The service was slow and lacking, and the staff seemed disinterested. We asked for a veggie recommendation, and the server said she does not eat meat, which did not make sense since we were ordering vegetarian options. The thin crust pizza was very tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the crispy edges. The Chicago style deep dish was not very good and did not have any chicken in it. I recently ordered a meal for a family birthday for my niece, there in the area there, through a delivery service (DD), not knowing my family would go in, in person, to pick up the food. Pizza 9 was great and accomodating for allowing them to pick up the order. But as a result, the delivery driver from DD didn't have anything to pick up, so then an agent from DD called me, asked of the order was picked up, and when I said , "yes" they immediatey hung up and then burned the number (weird). Unfortunately, that meant that Pizza 9 was stuck with a bill, so we called to try to settle up, but a quick reference to a woman at Pizza 9's and her manager, they graciously told me not to worry about it! Quite a pleasant surprise and very gracious of Pizza 9. It is my niece's favorite pizza and made her birthday a little more special. Thank you, Pizza 9 and staff! Marconi Hot Giardiniera (only one you'll ever need), thin slices of beef, french roll, and the juice to top it off. Make sure you lean forward when you eat it or it'll get all over you. Delicious pizza I ordered a individual size supreme pizza. It was pretty small, I think I could've ordered a small and finish it by myself. It was delicious would love to try their deep dish pizza next! 10/10 recommend. The decor/ vibe of the restaurant felt more like a Chinese restaurant. Instead of a salad, I found 3 slices of pizza that looked like someone's doggy bag. We called and were told the salad is there and we can get it. We live outside of town and that's 28 mile round trip. So the manager credited our card for the salad. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We were greeted as we walked up to the registers and the cashier let us take our time ordering. I asked for an ingredient list and they provided it quickly. We got a large All Meat pizza and 8 wings for 21.99 pizza crust was crunchy and good. We got their "default" pizza crust. It's the deep dish, I think. It's similar to Pizza Hut. The quality of the ingredients seems better than Pizza Hut though! Wings have a bit of dry rub on them and then are sauced liberally. They're not spicy and it's not your typical Buffalo sauce, but they were good. (Husband immediately called dibs on the leftovers.) I forgot to take a picture because I was super hungry. They do look like the ones on the website. They came with two containers of Ken's Bleu cheese or ranch and three celery sticks. Sadly, but understandably, the glow-in-the-dark mini golf is closed due to Covid-19 so we'll have to come back when it's back open. It looks super cool though! Side note: they do have paper and pen on the table for contact tracing. There were three or four other families there and everyone was spread out. We essentially had a "room" to ourselves. They have Pepsi products, Brisk (WHAT!), and Dr. Pepper. I like that they offer "convenience groceries" for purchase. I might buy some wings another day! The salad was Greek enough for me. Feta. The greens. The dressing. I would go back. This is a great space for a crowd from church or a large family. I am giving Pizza9 a 3 only because the older gentleman that owns/manages is a micromanager. The last 3 visits are unsettling as to the way he treats the staff. They seem to have it under control, but he interrupts when they are talking to customers and directs when he has no idea what the hell was said. Yesterday, I was curt to the staff because he kept getting into the situation. I apologize for that young lady. Do not know what happened to the previous staff but I am sure the staff turnover rate is high right now. Great pizza but that gentleman guys needs to stay off the front counter. Tried this place for the first time tonight. Ordered 2 calzones, wings and a small Pizza. The calzones had no taste, hardly any fillings inside.
