They over charge on everything. Their labor fees are about 3x's what is normal. I went in for a quick window fix. They charged me $75 to diagnose what I already told them I needed fixed and wouldn't put the fees towards the labor (which they never told me) if I came back to have it installed-WASTE OF MONEY and time!! They also tried to charge me about $400 for the part. I went on Amazon got the new&exact part overnight by 7am for $35. I went somewhere else and paid $50 to install. They will scam you for everything you have. No wonder they are not busy when you walk-in. Go somewhere else and wait-probably means they have integrity and are honest people. read more

Another place was trying to charge me for brakes, rotors, and struts. They looked at my struts and called to ask me why? Then they looked at my back brakes and let me know that some pads could be useful, but that's all on the back. They only agreed on the front brakes. Had new Brakes and Rotors put on, when driving the car and stopping quickly it pulled to the right. When I took my car back I ask for the plugs to be changed and they were, and fix the brake issue. I paid 7 hrs. labor to install plugs. When I picked my car up 8 hrs. later they did not check the brake issue. Took it back a third time, since they installed the brakes, they told me I needed plugs!!! Really I said you did that one month ago? They ask are you sure? YES, I paid for it to be done anyway. After having my car from 10AM to 4:30PM they only inspected my car and left it sitting brakes unchecked! I will NEVER use this company again. read more

A very disappointing experience, they aren't clear about giving pricing, and very bad on making diagnostic, had taken the car from them, they explained verbally it was going to be $148 to change a line, I come back and say is going to be $400 more for labor and showd me on other part of the paper were prices mixes with other things and they didn't point it out before, I was ok, it has to be done. Now the call me because had given me a wrongly diagnosed and now they have to change the power steering bomb too! For $701.97. Now, I don't know about that, because it was changed already 2 years ago (not there) and they said this new diagnostic is because they see a spot on the bomb, when I saw it the first time they diagnosed it it were spots all the way around, also was told there's a different mechanic guy doing the diagnostic and they think different!!!! I'm like... what!!!! I don't care about their personal opinions! Is the same car, same problem, it should be same solution! Why a personal opinion counts??? The staff is dishonest about the services that they offer. The alignment process should include an adjustment of camber, and tow on every vehicle that pays for this. The lead technician told me today that camber is not included in the labor of the alignment process. I'm a professional technician, and the basically took my money only half compleating the job I paid for o 7-19-22. I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. You will only be getting half of the services or less than what you pay for. read more

This place is trash my car had a random misfire and I took it here to get it diagnosed but instead they just told me what it could be and told me I had to start with the coils and they were charging me $650 just to unplug and replace them so I did it my self and replaced spark plugs too for less then $300 but it still misfires so I went back so they could check what the problem could be and they told me I had to pay $75 again when the first time all they did was give me the codes I got for free at auto zone and their opinion on it in conclusion I thought I paid $75 to get a firm answer not a 10min look around and opinions read more
