I'm not a big fan of robust however it had thyme basil oregano and other hints of things and nothing came on too strong, that's experience at its best, overall I enjoyed it and the combination of under crust was sort of compensating for the buttery hint that worked well with the sauce. 5 is it good Hot? The dining area is small and quaint. The menu is unique with pizza and a wonderful Mediterrean menu. We tried a traditional pepperoni/mushroom pizza since the sign was what drew my husband in. The pizza was wonderful - all of the ingredients were very fresh and imported from Italy. The crust and sauce are homemade by Hassan. I ordered a hummus plate to go and was delighted how beautiful and tasty it was. We can't wait to go back to try more of the menu like Kebabs, Gyros and Swarma plates. We just arrived in town and checked in to the Hampton across the street. We walked in and the man at the counter was super helpful. We ordered a medium pepperoni to go, but also had an extra suit case which was our daughters, and we needed to grab my phone back at the hotel. Rather than drag the suitcase across the street I asked if we could leave it near the side of the counter, and they said yes no problem. 15 minutes later we walked back the pizza was sitting ready to go with plates,napkins, Parmesan and red peppers. We sat on their outside dining patio and had a couple slices while waiting for our lyft and the owner ran out and gave us some complementary sparkling water and he reminded me not to forget my luggage which I grabbed. Then the lyft came and the owner was kind enough to remind me again not to forget my luggage, huge lifesaver, and what a generous, it appeared to be family run operation. The pizza was delicious and then cooked a little bit crispy, which was perfect and hit the spot! I know they offer several other things like gyros, and will definitely be back on our four days day. Super simple to takeaway when you're in a hurry. I only get five stars when the food is worth it in the service is there as well! Go and I promise you'll enjoy it!
