I still sit here with a ruined front yard, holes in my walls, leaking plumbing, and inadequate water pressure due to undersized and out of code piping. To preface, this was a house we purchased and had some items to fix(replace galvanized and main). The work was done by priority and paid for by our seller's insurance. Let me say I understand insurance companies pay for the bare minimum, but the work is/was atrocious. The sellers were as appalled as we were. The work that was done I'm about to outline was appalling and bordering intentional. I have retained an attorney and will be careful to just give facts. I am skeptical of all the 5* reviews. Picture the moment you close on your house, filled with excitement; pull up to see the yard completely torn apart, with a giant dirt mound, sod mixed in not separate ruined (pictured). I then go into the house and turn on the bathroom faucet, notice low water pressure, I turn on the second and flush the toilet...barely a dribble. There was no issues with water pressure during inspection, just galvanized pipe to be replaced per contract. I then open the cabinet and to my horror see (pictured) the drywall cut out with pex running through just hanging there like a crack head cutting holes in the wall for copper. There is excellent access from the basement, there is no need for this. I run to the kitchen and find the same (pictured). I then go down to the basement and find they ran 1/2" pex off the water main, and found the water main leaking badly. I immediately contact priority and they send a supervisor. He tries to gaslight and tell me the aerators on the sinks are plugged, and that they didn't change the pressure. After showing him prior inspection videos he agrees they will run ¾" properly with a manifold off the main (don't get me started on the manifold, they ran EVERYTHING in the house off a single 1/2" line). I was told they WILL NOT BE FIXING THE DRYWALL, that's just how they do it. NO, NO that's not how you do that. At this point I call in my main plumber for house flips. He was absolutely irate; said they easily could have removed the existing pipes and ran pex without destroying the walls. He said it would've cost them $20 to properly run a manifold for the pex off the main and had no water pressure issues. I give up with priority to come back again and address the issue, they lied to my face a second time for the "fix". After weeks of phone calls trying to get the front yard at least compacted and leveled out, which I think is a REASONABLE thing to have already been done, we we're finally told someone was coming out. SEAN FARRIS, the Vice President, the man himself actually took the time to come out and take a look. Sean agreed it looked bad without needing explanation and said they "don't normally do this, but we will this one time come back and level it". I explained to Sean, I build pipelines, when they replaced the main line, they didn't even compact it or level out. Then I get the same lie as the other supervisors, "that will level out over time". Let me explain, it's a 12" high mound, with sod mixed in, it may settle a few inches with some water compacting, but it needs to be leveled. Sean agreed someone would call and they would send someone out. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND NO CALL, NO CALL BACKS. SEAN, I guess if this is how your crews leave things when taking on insurance work, maybe you shouldn't take on the work if you leave someone's house looking like a crackhead just came through it. Or do you all always do the bare minimum everywhere you go? Long story short, I'll fix the yard myself over a weekend, and I hired my plumber for $1,000 to fix everything inside. Curious question for Priority, at the very least, why didn't you offer me an estimate to fix anything additional out of scope instead doing a terrible job? You had the opportunity to earn my business and I would've used you here for the life of this house... Stay far. FAR. AWAY

Another plumbing company- while prompt- came to look at it, and was asking $150 more than what Go Direct Services stated was their flat rate. I sent the initial company away without my business, and contacted Go Direct Services. That same day, Luis was able to squeeze me in and fixed the issue within minutes and all for a flat fee of $79. Really appreciate not being price gouged when I realize that the problem is an easy fix. We may have found our new local professional!

Called and they came out the same day (90 min. response time). Drain Technician Ray assessed the problem, explained it to us and had the drain cleared in no time flat. Ray and his partner were very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. Great company with good prices and would highly recommend! I will use Colorado Sewer Services again if needed.

Called these fine folks after Homeservice plumbing came out to clear a backing up main sewer line…read more Homeservice plumbers spent about 20 minutes and said there was a block they couldn't get through. I paid for a sewer scope and they said I would have to destroy the basement and install a new pipe if jot more work that would start at around 7k and maybe be 20k. After a recommended from Joe from Honest Plumbing they came out and cleared the block in about 30 minutes. The staff here was great, funny, and just excellent all around. Before you call those cheap 99 dollar places that will try to sell you a whole new plumbing system, call these folks. They get the job done and don't try to scan you. I will be using this company every time I have a block. They are amazing and honest! Thanks to you and your staff again!

Again, we called late on a Saturday with low expectations - we discovered our main water valve was corroded shut while trying to install a new fridge water line (yikes). Taylor was scheduled with us for 8am on Sunday, the following morning (we were shocked anyone was available and it wasn't considered after hours). Taylor called about 15-30 minutes before arriving and he showed up precisely on time. He was EASILY one of the most professional and polished folks we've ever had work on our house, and he was just beyond pleasant. He examined our issue and talked us through what needed to happen. He had a reasonable quote prepped for us in minutes (it felt on par with prices I researched separately), and we also talked about a number of other plumbing things that we knew eventually needed to be taken care of. He was beyond knowledgeable, obviously trustworthy, and didn't judge us for all our questionable water hook ups. He put together a plan for us to come back the next day to complete the work. Fast forward to the next day, yet again, Taylor showed up right on time. He even was nice enough to go back to his team when we asked if it was too late to delay a little bit of the less urgent work. He did the work quickly and efficiently and we were over the moon with the results (my husband is telling anyone he sees that he can now turn off our house's water with his phone). Taylor even coordinated with our county water department to have our house's water turned off and on from the street, and that was a big pressure off of us. He needed to drill through our wall to run some power, and he did it in such a way that you can't even see it. Well, just when we thought our plumbing work was temporarily done, we discovered that the valve to the refrigerator was faulty. We called the office with low expectations (because, yet again, another urgent call), and imagine our surprise when they told us that Taylor could fit us in between calls. He showed up maybe an hour later if that and he completely retrofitted our entire fridge water line. Even though Taylor had to cut into dry wall to help us out, he left the work amazingly clean (I never even saw any dust or residue water...something we've experienced with other plumbers). He didn't just fix the water line, he made it more accessible. To top it all off, he helped us with shifting our old fridge in and out of the way, and the same for the new fridge...which he did NOT have to do. I can't stress this enough - he was just so NICE and friendly about it all, and he was laughing along with us about how he had been at our house three days in a row. My husband and I both agreed we want Taylor to do all our work moving forward. We finally feel motivated and trusting enough with Taylor to do some of the work we had been putting off. Truly, we could not have asked for a better person to be scheduled at our house! We'll be asking for him specifically when we call to schedule from now on. Taylor was even great with our little dog who is very shy, and he didn't seem to mind our big barky dog who stayed upstairs. The price for the work felt appropriate given the excellent, prompt, and thorough work we received from Taylor. I'm not sure if these photos will do the work justice, but he left everything in great shape and tested before he left. Thanks Taylor!! Vince at the office was also GREAT and so helpful!!

I've used them twice and this was the approach both times. They're trained to leverage whatever information you give them against you to upsell you on unnecessary upgrades and services. They (Austin) suggested that $4000 was the "peace of mind" option, but $1200 would get our HVAC running again. "1 out of 10 chance that this doesn't work". Well what do you know, paid the $1200 and we just "happen" to fall in the 1 in 10. It never even worked after we paid him. So we just blew through 1200 which fixed nothing. Go look at the rest of their Yelp reviews, that will tell you everything you need to know. I'm getting more opinions on the solution to evaluate their work, I'd suggest you not listen to anything they try and sell you on and just call someone else. Absolute thieves

Plumbers arrived late morning the next day. The pipe was behind the wall in a tight but accessible space. They had to cut a small hole in the drywall. They replaced the connection, I believe using a ProPress crimping tool. (He said the tool cost $3000.) The job looks solid, and they were professional, what I've always expected out of this company. The manager handled a issue I had with the billing personally, making sure everything was settled fairly and promptly. They've always been my go to for service and remain so.

Unprofessional, disorganized management - Left job unfinished after weeks of no-shows and excuses…read more Review: I hired this company for an electrical project and paid for the work upfront. While the initial rough-in work was done well, the management and office communication since then has been an absolute disaster. I have been trying for three weeks to get them to finish the final trim and fixture installation: Week 1 & 2: I was repeatedly promised the technician would call me to schedule. I was completely ignored both weeks. Week 3: I finally got them to schedule a day. I received numerous text/email confirmations, took time off to be home, and nobody showed up. When I called for an update, the office admitted they never actually dispatched anyone and failed to tell me. This Week: They rescheduled the original technician for Thursday. On Wednesday, they called to say he had been in an accident and rescheduled him for Friday instead. On Friday morning, they called to cancel again, stating the technician couldn't make it due to the accident. Why did management schedule an injured employee for active field duty without checking his condition, rather than simply sending a different electrician to finish the job? My project is completely stalled, the wires are sitting exposed, and I have paid 100% upfront for labor and fixtures. I asked to speak directly with a manager to settle this, but my request was ignored. I have deep sympathy for the injured technician, but this company's administrative staff is completely incompetent, dishonest about dispatching, and uncommunicative. Avoid this company if you value your time.
