I had a good breakfast here. I liked the biscuits and gravy. The service was good and I liked being able to look out at the beach while eating. The restaurant had a casual vibe.

Had breakfast here twice while in Brigantine for vacation. Was an easy walk from my rental but finding street parking nearby didn't seem to be an issue. It's a quaint beach spot. The indoor dining room was bigger inside than I expected. We ate once outside and once inside. The service outside was much slower. When our food came out, we had to wait for utensils. Then I had to wait again for syrup. No sense of urgency. Indoors we had no issue since more attentive people passing by walking around. For food, I loved the Lemon ricotta pancakes. The seawall scramble was nothing special and the hash browns were average. The breakfast quesadilla was tasty and Philly cheesesteak eggs Benedict also average.

My last trip to NJ lead me to be of my favorite spots down the shore. The menu at Pirate's Den strikes a good balance between seafood staples and classic American bar food. Whether you're in the mood for a fresh lobster roll, a hearty crab cake sandwich, or a simple burger, there's something for everyone. The staff at Pirate's Den are friendly and attentive. While it can get busy, especially during peak summer months, the service remains efficient and the staff seem genuinely happy to accommodate guests. The prices are reasonable for a shore-town restaurant, especially considering the quality of the food and the location. You can enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank, making it a great option for casual dining in Brigantine. Pirate's Den is a solid choice for anyone looking for a relaxed meal with great seafood in Brigantine. While it's not trying to be anything fancy, it delivers on flavor, hospitality, and a fun atmosphere. Whether you're visiting the beach or a local, it's worth stopping by for a casual bite.

A pregnant woman's nightmare, Beware!!! Cold sweats and throwing up for days..... The Curse of Pirates Den, Brigantine At Pirates Den in Brigantine, we dared to dine, And what we found should never meet a spine. A turkey foul, a raw chicken snare, A pregnant girl trapped in culinary despair. Her brother and I, the diarrhea twins, Cursed by the kitchen's unholy sins. They served her raw meat, eyes wide with fear, She heaved in the bushes, a rock her veneer. The walls would shiver, the boardwalk weep, If only these horrors weren't ours to keep. Brigantine's Pirates Den, a legend of shame, Where every meal's a grotesque game. Oh, Pirates Den, take note--this tale we tell, Of nausea, disgust, and a rock-bound farewell. No plate, no dish, no chef survives, Your food's a terror that haunts our lives.

Great breakfast! We went for breakfast this morning and had some pancakes with apples, french toast bananas foster and eggs Benedict over croissants. Everything was delicious and service was fast and friendly. But get there early because when we left at 10:00 there were filks waiting to get a table.

We've been staying in Brigantine for about 8 years now and we finally tried the Pirate's Den! Apparently they're under new ownership - the restaurant is so cute on the inside, and the food was excellent! Service was also wonderful. We will be back to try lunch and dinner, too! **Highly recommend the pancakes! (ours were Lemon Ricotta)

This is a great place to eat. Friendly faces - got sat quickly and had a drink on the table quickly. Waitress could not have been more friendly! Food came quick and was delicious. A little pricey, but it's a tourist destination. My only complaint is the waitress never came back after she dropped the food. I had to flag someone down for drink refills. Other than that, an overall pleasurable experience. If you're in Brigantine, check them out.

A great breakfast spot where are you can sit outside and enjoy the ocean breezes and really appreciate the surroundings! Our group enjoyed the vegetable eggs Benedict, the seawall scramble and the western omelette today. Prices are good and the food quality is excellent. I would recommend getting here before 10 on weekdays and 9 on weekends, as the patio tends to fill up quickly. They serve lunch and dinner too!

Got recommended this place and it did NOT disappoint! Service was excellent, Carrie was perfect! I like the spot and how it's right next to the ocean. The coffee was great, I got the churro pancakes a side of bacon. There was a good amount of bacon and it was crispy, the pancakes had a lottt of cinnamon, next time i would go for something simpler. Portion size was perfect, definitely bang for your buck. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well.

Great breakfast experience with Lori as our waitress. Mike provided excellent service keeping us with fresh coffee & water refills. The entire staff was delightfully friendly & welcoming! Our food was fresh and delivered quickly. We enjoyed the meat omelette which was loaded and left our Mike with plenty to take home. Herlyn loved her chipped beef and said it was then"best" she's had! It was delicious, I must say as it was not thick & heavy and quite flavorful. My breakfast of boiled eggs, canadian bacon(3 pieces of juiciness) & perfectly cooked potatoes was very good. Since it is pumpkin season, I had to give their pumpkin pancake a try. Although tasty, I do prefer a more fluffier lighter pancake though. We will enjoy the Pirates Den again for sure!

Would give 5 stars but they should inform customers it's Tues Senior day when taking their order.

What a great find, literally at the end of the road. We can always count on this place for a solid nourishing home made breakfast. The specials are often quite creative. The homefries are shredded just like I like! Service is always pleasant. This is a true hidden gem.

Thankfully, a younger gentleman stepped in and took my order, which I appreciated. As for the food, the cheesesteak was very disappointing. I couldn't even finish it there, I ended up taking it home and fixing it myself just to make it edible. Being a Philly native, I had higher expectations. The hoagies are actually good, but the cheesesteaks just don't live up to what you'd expect. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not one I'd rush back for.

There's something special about this spot - it sits away from the boardwalk's noise and chaos, offering a much more relaxed, genuine dining experience. I tend to gravitate toward the same order here, and for good reason. The crab cakes are outstanding - generous with the crab meat, full of flavor, and absolutely worth the price. I paired them with a Caesar salad, a solid combination. I also ordered the fried shrimp platter - the batter was spot-on, the portion was generous enough that we couldn't finish it, and, impressively, it held up well into the next morning. That's always a good sign. Don't skip the jar drinks. I went with the cucumber basil, and it was wonderfully refreshing - the kind of drink that just fits the vibe of the place perfectly.
