Paid through the nose for full service, up charged on everything possible. After job was done (or not) noticed tire pressure was not even touched, and fluids were questionable. Literally told the guy my battery was no good and they still marked it as checked and good to go. Looks like shoddy lazy work. Washer fluid was definitely not up to the right level. Went to have my oil changed, and I was not to impressed at all. I didn't see them check the pressure in my tires, or check my air filters, and I know I have a cabin filter-they did NOT check that at all- I feel the only thing they did was change the oil and I left. I do not think I will be back unless someone can give a good reason why I should go back. And this was my first time there. I think I'll shop around for another place to go!! read more

I started going here because a former employer had an account here and paid for our oil changes. I like this place so much that I've continued to go here for oil changes after leaving that job. These guys are the Jimmy Johns of auto shops, they're so fast you will freak. It's literally takes 10 minutes to get your oil change. It's easy to go here before work or even during a lunch break. It is a small shop as they can only work on two cars at a time, but I've never had the problem of having to wait long. The staff here are very friendly and courteous. I'm always surprised what little things they remember about me from having short conversations. My favorite thing of course is they have one of those quarter machine games, so I'm pretty occupied losing money while my car is getting fixed. read more

I am from out of town, so I had never been here before. I pulled up and pulled right in without a wait, which was nice. While going through the services and prices, the gentleman I was speaking with asked Brandon to hold off on starting, which frustrated Brandon. Once we decided on the service, he let Brandon know to continue, which frustrated him even more. And made me uncomfortable. I went into the air conditioned waiting area for about five minutes, and they were done. Seriously, five minutes. No attempt to upsell. Other than Brandon, it was a very positive experience. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! Seriously....I've never left an oil change place and felt it absolutely necessary to leave a review. Driving past VIP Lube today (Sunday), I saw the doors open. I was 5000+ miles over for an oil change. Jason, the manager, met me by the back doors. I asked if they were open today, and he said they weren't. He and the owner, Pete, were working on some upgrading/maintenance. However, they said they would be happy to help me out. They brought my vehicle in quick, did my oil change, filled my low tires, and reset my settings. The whole experience was less than 20 minutes, but I found myself smiling the whole time. The two of them are extremely kind, generous, and funny. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you, Jason and Pete!!! read more

I am giving a one star for several reasons..... Each time I've come here to get my oil changed, they purposely didn't plug the oil tank on the bottom so oil was constantly dripping out. Another thing is they filled my car with blended synthetic oil which they know my Subaru will eat up (Subaru's are supposed to get full synthetic oil) so it caused my car engine to almost blow because the car was eating it up and the oil tank was almost empty after only 2000 miles of changing oil. They also charged me for a new filter, but all they did was take out the one I had in, blew it off, then stuck it back in without tightening it all the way, causing my oil to splatter on the entire underside of my car.... oh, and did I mention they also charged me for TWO filters before I looked on the paper receipt and realized? Of course they took advantage of me being a young college girl....terrible people who take advantage of their customers. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I recently got an oil change at Vip lube, and 2 weeks later my vehicle started making an awful knocking noise. Come to find out there was no oil in my vehicle, the dipstick was completely dry, and no oil spill anywhere under my vehicle. We have tried to contact the owners several times and continue to just get the run around for days on end. We finally got to the point were we had to contact the police and file a complaint. This issues is still not resolved at this time. I strongly suggest you take your vehicle elsewhere for an oil change, unless you don't mind being without and the extra expense. read more
