I give this place a three star because they replaced the gal that was horrible with customers especially if you eat in now with younger ladies they are very cordial and awesome to deal with! The Service is good, the pizza is average and way overpriced! The crust is OK, but I've had much better! It's a thin crust, and even the edge is super thin! The toppings seem fresh, however, very skimpy. We had the pizza with several different types of meat, and as I say, very skimpy on the toppings! Had the breaded mushrooms, which were fine with marinara sauce. The sauce had good flavor, however, was slightly oily. They do bring the food out to you. However, this is just barely a step up from fast food as you have to go up to the counter to order. They are not very fast at delivering hot pizza to your table so expect about a half hour or so wait. read more

Yum, yum, and yum. This pizza is addictive. Coming from Chicago where people are insanely proud and snobby about pizza, I had doubts about finding really delicious pizza in Wisconsin. Man, Genoa Pizza in little Delavan, Wisconsin proved me so wrong! (Sorry, not sorry, Chicago!) If you can order and take it out or have it delivered, that is our favorite way to indulge since the atmosphere in the small restaurant section is just OK. We first had it at a friend's house when they had game night. It was that delicious that I was like, we are having this again at home! We ordered a supreme pizza and cheese stuffed crust bacon and sausage pizza, supreme was good.But the stuffed crust was not a good was little to no sauce, crust on edges were bubbled up and full,of air pockets which crumbled, called back and complained about the stuffed Crust pizza, the girl answered the phone talked to the chef which said he put sauce on it, she then said she will talk to her boss and we got no reply back. We were customers here but after you pay 38.00 for 2 pizzas and not happy with one of them and no amends I guess this is why you get a bad review and loss of a customer or and new potential new customers. read more

Pizza is 5 out of 5 stars. Crust will please all, not too thick, not too thin, not too bready, not too hard/crunchy. We tried the original (sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms) and the toppings were tasty and in just the right amount. I highly recommend trying out this local pizza joint over the chains. Worst service, worst pizza, worst restaurant ever experienced. Here is the simple truth of what happened tonight: I called for delivery and was told 20 minutes at the completion of my order. This was at 5:55 pm on Sunday, April 6th, 2014. I arrived around 6:12 pm and paid for the pizza. About 17 minutes have passed by now, still waiting for the 20 min. Eventually, 10 more minutes of waiting go by at the restaurant and still no pizza. I ask how much longer? She said should be right up. Finally, around 6:40 pm, the pizza comes out. The pizza was really under-cooked and runny with pink color sausage and no pepperoni as requested (seems like they knew they were way late so they shortened the pizza time in the oven - a bad idea!). The toppings all fell right off, YUCK!, it was impossible to try and eat like a normal slice of pizza. As I walked out, the person working did not express any sort of apology or concern. They refused a refund and said there wasn't anything they could do. Very, very disappointed. read more

The food is good. That's not the problem here, it's the service. The manager acts very nice until he goes into the kitchen and yells at the staff. What makes it even more uncomfortable is he yells right in front of me in Spanish like it will make the situation less uncomfortable... kids and teens do not want to go into the restaurant because it is extremely awkward and quiet. read more

I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. We were staying at a resort in relevant and wanted local pizza so we ordered from this place. What a mistake. We were told it would take 20 mins. Went to pick it up and it actually took 45 mins. They have us a free soda to make up for the time. Took it back to the hotel and opened it to find the toppings were barely cooked. Sausage was still pink and the temperature was lukewarm. Picked up a slice to eat and all the topping fell off. Ridiculous. We tried eating it with a spoon but the pizza was so bad we didn't even finish it. Called the place back and the lady said we couldn't get a refund because the owner was gone and he wouldn't be back for another four days. We don't live in delevan so I doubt we'll get our money back for such a ridiculously bad pizza. Should've gone with the yelp reviews for jojo's pizza instead. This place was horrible. read more

Me and my boyfriend love ordering pizza and just relaxing together on nights that we can, and we have orders Genoas delivery on multiple occasions. Usually it would be later in the afternoon, and we have had nothing but problems when we do order. Either something we ordered doesn't taste right , or it was not what we had wanted at all. I spent 40$ on a meal I didn't take two bites out of, and when I called and finally complained and asked for my money back for that order and I would not be ordering from there again the girl who took my order said the manager would give me a call the next day. It is the next day. Didn't receive a call yet so decided to call and the manager answered I told him I was waiting for a call from a complaint I made the previous night and that the food did not taste right and he said he was gunna taste and check the date on it , while he was doing that. I was just informing him I wouldn't be ordering from there again and all of a sudden, the call ended. So I had my boyfriend call him and sort it out , the manager told him I was rude and didn't like the way I was talking to him but then , later said he was talking and no one responded to what he said .
