Wonderful spot for mini golf. For a place I went to when I was younger, they keep this place impeccably clean and modern. Fun hidden pirate vignettes, and fun trivia at every hole. They offer two different experiences, front and back both have 18 holes. Really enjoyable time!

This place was fun and clean. The course was an easier one with just a few harder ones. The price is good. It does get crowded on weekends.

This recreation center only avoided five stars by having a little less shade than wished for and being a bit expensive for the amount of time and fun. The grounds were superbly maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. There are restrooms. Good for all age groups. The scenes and storyline along each course is interesting for all ages and well done. Blue water was a bit artificially weird but perhaps unavoidable. Definitely worth a visit.

We had so much fun! There are lots of creative courses with fun facts about Blackbeard.

Great mini golf on the Cape, Pirates Cove is doing a good job sanitizing the balls and putters. We always enjoy 18 holes at this course the pirate theme and holes arrrrr great matey for all ages. Water features and small challenges like hills and a water jump, or going through a cave under a waterfall make for a fun night for everyone.

Our family loves this mini golf! Every time we're on the Cape, we make sure to come for at least one round. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were very diligent in light of Covid: social distancing, masks, cleaning, etc.. The facility is clean and well kept disputes the fact that so many people pass through there! We love the pirate theme holes. - the pirate facts at each hole are a bonus! Fun for all ages - don't miss this!

Every hole had historic information about famous pirates. You are never too old to learn and on a fun course.

I've gone here twice to mini-golf, it has two courses, and they are really lovely. Do expect to wait as the courses are usually jam-packed.

A lot of reviews talk about the uncomfortable chairs, hot sun, etc. I have no idea what they were talking about because we rented a cabana that was comfortable and very clean. Outside of that were tons of tables and comfortable chairs and loungers WITH UMBRELLAS. Don't like the lines at the snack bars? They have tons of waiters and waitresses taking orders and delivering your food to you! There were seven of us that came and from children to adults, all enjoyed it. The expectations that people have for this place are unreasonable! ALL of the information about what to expect - from socks and requirements to prices for food and admission - it's all there. The place is only opened for a few months and have a huge staff, so of course you have to pay for that! Our experience was amazing and we all look forward to going again next year, maybe for two nights. My ONLY SUGGESTION would be to keep the inflatable park open a bit longer, even into October. My grandkids loved it but it was soooo hot they couldn't really feel comfortable. All in all, some of the complaints on here are ridiculous and issues could have been eliminated If they had just done their homework! Thanks for a great celebration for my birthday! See you next year!!

The size and layout was great. The upkeep and maintenance and ultimately the cleanliness, left much to be desired. We had to spend some of our own time killing bugs when we arrived in the room. The cottage is old! The cottage needs renovations desperately and when it happens, I am sure it will be lovely but for now I would avoid cottage 7. I emailed pictures of the filth and the bugs to the cottages and they returned with a call where they said they would send the cleaning crew back. They did and all they did was clean the floor. This cottage needs a deep clean and to be renovated to be lovely once again. However, the water view, the peaceful and serene setting is magic! The sand was very seaweed filled which was not the case last year. It only took away from the beauty a bit. The green setting with bbqs and picnic tables is quaint. Reminder that there's no ac unless you stay in the motel area. The location is wonderful!
