This review is solely for the oil change department. For the area the price is fair, but the oil change is suppose to be an 18 point inspection and if you do not watch them or question exactly what they did or did not do they will try and get away with only changing your oil and not doing the complete inspection. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE!! I had to get a last minute oil change, meaning same day, and I been to the oil change place before so I thought why not. The payment processor was down, so we had to walk next door to the car wash place to pay. No big deal. This is when I realized I should go ahead and get my car interior cleaned and detail since I have time. The ladies who help you decide were amazingly nice. I told her what I was looking for, she told me which package to sign up for. Very easy. This guy came with a green shirt while I was moving my things in the truck, hopped in the driver seat (while I was one foot in and one foot out of the car) and said he have to move my car up so they can hurry up and start. I told him hold on before he take off in my car and drag me. His response- "Well hurry up and get in then" Okay, still I did that. I noticed they were doing a basic clean and missed a few spots. They were literally done in 3 minutes no exaggeration. So I asked the same guy in the green shirt did I have the right package based off what I wanted. He immediately start yelling at me and told the lady I want all of this for $29.99 Now let's back up. Because I got an oil change at the place, they give you $16-$18 off. That's not me wanting anything special, I didn't even know about it. The people told me to show them my receipt and the lady told me that. So it's not MY FAULT that you have a deal to make the car wash only $29.99 Okay, so then as he was yelling I told the girl I will pay for the package that includes making sure no dirt is in my car. So if it's $80 it's fine. He was overly rude. The lady said why are you mad and yelling at her, she didn't do anything. Guess what, he kept going!! I called my fiancé on FaceTime and start trying to record cause by this time i fee threaten cause he's a man, surrounded by his people and workers, and he's following behind me as I'm walking to talk to the lady who placed my order. I asked can I speak to the manager to pay for whatever I want to pay for, he yells he's the manager. I said okay, then he yells, "MY WIFE IS THE OWER! Now I'm upset and hurt cause I'm getting treated poorly, and I say to him if you are so bothered about yal about to close, why would you accept my money and me as a customer? He still yelling. I asked them for a ATM machine so I can still tip the people who did the 3 minutes of work, they didn't have one so I went to the Bank of America right next to it, pulled out $20, came back and asked them to brake it into 4 $5 bills, and tipped them and left! When I tell you I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Never get an oil change from that place because we had to pay inside of there, and I will tell all my family (I'm from the area) to NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! The manager could've easily told me whatever he wanted without being in my face. What was more disappointing is he assumed because I had on a pull over and a hat that I wanted to be cheap? He kept saying what I wanted for $29.99 when I kept telling him I want the package that will clean the rocks and gravel out of my car. Paid the highest package and after inspected before driving off I politely asked to wipe where you can still visibly see dirt. The lady who whipped my car down, huffed and sighed so bad and loud as if she needed an asthma pump. Then as she was wiping gonna ask if I'm going to tip? I immediately told her if I hadn't had to ask you to do the job I paid for then she could've gotten a tip. Where they do that at??? Service was horrible, staff horrible, unsatisfactorily done! Brought my car here Highly unsatisfied. They did a half ass job vacuuming the inside. What i paid for was suppose to include them armor alling the interior that did not happen. My tires were nice and shiny but the rims seem to have gotten overlooked cause they were still dirty as well. From a short distance the car looked great but up close there were still spot of bird mess and dust. I am highly dissatisfied and will not be returning. read more

My car I took yesterday 01/14/2023 was not vacuumed completely, it's a small suv and the truck was not opened and cleaned. Dirt and sides were still dirty. Flower seeds were still left on floor. Never again will I take my vehicle there. Try to help small businesses and receive awful service. It's best to take to another city for better service read more

Where should I begin? I'll NEVER give one red penny of mine to this place of business. They have locked my keys in my car 3x already. I had a month subscription with them. Billed automatically $60.00 a month for unlimited washes. They ALWAYS would leave my car just sitting there while 5 cars came in after me and they would immediately start vacuuming them and then do my car after. I'd end up being there for 40 min when there were no cars there. Finally complained to the owner and when I did he turned his back on me and walked out the door. Didn't let me finish. I wasn't yelling or raising my voice, just wanted to let him know what was going on the last few times I've been there. Terrible customer service. I would rather wash my own car or drive 15 min away and pay more money than give the owner 1 red penny of mine. I cancelled my membership. read more

Went to this place (not too often), but this time was the last time. Went through the car wash, when they wiped my car down (half ass job) they left some type of reside. I only noticed after I left-i called and told the young lady that I would be back. Went back-the out side attendant told me that what was on my car did not happened there and went got the manager. He came over- wiped his hand over my vehicle and told me "no" with no explanation what soever. Run, run fast...it's too too many other places that hand wash vehicles and does a great job. Went to this car wash and they lost the key card to my parking garage at work it's gone. Placed a phone call to them to explain that I needed them to check for the key card and all I got was a recording. No phone call back no apology nothing. Needless to say I will not be back. I've used other carwashes over the past 15 years with the key card in the side compartment of the drivers door,, with no problems whatsoever. read more

The WORST place of business in Texas City. For one they don't do a very good job of cleaning your car for the price. Now for the kicker....They took my wiper blades off prior to the wash or dry (no idea when because no one told me) Got in my car and the sensor for the wipers activated and scratched my windshield. They did replace the blades because when I went back, they lost the originals lol. Anyways got an estimate, went back 2 days later and they refused to accept it. It was crazzzzy the excuses they kept giving. Asked to speak with the owner and was told I quote "The owner doesn't want to hear about losing money, he just makes money" Before I ripped his head off, I left. I've heard a couple of horror stories over the past 15 years or so, but it's never happened to me here. The oil change staff is nice and, though it's not the greatest wash I've ever had, they generally do a good job for me on the wash and wipe-down afterward. Avoid the wheel treatment, however, if you have after-market rims. It will pit/rust them. #experience read more

I took my vehicle to this place today 8/10/19. Horrible job. Stupid me tipped the workers 10.00. didn't realize what a shoddy job was done until I got home and inspected the inside and out. Inside was not vacuumed well at all. NO ARMOR-ALL What-so-ever. The tires had been wiped down with water and the rims untouched. I plan on returning in AM after church to give them a piece of my mind. I didn't realize they had been doing such shoddy work for a long time until I looked at the reviews. It is really sad how businesses take advantage of people, knowing that it hurts the city's reputation. Someone needs to fine them or ticket them for taking people's hard earned money for such poor workmanship.
