We were shopping at the mall today and stopped by at the food court to get something to eat. Unfortunately, the food choices are limited. There was only one lady taking the orders and preparing the orders. Service is slow and robotic. This place gives you a food portion that is less than half of what a good halal or middle eastern café would give you at the same price. The salad is not fresh .. the lady was picking off the wilted leafy greens and tossing them while making my friend's salad dish. I ordered the rice bowl tofu shawarma. Bearly any tofu. Rice was not flavorful. The size of the order only filled half the container. Food quality was just eatable. My friend had the salad chicken shawarma. Food quality was not eatable. My friend tossed half the order in the garbage. Vegetables are at least sitting there overnight from the previous day. Chicken was overcooked and horrible. On top of this, they automatically charged my debit card with a 99 cents tip even though I indicated no tip amount. Why would I want to leave a tip when served at the counter especially with unfriendly and slow service. I would not go here again even if I was starving. Overpriced food for the small portions and poor food quality. Unfriendly and slow service. I usually hate giving 1 star but this place deserves it. read more

Spinach in my salad all wilted, a 2oz container of hummus with toasted pita and a dry as a bone pita wrap. Not worth 26 dollars I just spent. Hummus tastes great for a basic hummus, the tzaziki is bland, there Feta taste like Queso Fresco. Not that tangy, salty brined feta that feta should taste like. The cashier is terribly rude here. I saw they had fried chicken so I decided to take some to-go for later. I specifically asked for 2 drumsticks and the girl starts giving me a 2 piece mixed. I advised her I just wanted 2 drum sticks and I had already paid at this point. She switched out the chicken but still charged me for a 2 piece mixed which was more than just 2 legs. I asked her... "are you going to give me a refund for the difference?" She said it's the same price which it clearly wasn't. Now I'm irritated but I explained how there's a difference. She apparently thinks the difference isn't big enough to offer any sort of apology or refund. LAKELINE MALL LOCATION.... I could not find It for the location at lakeline so I'm writing on this. I do have to agree with the review below that the lady who makes the food is very cheap on the unlimited toppings, I had to keep telling her to put more of everything, and she was still cheap about it.
