I am happy to report that their sauce tastes and looks fresh and homemade. It has seasoning now! The crust was good before and still great! The toppings are FRESH! I decided to get another pizza few days later and I got a large veggie pizza! Once again, surprisingly good and made with large chunks of veggies and fresh! The taste was really good! You could actually taste the honey Dijon and wine in the cream sauce. Nice and thick and tasty. We also decided to try a bowl of their homemade chili. Mama T's does not hold back on the meat! There was plenty of ground beef in their chili with lots of beans and a sauce was thick and not runny like many places make it. It was seasoned spicy, but not over spiced. For me it was perfect. We also had the breaded mushrooms as an appetizer, and I will tell you that their breaded mushrooms are nice size and moist with a nice breaded coating over them deep-fried to perfection. I have these breaded mushrooms every time I eat there. Our waitress Suzanne recommended the specials to us and we are glad that she did. They are very good waitresses at Mama T's. Prices for the meals is comparable to going to places like Olive Garden and other Italian restaurants. Portion size are more than adequate and you'll definitely not leave hungry. The bus boys deserve a special mention -- they were back and forth with water multiple times, and one even offered additional bread to soak up the Alfredo sauce. The kitchen in this bar is small and they do orders one at a time, no batches. I had no idea that when I ordered there were multiple large carry out/door dash orders ahead of me, which meant I had to wait over an hour for my order of wings. Thankfully I had time to waste while watching the game, but no order of wings should take that long, especially without being told about the extraordinarily long wait when I ordered. I will say, once my order arrived, they redeemed theirselves. The wings were large, perfectly fried (tender, juicy and not one bit over cooked) and they were tossed evenly in the flavorful and unique dry rubs. Absolutely no complaints, just pure satisfaction. Okay, okay, they are still pricey, but if it wasn't for that long wait I wouldn't have been bothered by the final check.
