This place is pretty dope. It can turn anyone into an artist. Who even knew I could paint at all, let alone make a complicated thing come to life! I went with a group of about 10 people. All 10 pieces turned out great (although as with any group, someone was ready to burn hers, of course) and I know that at least I hung mine on the wall for the Halloween season. I've got a Christmas one booked already, and I have every confidence that they will walk me through with such simplicity that it will also turn out great. You can't mess it up - it's art! read more

Our family has been here twice now and loved both times! I like that both times as well, we were able to be taken care of and taught by the same team Kaylee and Brandon. These two are amazing and have great report with guests and each other. They work well together to make the experience fun and worth the time and price. This time, we went in for my daughter's birthday. She turned 10 and they had the whole class sing her Happy Birthday which just made her whole day! We will be back! read more

We had 6 people that we brought in to take and paint. Website and Google showed open, so we drove there and entered the business. No one seemed to be working as we yelled our "HELLO!" After several minutes a woman came out to rudely say "we're closed." Lock the door and change your sites if you don't want the business. We will not be back. I recently visited this location for a painting evening with friends. We had a nice time, however, our instructor was not as I'd hoped. I did contact the company via their survey from my online registration and they responded immediately. They addressed my concerns and did everything to have me return and give them another shot. I will say that people have their off days and this was probably the case for this instructor, but the company's concern for their customers' satisfaction is top notch. 02/09/2019, tonight is my fourth night painting at Pinot's. The classes are always a ton of fun and super inviting. They are easy to follow and Pinot's offers a variety of paintings for all skill levels. Your first time out I would try a 3 hour painting rather than a two hour as the 3 hour paintings allow more time for questions to instructors. I have brought several friends here as well--always a fun spot for "girls night" that promotes bonding over creating something beautiful together. Overall a wonderful place to have fun, unwind and create something unique and cool. read more

I was not really happy at all with my Project Pet session. Too many people, not enough help, and when you could get help, they were very short and not very helpful. Made it seem like I was bothering them to ask them how to get a particular shade I wanted. The lighting made it difficult to get the colors I wanted to use correct because of having my back to the front windows, and my dog turned out way too dark because of that. Also, waiting to jam teaching us how to do the eyes, which are the MOST important part of a pet portrait, into the last 15 minutes was ridiculous. That should have been the first thing after the background. I've been to other studios and they were way more helpful. I will not be going back. read more

Love this place!! I did a virtual paint party last weekend. Had all my guests purchase their paint kit online. I was able to pick all of them up with ease and steam the paint class from my computer in the safety of my apartment. Very friendly and kind associates too! read more
