After a 7 hour drive with a load of teenagers we stumble upon Pizza 9 and praise God we did!! The cashier at the counter was SUPER NICE and explained all the special. She fully understood we had seriously hungry kids and literally ran the pizza out to us as fast as they came out of the oven!! All the kids said it was some of the best pizza they've ever had!! I have to tell you that I'm only giving 2 stars on this place because once I had a calzone and it wasn't the worst I've had. As far as the pizza goes though it is sub par. But show me a pizza place in this town that doesn't suck. Save yourself the time and buy a frozen pizza at the grocery store. I have always been happy with my food from here. It has been accurate, affordable, and delicious! The Chicago style pizza is really different and I am a fan for sure. The customer service was pretty good too, the girl who took our order was knowledgable about the product and was very friendly and nice, I wish I could remember her name! I have been here twice now and both times the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food quality and speed of service is certainly above average for what is been expecting. I enjoyed the deep dish pizza and the prices are pretty good as well. Kind of out of the way from most of the main drag but close to a few hotels so that helps. We ventured in early looking for a place to spend some time for lunch. We ordered the small party pack which included 3 large, pizza any toppings, 20 wings, cheese bites, and (3) liter drinks for $50. The thin slice was awesome... Nice crust and I ordered one deluxe( all toppings) and one with just pepperoni. I also ordered one deluxe pan which had a lot of toppings. The kids enjoyed the cheese bites with sauce. Ordered over the phone a pizza, wings, and a salad. All were OK. Pizza was thin crust and was similar to the Domino's variety. Toppings were good portions. Salad was large and a bit too much lettuce but came with two dressing "bags". Plenty of napkins, sprinkle cheese and red pepper. Wings were OK. Like mine a bit more cooked. Okay - so 1st I downloaded their menu via their website - called in my order and was told "sorry we don't have those items at this location." So went and placed the order - stressing what I wanted and I entered my credit card. Pizza shows up and the guy asks for cash because they did not run my card. On and the driver was stoned. DO NOT EAT HERE... UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEW $100 DOLLARS!! Just got off with the current manager working at this time 20 DEC 2016@ 12:10pm. She was very rude and kept talking over me and saying it was not her fault and she wasn't working last night. I was charged $352.85 last night for an online order, $117.46 was the correct amount. I was contacted by my bank regarding the issue TODAY, if it was fraudulent charges. I contacted the restaurant and the manager told me they voided the two incorrect charges. And I should call my back and its up to them on when they will reverse those charges. I called my bank and they informed me they were all charges and no reversals on any of them. My wife called the second time and spoke to the manager and was treated the same. Told the same BS of it not being her fault. It takes 5 to 7 business days for a void to go through and it's not up to the manager to do the banks work. Again, talking over my wife, when my wife was telling her we weren't blaming her and we should have contacted last night about these charges. DO NOT EAT HERE... Sometimes you want a pizza in Farmington, and Bernardone's isn't open (damn their limited hours...), so you go here instead. It's not gourmet pizza, but it hits the spot. Better than the other pizza-chain options in town. read more

Pizza 9 is decent but they take forever to cook your pizza. We ordered wings, salad, calzone and a pizza. We got almost all our food. We were done eating by the time my husband got his pizza dinner. The Calzone was huge, enough to feed 4-5 people. The kids said it was alright. My husband didn't like his pizza. My salad was okay. My wings were not crisp but soggy. I don't think we will be eating here again. read more

I will definitely try it again. Doesn't get 5 stars solely because the Alfredo sauce on my ravioli tasted like it came out of a jar (didn't taste bad, just not really unique/that great). The all meat pizza tasted good. I liked the garlic bread, though it was a bit greasy for my liking, but decent stuff. The building has been much improved inside, and the service was great. I ordered just a peperoni Pizza What I received was factory made crust with little holes on the backside. Much like a cracker with tomato sauce on top. If that wasn't discouraging enough some creative person in the kitchen had put the pepperoni underneath the mozzarella. read more

we ate here for a birthday party over the weekend. so i didn't exactly eat here by my own personal choice. and for the record i've been to chicago 4 times and remember precisely what chicago pizza taste like. this pizza is NOT chicago pizza nor does it look like chicago style pizza. the pizzas were already ordered by family members hosting the birthday party. so i tried the supreme and ham/pineapple. honestly, it was like a greasier version of pizza hut. at first i didn't mind the grease but after my 3rd pizza my stomach got jacked up. the wings were also pre-ordered by family and they were just okay. i also tried the bread stick bites and they were okay too. the staff were extremely nice and helpful. the restaurant was clean and the bathrooms looked like it could use a remodel but served its purpose. after visiting this restaurant i would definitely go to 3 other local places before i go back to pizza 9. well, unless there is another future birthday party again. read more

We went there late last night. I really enjoyed my half of the thin crusted Hawaiian pizza. My husband on the other hand being from Chicago was a bit disappointed that the sausage used wasn't a Chicago brand. We split a 9 inch pizza and a salad and it was enough for both of us since we weren't starving. I look forward to trying their sandwiches. read more

Pretty good stuff. I ordered a small pizza with fresh garlic and Italian sausages. The garlic was minced (like from a jar), I prefer the cloves, so that was kind of a downer. But the sausage was good, decent pizza sauce (nothin homemade or anything), overall not a bad deep dish. read more

The Los Lobo pizza is probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Delivery comes fast and have not had an issue yet.

Pleasantly surprised. Garden Salad with grilled chicken was quite large and delicious. Pepperoni calzone was fantastic as was the cheese bread nuggets. Thin cheese pizza was pretty average. Service was good and delivery was really fast. We will definitely eat here again. read more

Wow, what a money hungry low service this employees are. I work in a near by Hotel. Today, 4/21/16 at about 7pm, I called to order a pizza so I could have lunch. Over the phone they advised me I could send a co-worker to pick up my items. Upon his arrival they told him they couldn't give him my discount because I needed to sign. Trust me, its not the $2 "discount", its the lack of communication and customer service. So they rather lose a customer and future recommendation (remember I work at the hotel), for $2. Like some how Its a scam that Im running saving people $2 on pizza. Not even management had the level of customer service needed to deal with the situation. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but it's still the best in Farmington and I can honestly say that it's good. Salads are good and the desserts are good too. My only complaint was the wings were small and had more fat on them then meat and it is a bit pricey. Oh and the wait is long, even calling ahead with your order the wait is looooonnng. But in this town, I'll give four stars to any place that has edible food. I don't know what this place is. Is it a restaurant or just take out like Little Caesars? I prefer to take out since the decor and seating is lacking. It's just not an attractive environment. read more
