even squeezed me in earlier than promised). I left for work and when I returned everything was up - instructions on use and how to work the wi-fi switch. It was an absolutely amazing experience with this company. They offer auto retractable shades and door screens; I haven't experienced any of these offerings and will definitely use them for this and for lighting again. So, I researched different companies and came across this co. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate; that visit was free. They were to provide an email of the quote but there was a typo on their part, so I had to call them to follow-up. Once that was clarified, I received my quote right away. Purchased a retractable screen for our french doors. This one star is not for the quality of the screen but the fact that we specifically told the salesman we needed the screen to keep the cat in. He told us no problem and we paid over $785 for the screen and installation. The installer hadn't even backed out of the driveway when the cat popped open the screen. I called and they told me I would need a lock for it called a "french door kit". So 2 days later they came back out and installed the lock (additional $75). Again, the installer wasn't gone for more than 5 minutes when the cat just shoved his head under the screen and walked out. Extremely disappointed that they lied to me and I spent so much money on a useless screen. So beware anyone with pets, these screens do not in any way keep your pets in or anything out for that matter, any vermin or bug can just crawl under the screen. There is a track they screw to your threshold and the screen material loosely fits in the track and almost always it not inside the track at all unless I physically place it there but any strong wind or even hosing the patio causes it to come out. I can't remove it either because they have screwed nails into the threshold and frame so I would have to replace all of it. read more
