I mean, you're definitely making the entry fee- so you shouldn't hold guests hostage in terms of food and drink. This, along with the employees sitting under umbrellas that were too small to adequately shade them, left me with the feeling that our health and safety could have been prioritized better. With local artists selling their crafty creations, wooden chairs to sit and enjoy a drink or maybe some local ice cream with a view to the harbor. Very peaceful.
