Giving it 4 stars because parking was easy and the staff was super nice. I got an iced caramel latte - honestly...it wasn't the best? The caramel had a weird flavor to it I guess. I'm not sure. I wasn't able to finish it. I was THINKING I might be because it looked like they made their own syrup? Idk. But I agree with the other reviews - overpriced coffee and it doesn't even taste the best. It's located in a shopping center so parking was easy.

The pricing online is not correct, the store is more expensive and they haven't updated the pricing in years is what I was told. The actual coffee isn't bad, but not worth the price for serving. There's basically only seating outside as well, so it's not a place to hangout and work on your laptop.

Conveniently located in the middle of an outdoor shopping center. Compared with the coffee shops nearby that are inside corporate buildings honestly, it's quite convenient and nice to have a coffee shop actually just freestanding by itself. I ordered a Matcha latte with whole milk, only giving a low rating because, for the price $6.50, it did not taste fresh compared with Matcha lattes I've had elsewhere. I would come back and try the coffee drinks though.

Did a little meet up here the other day and it was a very nice experience. This coffee shop is in route to the office and have a nice set up facing the windows. It's a great environment to chill, chat or catch up on some work. The coffees and lattes are delicious. They also have space outside which is a plus on a nice sunny, low humid day!

One of the coffee shops I frequently rotate! A very small shop whose theme is space/ the great cosmic! Located in uptown with plenty of parking. Has seasonal drink menus that rotate to keep things interesting. Got the carrot cake latte, their seasonal drink and loved it! My usual goto here is the I.S.S. latte! One of their seasonal drinks that was so popular, they decided to make a permanent menu item. The I.S.S. is a latte on the sweeter side so beware! Limited seating inside, only a few counter seats, the patio outside is great for those sunny / cooler days to catch up with friends or journal /read

Cute spot with really charming decor. The coffee was good, and even though the seating area is small, both indoors and outdoors, it still feels cozy and inviting. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, a great little place to grab a drink.

What's going on with finding a good coffee spot?!?!? Upsetting because these places aren't cheap! $22 for 2 drinks and one bread I ordered the dirty chai ice coffee and NO COFFEE TASTE!! Just watery and super sour!!!! Mad!!! No drink for me I guess!! My husband ordered the hot mocha, can't go wrong with hot mocha!! It would be ridiculous if they messed this up!!! He said "it's ok!" The sticky bun was the best part, that's why the 2 stars! It was chewy and flaky from the outside! Enjoyed it!! Only thing in my stomach for now.. The ambience is chill! Nice spot but needs TLC, water leak under front register, dirty floor! Flies inside sitting on the mouth of the syrup bottles ewww I have seen videos of what flies do so ewwwww

Great brew, great crew, and great view. Giant Leap is my go-to for a long-black americano every time I'm heading to the Galleria.

Excellent coffee, with a fantastic staff, in a very neat setting. My very picky brood has been here several times, and we never leave disappointed. While I'm boring and only drink americanos, the ladies have tried the matcha, chai, and a few different lattes, and I've heard no complaints.

Excellent service, excellent product! Quality coffee and tea at a fun location! My husband said their cold brew is fantastic.

UPDATE: They replied the day after I sent a second follow up stating I would be disputing the charge. 6/28 While the team may be trained to read back orders, that did not happen in my case. The staff member who helped us did not repeat the order before charging it. He actually walked away from the counter and came back without confirming anything. They can feel free to review the security footage from that day, as I'm confident it will confirm this interaction. As I stated earlier, I ordered two Vanilla Rose Matchas and was given two Vanilla Rose Coffees. I explained immediately that it was incorrect, but was told I'd have to pay again to get the drinks I originally ordered. I never received any mention of a manager being present or of a discount being offered for the second set of drinks. I paid full price a second time just to get what I had initially ordered, and the first two drinks (ones I couldn't consume) were wasted. I also sent an email the same day and didn't receive any kind of response until I followed up again. That kind of delay felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when my friend (who was with me that day) visited again, the same staff member assumed she was me, addressed her by my name, and winked. This clearly referenced my complaint. This was uncomfortable for her and confirms that my concerns were seen and discussed informally and internally, rather than being addressed appropriately. That behavior is not only unprofessional but also makes it clear that the situation was not taken seriously. I've supported many small businesses and believe in giving grace, but this entire experience has left me feeling dismissed and disappointed. I was hoping for accountability and professionalism, not deflection.

I tried an ice d hot flat white . It was fine. The beans were a bit acidic and light. They definitely steamed the hot flat white perfectly. But the flavors just wasnt for me. I can definitely see why it's popular if those type of beans are your flavor profile. The service was a bit slow. They definitely took their time and did not care too much about getting you out quick. So if you got the time, go for it.

Tiny little coffee shop in uptown park. Good for if you want a drink on the go. Not much seating at all on the inside. Does not offer sugar-free syrups because all syrups are made in-house (that's what the barista told me¿) The matcha was okay, tasted more like almond milk than it did matcha. The coloring was good though.

I've been here many times and I love this place! Giant Leap Coffee is located in Uptown Park in Post Oak so it is perfect to get a coffee and go walk around check out the shops or get some food. What I ordered : Large Matcha with Sizzurp syrup (from Summer menu) This place offers different seasonal drinks! So they always have something special items for the current season. Right now they have a summer seasonal menu featuring 4 drinks Inside is quite small not big enough to sit and work or study. This is more of a pick up and go or sit outside as they have chairs outside mini patio. I love the customer service, staff is always friendly, helpful with recommendations, and staff asks if you want a 16oz or 20oz which I appreciate as some coffee spots will forget to ask you about the size of drink you'd like.

For starters I'd like to think of myself as a bit of a coffee snob. It's one of those things that I can enjoy a multitude of ways, but experiences that go beyond plain enjoyment are few and far between. When I tell you...this is the best quality coffee I've had in Houston I am not bluffing! I've had both the Cashmere and Jade coffee, both hot and iced and they absolutely never miss. The drinks coming out of this place have been consistently fire, so this isn't some one-off shop with a good selection or two. Menu selections are impeccable. Drinks are crafted to absolute perfection. Lines do tend to be long but service is never lacking. Staff is polite and efficient. Not to mention last time I went in there someone was vibing to all the Drake hits which further contributed to the "hipster quality coffee shop" feels (biased preference I know haha). I don't have a single complaint!!! Will absolutely be returning and would endorse this spot to any and everyone looking for quality crafted coffee drinks!
