My wife needs to avoid gluten and the waitress was happy to let us know that they are able to make any of the pasta dishes gluten free! My wife had the Chicken Alfredo and Vinny whipped up a dish especially for her. The pasta was good, the chicken was good but the sauce left something to be desired. Overall, we'll probably try this place again but we're not rushing to go back. Our experience was a 3 but it feels like this place should be a 4.

It was packed with a ton of clams, and was perfectly hearty without being heavy. We opted to share the fallen apple pizza, which was the perfect choice. The dough was pillowy and light, and the toppings delicious. I would have liked more apple slices, as it didn't seem like they were very prominent, and for the balsamic drizzle to be more uniform, but overall it was a solid pizza. I took leftover pizza home, and my husband enjoyed it for dinner. We heated it up in the air fryer and that was the way to go. While it was a little noisy in the restaurant, mainly due to a large group seated next to us, we still had a good experience, and the booth seating was comfy. However, it was sooooo slow. From the moment we were seated it probably took about 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. Then it took the same before our drinks were brought and they finally took our order. Nearly 1 hour after we sat some of our pizza finally came. The calzone took an extra 15 minutes. During the wait we did not get an update or any notice from the one or two staff members. When the food eventually came out it was still missing things. When we placed the order we asked for marinara and ranch. Neither came out with the pizza and we had to ask 4 times before it was finally brought to our table. Not to mention, we only asked for 1 marinara and they brought 2 that were half full and charged us for 2.... Some of the pizza options were fun and creative but the service and speed was a huge letdown. It is sad to see another place in Sonora go out of business but this place did basically everything wrong.

It can be a tad loud if it is a busy time of day so for the hearing impaired that could be a challenge but ask if you could sit on the wine side , it is a little quieter. 90% of the time we have GREAT service but on occasion we have had to flag down server for help or to pay . But don't let that small chance deter you , the food will not disappoint.

However, I Visited on Mother's Day with my daughter and sister and had a completely different experience. I have a gluten allergy, one daughter has gluten sensitivity, and my other daughter has celiac disease. We informed our waitress that we needed gluten-free options and were told they were out of gluten-free buns but had gluten-free sourdough. After double-checking, the chef confirmed it was gluten-free. Something didn't seem right, so we asked to see the packaging. Wheat was listed as an ingredient. Thankfully, we caught the mistake before eating it. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, two of the gluten-free meals were still served with gluten-containing items, including a flour tortilla and the same bread we'd already identified as not gluten-free. The food itself was actually delicious, and I wish I could leave a more positive review based on that alone. However, for anyone with celiac disease, a gluten allergy, or a serious gluten sensitivity, accurate ingredient information is not optional--it's a health and safety issue. The repeated errors from both the kitchen and serving staff were extremely disappointing and left me with little confidence in their ability to safely accommodate gluten-free guests.

Interesting for me seeing as I had been standing there for a few minutes before they entered the restaurant, while servers walked passed me & those near the bar area made eye contact and went back to their duties. Another couple then came into the restaurant and were waiting beside me to be seated, a different server emerged and started walking towards us, she then asked if I had already been helped and got me seated at a table and got menus & drinks while I waited for my friend to arrive. Once she arrived our server got her drink order and checked to see if we need anything while we look over the menu. We noticed they have an updated menu with all the same favorites. My friend ordered the Angel Hair Pasta w/ Italian Sausage with a cup of soup to start, and I ordered the Garlic Roasted Ribeye with Jalapeno Cheddar Mashed Potatoes & Seasonal Veggies with a house salad to start. The food was good not quite as good as I had anticipated. My friends pasta was over sauced, too much sauce for the amount of pasta. My steak had too much demi glaze on it; I did wipe most of it off and I will order it on the side next time. My steak was cooked slightly under what I requested but still good. I don't know if it is part of the cooperative or just a contracted arrangement. I contacted them because I wanted a whole beef tenderloin for Thanksgiving. The market had me call the slaughterhouse directly and talk with the purveyor directly. My tenderloin came from animal processed just before Thanksgiving and delivered to the market in Jamestown for me to pick up. They also will process your game if you are a hunter. They also make their own sausages which are very good. I was told that a fair amount of customers want prime rib for the holiday season. They have a special additional refrigerator in back they use for the holidays. The storefront was clean and orderly. The gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. What a great find!

They post their daily menu to Instagram so I already had a list of what I wanted, but it all looked SO GOOD so we left with much more than originally planned. Bagels: the BEST and I mean BEST sourdough bagels that I've ever had. When others make them a lot of times they turn out too dense, but these were perfectly puffed on the outside, a little tangy, and chewy when you rip into the bite. YUM! Today they had cheddar, plain, and everything. Classic Sourdough: perfectly cooked, perfectly chewy. I've had the cheddar-jalapeño before and it had a great flavor but that loaf was a little too chewy for me. The classic hits just right. They also have flavors like apple cinnamon, garlic, and gouda rosemary... just to name a few. AND they have some gluten-free if that's what you're into or need. It's coming fresh out of the oven regularly. Cookies: don't sleep on the sourdough cookies! They're perfectly chewy, large, and so flavorful. The molasses are my favorite but honorable mentions include snickerdoodle, peanut butter, and chocolate chip. They also have an assortment of cakes - we opted for a huge slice of carrot cake that was a "small" - and desserts. We bought a hoodie, hat, and t-shirt for my daughter's birthday, and she has been wearing them every single day since. The quality is incredible! I mean really. These are not cheaply made pieces.
