Ordered a steak , onion, cheese. I like the quality other flat steak, they toast the roll, grill the onions and abundant onions ,They melt the provolone . A bit pricey for sub at 16.35 with the add on of onions to the 14.50 steak and cheese. Need to drop prices a bit as inflation prices need to adjust back down . 4.75 for pizza slice ; but no one shy buying and thick crust style and many options . I consider this one of my best steak and cheese spots as steak isn't chopped up. read more

Still have a great slice that is somewhat "affordable" at $5 a slice for the square slice. A few tables are available and the staff are friendly. All pizza slices are served on paper plates and they have red pepper and parm available at the counter to add to any slice! They take card but as usual, cash is highly preferred! read more

The location is sort of tight, so the ambiance is really a get in, and get out type of vibe. Which is absolutely fine, I just want to go in, and get my grandma slice to go. As a Jersey girl, I've always struggled to find good pizza in the Boston area. I think the reason I like Pinocchios is that they don't try to perfect the New York slice. Their pizza feels like something totally different, with the square slices and the thick crust. This time, I ordered the sausage and chicken pesto. I was a bit underwhelmed by the sausage because they were stingy with the toppings. The chicken pesto had a really nice flavor, but again, very little chicken. Still, the slices were quite delicious. However, they really could have warmed up the pizza a bit more, as they turned out just above room temperature. The service here is very fast, so this place is perfect if you're looking for something on the go. It's a casual spot with some seating, but it's really nothing fancy. Tonight I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The owner is completely cruel and disrespectful I will never buy anything from this place again. I have been a customer for a few years now and I drive all the way from Foxboro for this pizza because the food has always been good. Tonight my husband accidentally placed the wrong order of pizza I wanted and I never thought I would end up crying shaking after leaving. I went inside to try to correct the mistake my husband made and the owner told me to leave the food there and contact Uber Eats for the refund. So that's what I did I stayed outside and chatted 30 minutes with them trying to get the refund so I can place the correct order and pay for it since I drove all the way to Cambridge. When Uber Eats called the restaurant the owner refused to refund me even though I do not take the food. I think that's stealing because when I went back and ask him why he's not refunding me so I can place the new order he said no you left it here. I only did what he asked and then he pretended he didn't know who I was that I left it I lost the order and my money. I am five months pregnant had been waiting a long time for this order and to correct it and he yelled at me Infront of all his staff to leave that he wasn't going to remake anything and he didn't care. He made a rude hand gesture and basically ignored me and actually left the restaurant got in his car. Of course I left the restaurant because the people who work said he was the owner and only he could do anything about it. In tears outside I asked him what I was supposed to do I didn't have the food I payed for or a refund. He told me he never met a customer like me insulted me and drove away. In my life I have never seen service like this so cruel. All I have to stay the food is not the problem here it's the owner and I want to say thank you to the kind staff worker who saw me crying in the street and came out gave me a water and said he would make the correct pizza for me. The owner is inhumane and treats his workers with disrespect he literally looked at them in a threatening way when I told him there were four other employees who saw I left the unwanted food. They couldn't even talk infront of him he is rude to everyone. I hope god blesses the man who came out and helped me. The owner basically robbed me not that I care about loosing $30 the way I was treated was unacceptable and no one should be treated like that I was honest and even left the food he was just stealing food and money and on top of that pretending like he didn't know what I was talking about. Had no consideration that I'm pregnant and how much he upset me. I hope no one else goes through that at this place and like I said this is not about the food it's about the disrespect and lack of compassion. I will miss my favorite pizza place but I won't support a business owner who was so cruel over a mistake. I had every intention of buying my food I just wanted to fix a mistake.
