What a discovery! A gem in Louisville that you would expect in a major US city like LA or Chicago, right here in Kentucky! This pastry shop completely redefines what a bakery can be. Don't expect typical croissants or standard fare - everything here is unique and creative. Every dessert is one-of-a-kind, showcasing such creativity. The variety is impressive, and the attention to detail in each pastry is remarkable. Every dessert was absolutely delicious, and what made it so exciting was how each one offered something unexpected. The texture and flavor combinations were genuinely surprising - each bite was a delightful adventure. The textures were expertly executed and unlike anything you'd find elsewhere, with surprising elements that revealed new layers of taste--crunch, crisp, mousse, creams, fruit and nuts, all used to create a surprising impact that went beyond flavor. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The ambience managed to combine homey comfort with a touch of whimsy. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience something truly original! We tore into everything before thinking to get photos Next time!

Pinnamell Sweets is my place to go for desserts and cakes! Recently I asked Leydis to design a red velvet cake for my husband's birthday. We couldn't be happier! Our guests were blown away! They didn't even believe the cake was real! Thanks so much!

If you're looking for beautifully crafted and delicious desserts, this is the place to go. The place is a feast for your eyes as well as your stomach. The ladies behind the counter are excellent and very helpful. The desserts are reasonably priced. This place is inside Shiraz cafe, before I forget they do charge CC Fee.

My boss surprised me with sweets for my birthday! These desserts are first class. I had the red velvet cake, caramel eclair & the crème brûlée. All very fresh & tasty. The presentation was top notch. It's located inside Shiraz & lots of choices. This is going to be my sweet treat go to from now on!

This is a great place to get some good-looking elegant desserts for a party, or just a treat for yourself.

We got an eclair and a mousse cake. Both were decadent and delicious! It is actually inside Shiraz restaurant so you have to know but my goodness! It is definitely worth looking for!! Prices are from $1.50 for a macaroon to around $6 for a personal cake. Sooooo worth it!

A friend said I'm going to this dessert place, located inside the Shiraz restaurant at the Holiday Manor Shopping Center off Brownsboro Rd. I told him to grab me something. Anything. He brings over a chocolate cake bar (The Best), a coconut pineapple mousse chocolate cup (shaped like a tiki drink - mind blowing) and lemon/key lime tart (that's rings bells). All were amazing! 5 Star restaurant quality. I've been there three times in the past two weeks... getting different desserts for friends and family to try. Everything is made there daily.

If you visit Louisville and don't stop here for a bite to eat, I feel sorry for your taste buds and…read morebelly. All of the reviews about the Danwich are TRUE! True people! Because it was bigger than my head (ok, maybe this is a slight exaggeration but not by much) i had to disassemble it to eat it in stages. First off were the waffle fries and I found them to be tasty, crunch and fluffy in all the right spots. Once the taters were off I cut that biggie baby in 8 'Oh My Danwich' slices. Y'all, I rarely find myself at a loss for words, even my high dollar, 10 letter ones, but I can't fill this space with all the adjectives I would want in describing this sanwich that would make you want breakfast for every meal. The sausage had that savory salty pork taste that makes you happy you're not a vegetarian with an egg slice that was fluffier than my German Shepherd's downy fur. The cheese even had a nice pull with the topper being their chive aioli. And that sandwich was just the beginning because I also ordered a Strawberry Cruffin, Bourbon Peach hand pie and a raspberry Danish to have as late night snacks. The handpie didn't do it for me. The peaches lacked flavor that I found myself asking bestie if she wanted it because I was jiat going to toss in the trash after just 2 bites. The strawberry mascarpone cream in the cruffin was silky smooth and berrylicious with the croissant being flaky and fluffy. It was almost like a sweet and savory after school snack. The kind of bakery item that keeps you coming back for more. And more. And the piece de resistance was the raspberry Danish. I've lived my 61 years learning to never turn down raspberry anything and today, my raspberry research paid off. One hundred percent tenfold. Even though the glaze drizzle was super sweet, the flaky danish offset it with that light crunch but fluffy innards. Y'all, with each bite I just fell more in love. The Danish was so good that when I came to my last bite not only was I sad that it would soon be gone but I wanted to cry. Cry y'all. Over a Danish! Yes, do it. You only live once. Order the Danwich & the Danish. You won't be sorry. You can pay me in Butchertown gift cards. Or Bourbon. Hubby's brother lives across the Ohio so, next time he goes to visit them I'm going with him. Just so I can drive over here and try their lunch items and grab more danishes. The folks were super friendly, the place both clean and quiet. Which, kinda surprised me because the food is so good I couldn't understand why there weren't lines around the block. That changed the longer we dined in as folks just started roaming in. I said to my friend that the Louisville folk must get started late in the day.

The amount of variety on the menu was pretty nice, looks like there's something here for most people. I had the Cobb Salad and was happy with the amount of colorful vegetables and toppings on my plate. It comes with mixed greens (glad to see more salads with mixed greens instead of romaine), roasted chicken, nice crispy bacon, a hardboiled egg, blue cheese, black olives, tomato, avocado and a good amount of dressing. It tastes very fresh and is a decent portion size, but in terms of flavor there wasn't much going on. It tastes like "greens" and that's kinda it. I don't know what the cause is, like it's seasoned but I just didn't get much flavor. Perhaps my pallet prefers stronger flavors over lighter ones, so take this with a grain of salt (figuratively, or maybe literally). If you're in the area, check em out.
