We stopped in here to grab a great coffee drink and relax for a while. There are some cozy seating spots. Staff are always friendly and helpful with prepping orders and lines move fast when the customers arrive in droves. There is free parking available in front of the store.

Please and Thank you has an assortment of baked goods and cold and hot drinks. I swing by for a Mexi hot chocolate! It was yummy and very warm to my insides on this windy chilly day. The employees were very happy to be at work lol

HONEY BOY LATTE & OATMEAL CREAM PIE
    Kayla F.

I had the honey boy and the oatmeal cream pie. Both were perfectly flavored. The coffee was frothy with the perfect amount of sweetness. The oatmeal cream pie was light and creamy. Honestly, one of the best I've had. I typically can't handle too much sugar, this nailed balance.

Each time we go to Please and Thank You, the coffee is consistently good. The thing we always remember is the cookies though! Service and atmosphere were pretty cool too.

Please and Thank You was a great spot for a little treat when walking around the charming NuLu neighborhood of Louisville. My iced coffee and my husband's tasty pastry were excellent. They serve a delicious derby bar that successfully scratched the dessert itch! Staff was fun and upbeat, and service was speedy. I enjoyed the ambiance in a place that felt so warm and welcoming. People were working on laptops in the space that played great music, but not at a volume that did not foster concentration and conversation. Our window seats afforded us a look outside as locals went about their day.

Not pictured: a matcha latte The sweet treats were delicious, although I thought the prices were a little steep. I would love to try more of their treats next time I'm in town! And there's great gluten free options if that's something you're interested in. The matcha latte was not pre sweetened which is fine, but the matcha itself was a bit bland and not the highest quality, so it definitely couldn't benefited from a sugary boost. Would overall recommend for dessert, but not for drinks.

    CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
    Zohabe B.

I had heard such great things about PTY and was excited to try the coffee. They told me that the chocolate chip cookie was their specialty and I can confirm it was delicious. Gooey and chocolatey with a good brown butter flavor. The coffee, however was gross. The Iced latte had an off putting artificial sweetness to it and the espresso itself tasted like diluted drip coffee. It was also weirdly acidic. I had such high hopes and was sadly let down.

This place is a good spot to grab a quick treat! The peanut butter cookies were delicious (chewy, moist, and an amazing peanut butter flavor), but there wasn't enough icing on it to be a cream pie in my opinion. The matcha was pretty good, but I wish they had more sweetener options than self serve simple syrup. The interior is cute with black and white consistently chic branding throughout the space, and the baristas were friendly and quick. It does feel like you're paying a little more for the branding than the flavor, but I might change my mind if I tried other cookies on the menu!

It's a great spot to grab coffee and relax. I came here on a lazy Friday afternoon. The service was excellent and the staff is very nice.

5 star cookies We ordered a bag of chocolate chip cookies and they were still warm and gooey. There was a long line to wait but the cookies were worth it. I also ordered a Mexican hot chocolate. It was not hot and tasted watered down. So I was not a fan of the drink.

Daaamn. Picking a hotel across the street was a bad call because chocolate chip cookies beckoned to me night and day, and day and night, through my entire stay in Nulu! I spotted it pulling up to the hotel, and I def contemplated walking straight over and checking in later. I did the civilized thing and got settled before making a bee line and getting my hands on the best chocolate chip cookie in America! I loved that they have a coffee and cookie deal for $5, all the time. It was exactly what I needed after starting my day at 3am PST. The cookie hit all the marks for me. Texture. Chew/crunch, chocolate chunk vs chip, aroma, salt and a few others. The only one I wanted was fresher, and a bit warm. Ok. Before you come at me. The cookie was fresh. I just want fresh out the oven here, and for that I need to time it better aka not the end of the day! The house coffee blend was solid too. The employee was also super cool, recognizing my exhaustion, let me have a bit more after I slammed the first cup! I got a little work done too, which was much needed. A fantastic start to my visit and worth the hype.

First off, purple if my favorite color so I am in love with the exterior and even more in love with the inside decor. It's witch heaven if there is such a thing. Every inch is decorated perfectly....loved the vibe. It was packed when we went in, not a seat to be had. Looks like a cool place to chill reading a book or meet up with friends. There was one person working and however you are....youre a badass!!!!! You were rocking it today. So friendly and patient with it being our first time. Thank you for your patience. They have Summerween Specials right now which were amazing. I chose the Stevie Nicks which was a white chocolate and cherry latte topped with cheesecake, foam crushed graham crackers and a cherry. It was perfection. The perfect balance of coffee flavor and not too sweet for me. My daughter ordered the Marshmallow Inferno Cold Brew which was absolutely beautiful. It's a dark chocolate cold brew with marshmallow cold foam, crushed graham crackers and a toasted marshmallow. We also ordered a cheese danish which was very very tasty. We will most definitely be back.

I don't know how they managed that, but I love it! As soon as you walk through the door, you feel like you've stepped into a completely different place. The whole inside is decorated with creepy, haunted, witchy stuff--witch portraits, creepy dolls, weird lighting, themed chairs... honestly, there's something to look at everywhere you turn. And I love a place that commits to a theme! But obviously, none of that matters if the coffee isn't good. I got the toasted marshmallow cold brew, but I had them leave out the chocolate because I don't like chocolate in my coffee. It was SO good. It came with a huge toasted marshmallow on top, which looked really cool, although I will say it was a little awkward to actually drink with a whole marshmallow sitting on there . I think it would be even better if they scored it or cut it in half and toasted it a little more. And then I got the cheese danish... OH MY GOD. I honestly think this might be the best cheese danish I've ever had. It was seriously that good. The lady working the counter was super nice and recommended the cold brew, and she nailed it. It got pretty busy while we were there, but I totally understand why. This is the kind of place I could sit and hang out for a long time. Definitely check it out if you're in Louisville, especially if you like your coffee with a side of creepy.
