We had a delicious and slightly messy apple, brie and smoked shoulder sandwich with amazing cold brew and iced cappuccino for our first visit. We took macaroons to go. They didn't make it back to the air B&B..... so delightful! We came back for breakfast and shared egg breakfast and brioche french toast.... Again just delicious and well prepared. French press coffee and fresh squeezed oj for drinks. Absolutely an amazing start to the day. Couple pastries and more macaroons to go. I would be here daily if it were closer. When we come back to this area I will seek out the opportunity to eat here again.

This was SO good especially with a splash of hot sauce they offered on the side. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bite of the asparagus was a nice texture addition. The portion was very plentiful, I was full for hours which is very unlike me. I was also intrigued by their "caramel inferno" coffee. I did see some what I would guess is cayenne pepper floating around in there but didn't taste it. It was a good idea but didn't pan out. The coffee just tasted like a very good caramel coffee and I was not complaining about that. GF ordered a vanilla latte and msuhroom toast which she seemed to enjoy quite a bit. Upon arrival you pick your table with the number, grab a menu and order at the cashier where you will inform them of your table number and place your order. The first room offers some elevated window seating for some natural bright light and people watching. The second room has plenty of seats and typically where the performers play on the mini stage. The third room has more seating, bar seating, and bathrooms. Each room has its own unique design with art. The first room has the gift shop. They also have a large patio for outdoor seating and in some of that fresh mountain air The service in Dottie's is great. How it works is you pick a table and locate the number on the table, go to the cashier to tell them your table number and place your order for food and drinks (including coffee), the staff will deliver your items to the table. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed Zuko. Zuko was helpful, consistently checking on the guest and ensuring everyone got their meal in a timely manner. Zuko is a great asset to Dotties. I've been to this location several times and my favorite food is the steel cut oats with a variety of toppings that include fresh fruit and nuts . I also enjoy the Burnham bagel it's an everything bagel with cream cheese, ripe tomatoes and red raw onions, perfection! I will also typically get a lavender latte or a Matcha latte with lavender. BMB sells their pizzas and flatbreads to many breweries in the Berkshires. You'll find those pizzas to be tasty, and wonder: should I still bother going to the bakery? The answer is yes, you should. Their bakes are fresh and easy to digest, and don't go stale as fast as other local bakeries'. My friend loved her almond croissant and strawberry rhubarb square. We thoroughly enjoyed our spinach & feta croissant, ham & cheese croissant, and chicken pot pie turnover. The turnover was the most successful of the bunch in terms of flaky pastry ratio. The jalapeño scone was very rich but perfect for sharing. The palmier was nice, but I wouldn't get the too-dry mini canelé again. Plenty of parking near their corner of the strip mall, and a handful of tables in the attached room. The staff member we interacted with seemed like she was having a bad day. We were still too early in our trip to pick up more baked goods, but we'll be back to try their prepared food menu, olive bread, biscotti, and local goods in the coolers.
