When hubby switched jobs & we moved from OKC back to Texas we took it with us, we had only put less than 50 miles on it then before the starter went bad. Then we put it in the garage till the tags expired we never got it going again. Then, we moved it to Florida to our beachhouse where it still doesn't run with less than 50 miles on it. If I could leave NO STARS I would. My son purchased a ICE BEAR FUERZA 125CC from Grand Prairie ATV & Scooters. Now when you look for them, you get sent to DFW Scooters and ATV's. We have yet to receive the title for it. I have been calling since November. I always have to speak to BOB and I get the same response from him, "I have to request the title". I have called and spoke to BOB probably 2 or 3 times a month and get absolutly NO WHERE!! This place is a total SCAM. I would not buy anything from these people if they were the last place on earth. My husband and drove from Houston to Dallas for scooters we found online. DFW Scooters and ATV's was a great find! We were there on a Saturday and these people were swamped! We were shown to the back warehouse where they had a great selection! My husband picked a three wheeled trike and I selected the Vespa lookalike, Vestalian! We took them for a test ride around the block, loved them, paid and were out the door within an hour. After paying $6,600+ I was very disappointed when we got home and couldn't unlock my seat to put gas in! I called and they were closed but I left a message. The next morning the owner/manager returned my call and told me what I had been doing wrong and all was good again! I would highly recommend this business! I paid 2,100 dollars for a brand new go kart for my granddaughter and wouldn't run long enough to even change the oil and I think that is 15 minutes. I took it back to get them to fix it and they put a band aid on it and told me it was good.it it home and the same thing. I just spent another 350 to get it fixed. Save your money or take the $1000 and go buy a used Honda or Yamaha. We've had a 4 wheeler from here for less than a year and it is a serious piece of crap. Chain fell off, exhaust system is crap, already had to replace several components, and they charge to pick it up to repair it. I knew it was a lower quality but expected to at least last a year, and at least 10 hours. It didn't. Don't waste your time or your money. If I could give NO stars that would be more accurate. The motorcycle or more appropriate term would be DEATH MACHINE I purchased literally falls apart as I am driving it! The chain comes off the shifter plate bolts fell off while I was at a light and could not put in gear and had to push across 3 lanes in traffic to then wait for a friend to pick me up. I have had the bike since May and it has broken down every other week!! The company "fixed" the first time but not well. I was still advised to go home and put lock tight on all the bolts. Every other day I had to look over and replace bolts. Parts have fallen off, brackets broke, mirror fell off, but the worse is the chain popping out while I am driving it!!! I drive in a 5 mike radius and yet it just can't handle. The owner/employees refuse to take back so I am just warning any future customers to go somewhere else!!! Terrible experience. Brought my scooter in for service repairs. I was quoted $150-$200 over the phone to replace the carburetor and get running. I made an appointment and drove two hours to drop off the scooter. I was told it would be ready in a day or so. Over a week went by so I called to check and everyone was frazzled. No one that I dealt with at check in was ever available to speak with me. 3 weeks after I was told multiple times it would be next day, next day, next day. I finally got the news that I needed the fuel system cleaned out and it was going to be $425 on top of the $85 check out fee. I authorized the repairs. I texted the following Tuesday ( 2 weeks later ) and received a reply that I would be able to pick it up on Friday. However I then received a V/M on that Wednesday saying that my scooter had been ready for a week and I needed to come pick up ASAP because they were moving from that location. I advised them what time and day I would arrive to pick up. I get there and it takes almost 1 1/2 hours to get the scooter loaded. Where to begin. I was missing the brand new Battery Plus AGM motorcycle battery that had just bought for $119. They gave me a cheap replacement battery which is 1/3 the size of the original battery and is loose in the compartment. My battery was nowhere to be found. And then...... They take 1 hour to get it running. While waiting I was thinking of just buying another scooter and asked about price. So.... this is too funny. I was quoted oh its on sale we can make you a deal $899 but with TTL and dealer prep it would be over $1600 out the door. Three different people tried to help me on that same scooter and it was a $700 price variance. I was just at a loss. I walked out and stood by my scooter and loaded it up to head home. Needless to say.... I have spent $505 on repairing my scooter and I have the exact same issue. Does not run. Now the fuel gauge doesn't work. My new battery was stolen. My key bezel cover is missing. The front fender is cracked and the scooter has scratches. This place is a JOKE filled with Story Tellers and Thieves. Stay away from this place. read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. I purchased 2 atv's for my kids for Christmas. Neither of them work. They want me to pay 85 more dollars on top of the 1370.45 I already paid. My kids were never able to ride them. They claim we should have taken out the small amount of gas they put into the units. No one EVER COMMUNICATED this. We drive cars we are not a family who owns ATV's and know everything that a person in the business would know. They literally sat in the garage a couple of weeks with no usage as they were for Christmas. There was no issues taking my money towards the payment plans to buy them but now that they don't work more money to get them to work. This company has several bad reviews and I had a gut feeling I would be joining them. They have moved to a new location, 1290 W Pioneer Pkwy Grand Prairie. New improved location same people equal same poor service. I could not sell something to someone that they never got to use and ask for more money. read more

I bought my son a brand new dirtbike for Christmas. The first time he got on the bike to try and ride it, the rear wheel broke. They "fixed" it three times and admitted that they sold me a bike with a defective part. My son has NEVER been able to ride the bike. He tried three times and it fell apart everytime. Worst trip to a bike shop since Different Strokes. I originally replied to an ad for a used Roma Hornet for $1200, when they got in contact with me they gave me the usual "I'm sorry that's being held for someone, but let me see what I can find for you." The salesman Sam talked me into coming down to see a new Roma a Vitacci Rocket 150cc, said he'd have multiple colors in stock for both. I kept in contact through the week and all things seemed good, til I got there: Once inside they acted as though I was a walk-in with no prior contact with them. Sam wasn;t there but Shawn from Pioneer Powersports was there and began to show me the Roma. The only one they had was Orange, which I told them was the one I least wanted. He took me to their dark warehouse where he showed me 2 Vitacci Rockets, the first was also orange (horrible) and other candy apple red (still not a color we had discussed them having in stock), but more so I looked closer and saw it was the 50cc model. When I told him I was looking for the 150cc model he seemed confused as to which model he had in stock then once I reaffirmed that I was looking for the 150cc model he suddenly snapped to a "Oh yeah this is the 150cc." I began to explain how the 150cc had a rear rack and certain body panels being black where this had all orange and no rack. He tried to say that the 2019 models were the same for 50cc and 150cc. I have contacted Vitacci and they did say a small shipment did in fact lack the racks but that was ONE shipment. My request to take it for a test drive was met with protest and even moving it into the light to get a better look at the engine was met with a no. His only consolation to me was that "If you get a 50cc by mistake than that's on us." I asked the follow up of "If it's on you does that mean I'll get a full refund or a replacement?" They beat around the bush and gave me a bunch of non-answers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! read more

My daughter purchased a new Apollo 125 cc dirt bike for my grandson. It was a Christmas gift. The bike was listed at $649. My daughter wanted it & then the price changed: the wanted $600 for the assembly!!! I walked out, my daughter followed and we left. Of course they immediately called us and we ended up getting the bike for the advertised price. My grandson (12) got to ride it for the first time on January 5th at NW OHV Park in Bridgeport, TX. He was only able to ride it for less than 4 hours, because then the tire started to come apart. The spokes on the wheel were coming off. My daughter took the bike back to them and they were going to charge her $200 to purchase a new rim for the bike. The guy also told her that the bike had been ridden more than once, because the tires were bald. That's ridiculous since the bike had been sitting in the garage until that day and the tires have all of their tread left. They finally agreed to 'fix' the tire for $32. My daughter was happy & took my grandson riding a the same place today. About an hour into it she watched as his rear tire almost fell off the bike. Almost all the spokes had come out of the rim. We are going back there again to have them completely replace this tire since the bike is very obviously defective, but I doubt that they are going to comply. I'm not sure if the owner here is the same owner of pioneer powersports or not, but I made a deal thru texting Jerry at pioneer powersports, and when I came to come pickup the atv I was told I would have to go over to DFW scooters because they had the correct color I was looking for. I went over there and found out they did not have the color I was looking for and they would have to "swap" bodies. I had driven an hour to just come pickup a atv, not sit and wait for a body to be swapped. I waited for 20 min or so and nobody was swapping the body out, so I talked to someone named Bryan, and let me tell you this guy was a piece of work. I will not go back to this place just because this guy was very rude, condescending, and just an all around jerk. He didn't not believe me that I had a deal worked out with Jerry over at pioneer powersports. So I had to go back over to pioneer to "talk to Jerry" about the price, and after lots of arguing with Bryan and Jerry, all while they were apparently texting the owner of DFW scooters, Sam. We all thought we finally worked out a deal and I drove back over to DFW scooters to pickup the long awaited atv, all to find that the body had still not been swapped and the price that we discussed was on a different color, and apparently didn't include the body swap. I then proceeded to let sam and bryan that they will be hearing from my attorney on false advertising to me and Bryan the jerk he is said "yea sure, get the blank off my property before I call the cops" and then told me to go back to my country, which I am american and he is a different nationality, but that isnt important. I decided to leave and contact my attorney. I'm sorry that this review is so long, but I really want to let everyone that reads this review and is thinking of buying from either of these two places should save their money and go elsewhere where they honor the prices that are made over text messaging and are treated like a human being read more

Bolts and Screws got loose after one ride and everything is done very unprofessionally even they don't offer you any warranty and free helmet thing is a scam it self they will tell you that we are out of stock for free helmets but you can buy one for this price. Service after the sale review. Sean and the crew continue to provide outstanding service, valued and appreciated. Prior to first 800 miles Sean shipped me a missing plastic piece that came off during transit to the home. He and his tech has helped me make some modification to achieve best possible gas mileage (where can you beat a $2 premium gas fill up and get a range of 85-95 miles). In addition, when I have questions Sean has been available via phone and text message. The first filter and oil change was quick, tech tuned it up, and tightened down some bolts holding the muffler without me mentioning something. Another plus, the tech changed my LED light setup where the lights would turn on when the moped is started instead of me turning it on & off manually (his own initiative, what a super plus...thank you!). I've noticed an increase in PEDs in my area, which is cool. I use the PED to run errands and transit to my part time gig (local) instead of putting more use on my daily driver and burning up its gas. Also at times my bride and I cruise around town (spring & summer) to grab some grub or run errands. The TaoTao PowerMax VIP (150cc) has been a good and fun purchase. Ha, it's possible we'll haul the PED when we start traveling with a travel trailer. It continues to be a fun and good experience. We purchased a hoverboard for our son from this business. The day we went in, the store was crowded but my son found the board he wanted and we went to the office to check out. He told us if we used a credit/debit card the price would be $450 but if we paid cash the price would be $400. So we gave him cash and he gave us the scooter and he walked into the office, I ASSUMED he was printing our receipt so after a few minutes my husband walked back there and asked about the receipt and he refused to print one! So after a arguing back and forth and our children witnessing all of this we decided to take the scooter and leave. I didn't give a bad review at that point BUT yesterday my son was riding his board and smoke started pouring out of the thing! It burned the bottom of my son's feet, the wheels locked up and it threw him with force onto the concrete, this all happened within seconds. He was pretty banged up but not seriously injured, thank God he was wearing a helmet. My husband couldn't even touch the board because it was so hot, but there were no flames. We left it outside all night as we didn't want it to set our house on fire! We called DFW Scooters today and explained the situation, I asked if they would be willing to just give us a refund and dispose of the board for us and they rudely told me that they do not issue refunds, so I said ok can we exchange it for another one because I don't want this one in my home for fear of a fire, again I was told no. So then he tells me if I purchased a warranty they would work on the one we have for a fee! Warranty?!?! You wouldn't even give us a receipt for the thing after you took our $400 in cash and put it into a lockbox! We were never even offered a warranty! At this point he hangs up on me, I tried calling back multiple times and they wouldn't even answer the phone. So I have reported their company and the product to the Consumer Products Safety Commission, besides that I don't know what else to do other than warn other consumers about their unethical business practices, horrible customer service and extremely dangerous products. We are grateful that our son wasn't severely injured and that our home wasn't destroyed by this faulty product. This was an expensive and unfortunate lesson learned for us. Please think twice about purchasing products from this company, especially if your kids will be using them, they are selling items that could potentially be life threatening and they refuse to take any responsibility for it. read more
