She showed me an incomplete bill but after it was added correctly I tried to review it on the POS screen. The server quickly skipped forward to the card tap screen. I added a tip and asked to see my final bill, then discovered 18% gratuity was already added. The final tip was nearly 38%. As I explained the error, the two servers at the register became belligerent and told us to step out of the way. No offer to see a manager or apologize for the error. The food nor the service warranted the price paid. Place is run down and I was hoping the food was clean all the time I was eating.

I believe it is an old home that is converted to a restaurant, the old wooden floors are sort of worn and a bit uneven which gives it lots of character. We were told to sit anywhere and a server soon came with menus and took drink orders. She was all dressed up for the holidays with cute little floppy reindeer antlers on her head and an apron with snowmen on it. My wife was in the mood for eggs as we had skipped breakfast so she had an omelet, hash browns and cinnamon raisin toast. It was perfect and she enjoyed every bite. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of their sweet potato fries which were crispy and hot from the fryer. The place is cute inside, lots of cute things on the walls like old photos, signs and even a big Santa Clause for the holidays. What's more I used the men's room and it was super clean which always tells me how good a restaurant is and that they most likely keep a clean kitchen! I'd have to spit it out and I made a little pile of meat and just finally quit eating it. I asked if they could help out on the bill since I didn't need it and they gave me a generous 10%. My reply was, well it's the last time you'll ever see me. I had to order a waffle so I could leave there at least four and not have to go to a 2nd place. Took about $32 to get a burrito and a waffle. The bacon is usually raw, the hashbrowns are never browned...... I don't have. I'll stay in business serving the crap that I got today.

You don't really get the aroma for the coconut or basil and there was barely any bell peppers. It was very one dimensional flavor that was mostly just spicy. It's a small portion of curry and TINY portion of rice so we did have to get additional food after. The fried rice was disappointing as well since it was very salty and the rice was a bit mushy. The pineapple and slices of cucumbers were very necessary to offset the saltiness but it was still overwhelming. Flavor profile was one dimensional again of just salty.
