Bought a brand new UTV and 8 months later it had transmission problems and they refuse to honor the warranty. Wanted to charge me over $2000 and this machine is still under warranty and only has maybe 150hrs on it. I should have read the reviews before buying from them. Once you buy, they won't respond to your emails, and once you pay it off, you have to jump through hoops to get the title. Instead of just the standard $33 titling fee, they add $150 doc fee per vehicle purchased. They don't add this fee during financing so that you're not able to negotiate it down after the fact. This place is sketchy and not customer friendly. They'll inflate prices everywhere they can. read more

I got a new bike from them & wish I spent my money somewhere else, I have a VIBRATION problem in the front fairing & everything is tight, they tried telling me that the engine isn't broken in yet, NOTHIG TO DO WITH THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING!! I received my Falcon 250cc motorcycle yesterday and connected the battery and the bike will not start. I reached out to a motorcycle mechanic to make sure the battery is hooked up properly and still bike will not start. I called the company for assistance got a representative who did not provide his name when asked. When I told this rep my issues he made it seem like it was nothing, then I was told that fuse box was supposed to come with the bike but it wasn't there. The representative never connected me with tech even I asked. I was told that if he stays on the phone with me he will miss calls from other customers. Then he advised that he missed a call. What bad customer service. I did receive a call back from Kevin and he advised me that he is out of the office today and to follow up with at 10:30am 4/14/2022. I will keep everyone posted. At this point, I give one star for the shipping process and for Kevin calling me back but I wish I could say no stars. read more

Buyer beware. They will quote you one price and then when you get there they tack on $500 in additional fees. (doc prep, assembly etc...) I'm not talking about TTL (which you have anywhere) If you call to get a price, be sure it is an out the door quote. They advertized $900 on a Viper, when I showed up they gave me out the door $975 for a bike. But once we went to close the deal he acted like we never had that conversation and wanted to get $1,400. I left there and went to Power Motor Sports in Dallas off Harry Hines and they gave me a awesome out the door deal on the same size engine and in my fav color. Pioneer sports will gets a poor rating from me due to lack of customer service and ethics in salesmanship they don't deserve the 1 Star rating. I was told there was a 1 year warranty so I purchased a brand NEW vita after having it 2 weeks it broke down I took it back to power sports they kept it for 2 weeks told me it was the battery and all I owed was $100 ??? It's not even 30 day warranty??? I told them to keep the bike I then get a call saying they are going to charge me for storage??? Power sports never gave The finance company back the money... They advertise one price and you end up paying over 1400 hundred dollars in taxes. They tell you that your cheap helmet is free but charge you for it anyway. Honestly they lie and with hold information during the purchasing process. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them less. Worst company ever. They not only false advertise about their products but are extremely rude and worst of all discriminatory to who they will sell to. They did not honor their listed price, decided to give us a run around by making us go down to another location of theirs that did not have what they said was there and then when we got back to get the promised floor model as worse case they upped the price and said we missed the deal. I'm not sure if the owner here is the same owner of pioneer powersports or not, but I made a deal thru texting Jerry at pioneer powersports, and when I came to come pickup the atv I was told I would have to go over to DFW scooters because they had the correct color I was looking for. I went over there and found out they did not have the color I was looking for and they would have to "swap" bodies. I had driven an hour to just come pickup a atv, not sit and wait for a body to be swapped. I waited for 20 min or so and nobody was swapping the body out, so I talked to someone named Bryan, and let me tell you this guy was a piece of work. I will not go back to this place just because this guy was very rude, condescending, and just an all around jerk. He didn't not believe me that I had a deal worked out with Jerry over at pioneer powersports. So I had to go back over to pioneer to "talk to Jerry" about the price, and after lots of arguing with Bryan and Jerry, all while they were apparently texting the owner of DFW scooters, Sam. We all thought we finally worked out a deal and I drove back over to DFW scooters to pickup the long awaited atv, all to find that the body had still not been swapped and the price that we discussed was on a different color, and apparently didn't include the body swap. I then proceeded to let sam and bryan that they will be hearing from my attorney on false advertising to me and Bryan the jerk he is said "yea sure, get the blank off my property before I call the cops" and then told me to go back to my country, which I am american and he is a different nationality, but that isnt important. I decided to leave and contact my attorney. I'm sorry that this review is so long, but I really want to let everyone that reads this review and is thinking of buying from either of these two places should save their money and go elsewhere where they honor the prices that are made over text messaging and are treated like a human being read more
