Amazing pizza in a very low price. Recommendation: Order a Build Your Own 11" Pizza. You can pretty much put anything on it as a topping. Its only for $10. The crust is really good. You can choose your own base sauce and your toppings. And, in the end you get the option to add more sauce on the top (variety) or get it on the side. I really like their pizza. Mod is the best. Reasonably priced delicious pizza with super fresh ingredients. Absolutely love the plethora of unlimited toppings to chose from. Normally, toppings at pizza places are priced per item but here you can pick as many as you wish. I particularly appreciate all the fresh vegetables you can pick from ( eg roasted cauliflower, roasted broccoli, garlic, it's all outstanding). Fast casual and pretty quick service. Barely sit down and Megan informs corporate policy doesnt allow us to sit there. What?!?@ Here's the math. 0/8 2 tops are open, all taped off. 0% available 1 other customer, who at a 4 top. 25% occupancy We were at a 6, 33% occupancy 3 of 30 available seats used 10% I am required to move to a 4 top, the 6 top was never used. The restaurant never went over 6 or 7 total customers. Then to top it off my pizza is doughy and raw. The gluten free crust sucks, go to Oak Fire downtown 10 times better. Great spot with one of the best values of food out there. We love the fact that you can literally endlessly customize your pizza to get exactly what you want--and boy are you nice and full afterwards!! They also offer salads that you can fully customize as well, if you're into that. One thing I like is the fact that they have dairy free cheese and cauliflower/gluten free crust options. But those with allergies to dairy like me, BEWARE the cauliflower crust--it has lots of cheese in it and they do not list that anywhere. I had the worst stomach ache afterwards and it wasn't until I called and inquired that I finally figured it out. So all in all, it's an awesome spot. I just wish as a chain, they'd make life easier for those with dairy allergies (it's a pain in the butt avoiding dairy as it is, without needing to play super detective) and list their hidden cheese additions. read more

When are you open? I keep going when it says you're open on Google search and then I show up and you're closed. It looks like a couple of people were there expecting you to be open but you were closed so we all just circled around the parking lot. Happened to me twice now. Very disappointing. The first thing that caught my attention was, rather than charging you per topping (like your typical pizza joint), this place lets you add as many toppings as you like and you still pay one flat price for your pizza. Ok, this one didn't make 5 stars. Ambiance was good, they carry beer, pizza prep concept modeled after "Subway", great Ceaser salad but my mega dough pizza had no flavor. Straight up sucked actually. $55 bucks to feed 2 adults, a teen, two little kids. My pizza tasted burnt and I know oven fired pizza. I didn't even taste the sauce. The price included 5 small soft drinks and the two salads. Price isn't too bad seeing I can blow 5x that on sushi or fine dining with one other person. I noticed their pos system (credit card machine) had a tip option. Do you tip at Subway? I love to tip when it's appropriate, like when my food and drink is brought to the table and dishes are removed when finished. This place is self serve. Like other reviews of people having stomach problems, I now have flatulent kids running around the house. I probably won't be back anytime soon, but because I loved everything else, I will at some point do a follow-up review. I was there to support a fund raiser. 4 stars is fair. Friends even said it was good. Everyone had fun! My iron stomach feels fine (wouldn't mind a piece of fish right now). I do love pizza, not a hater. I would recommend this place with caution. I like there food, but there seemed to be some confusion among the employees. Me and my 2 friends went here and they told us because they were understaffed they would only be doing orders online. The entire store was empty, yet even though, we understand that in these times staffing is hard. We then go out to our car and spend about 8-10 minutes downloading the app and ordering online per the staffs request. When we went back into the store after waiting about 10 minutes more for the food wait there was plenty of customers who were ordering in the store. My husband went to the Lake Geneva location today and ordered a Maddy. This is their basic pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The young lady who was taking care of him seemed as though she was new. The manager or owner came over to her and said, what is on this pizza? She said it was a Maddy with extra cheese and pepperoni. He said there is not such thing as a Maddy with extra cheese and pepperoni. That is an extra cost for us. He could tell the employee was totally embarrassed. My husband orders this pizza at every MOD pizza he goes to. Since he was in Lake Geneva, this is where he wanted to get it. I am a local to Lake Geneva and eat lunch out all the time. This is my favorite place and in my heavy rotation. I like going here because the food is consistently good. Really good. But more important the staff is awesome, treat people well and always do their best to create a great experience. Did I say I eat here often? Well I do. So ya once in a while even if there is a kinda slow turn around (because super busy) always go out of their way to apologize and make it right. That is a huge deal to me. Lots of great options at this walk up inspired eatery. You can order online, call in or eat there; my preference is to do it all online unless you enjoy a pretty busy atmosphere. You can pile on the ingredients, its all one price--but we've noticed they've skimped or forgotten a topping or two. Can't complain since it's one price. Everything tastes fresh. Employees are pretty cool, but if its busy, understand they're busy and not there to lay out the red carpet. Weekend orders may take a little longer, so be patient.
