In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

The machines take quarters only, no Apple Pay, but they have a change machine that takes $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. First, they are in a very convenient location in south Charlotte and offer an array of dry cleaning services. I'm on the go for business so I like to have my shirts and pants pressed and ready to go, so when I dropped off my items I advised them as to what I'd like accomplished, and they were very friendly and accommodating. To my surprise there was not much of a lead time given they are super busy (I dropped off on a Saturday and 15 shirts and 6 pair of pants were ready by Tuesday). It was very affordable and all items were wrapped very well with a heavier gauge of plastic wrap than I've seen at other cleaners. All aside, very impressed with my initial experience and look forward to using them again!

I think they take the items to another location to be washed, I saw a truck unloading clothes last time I was there. I got a suit dry cleaned and it was cheaper than another dry cleaner in the area I've tried. It was ready 2 days after I dropped it off. They did a good job on the suit. There was some red wine splashed on the bottom pant leg and they attached a note saying it was too tough to safely remove. So that stain was still there, but besides that it was cleaned and ironed very nicely. I will go back for sure.

At first they were reluctant, but I encouraged them and they finally agreed. The next day I get a phone call saying they had decided not to clean it, as they were afraid they were going to "mess it up" in which case they would have to pay for it. Washing instructions were printed on the item for a reason, and if followed properly it should be okay. Perhaps they need to find some employees who won't "mess things up". I found another cleaner who agreed to wash it, and it turned out fine! No problem!

The smell of the comforter was so strong that I had to put it outside until I had time to run it over to a new dry cleaner and the shirts also had to be redone. if you like that smell you will be fine, but not everyone likes that scent.
