    yummy thin crust pizza

Came for a late lunch, was the only one here. Ordered a 12" white out. Came out in about 10 min. Yummy thin crust. Nice dots of ricotta. Good garlic knot, will need to order something with the marinara next time. A TV was playing a lot of Elivis videos, not horrible but kinda loud. The gal at the counter was nice. I will be back.

Excellent slice with excellent service. Kindof in a little tucked away strip mall but the favor and helpfulness did not disappoint. Memorable visit and will be back again soon.

The service was excellent--polite, fast, and very attentive. The food was incredible. They serve beautiful coal brick oven pizza with a perfect crust and delightful sauce. Even the small pepperoni mushroom pie was massive--too big for us to finish! Definitely a fantastic spot.

Today, I called to confirm we were signed up for the Father's Day "Special" which was offered with pizza, and if we could order a 2nd bottle of this "special" wine, in advance. I was very rudely told by the manager, their online reservations were turned off, and there was no reservation for us. He then said, I should have known that they weren't accepting reservations, especially if I didn't receive a confirmation! It was offensive as I make a number of online & phone reservations, without getting a confirmation, and have never had a problem. Why should the customer assume that your reservations are turned off? There are a number of ways this manager could have resolved the situation, but he chose to blame the customer, which especially under these circumstances, (& in the restaurant business) is never okay. Never-the-less, there are so many pizza/Italian restaurants to pick from, we will be patronizing them from now on.

The chicken was juicy and tender, lasagna was creamy but not too greasy, the rigatoni was full of flavors (spicy, lemony, and fragrant), and the fried seafood had a light batter. Not to mention the tiramisu - you could feel the coffee and mascarpone melted in your mouth immediately. I would say since this is a global chain, their Italian food is globalized in a way that some Italian tastes are gone. But still , you can tell the food is high quality and the chef put efforts in it. We also liked the Italian vibe in the restaurant - really bright and inviting. Overall, a great place to hang out with family and friends to get some Italian taste!

I'd go back if I were in the area and try some of the other pasta dishes and maybe a marinara pizza, but still have a lot of other pizza/pasta places I'd like to try first. Pros 1. Very nice manager. The real deal Italian from Naples! 2. Pizza was simple and very good 3. They have ricotta gnocchi (preferred over the heavy potato gnocchi) Cons 1. A lot of the food on the menu was very pricey. The pizzas and pasta without protein were a more reasonble price. 2. Very dark and empty inside the restaurant (this may have been because it was late).

Funny a friend told me to get the cannoli espresso martini and while it was no longer an item, they still took the time to put it together, certainly glad I got to try it! We all round robin our different martinis and can't say there was a bad one! We started with the Carpaccio di Manzo and I gotta say...it was real hard to not order a second. This was so good I cannot say if any other way. Just order it TAGLIATELLE BOLOGNESE was cooked perfectly with amazing pasta, also ordered was SCAMPI TAGIOLINI and Peppino pizza, nothing but happy remarks around the table! Nothing could have improved this dinner, wonderful place!

I have maintained that the best pie experience I've ever had in America or Italy was once at BIANCO with a celebrity friend who the kitchen adored. That pie was amazing. And my next dozen favorites were IL Bosco. I have tried pizza all over the world (surprisingly good Napoli-style in Sydney AU), and lots in NYC, all over Jersey, Hartford, Detroit, Chicago, LA and San Francisco. I just found IL Bosco's most consistent. Well, last night IL Bosco was FIRE, and changed everything. My friends and I went simple this time...just salad and pies. They were impressed by the dressing on the Kale salad, and the flavorful pancetta. But the pies!!! We wanted extremes...that would complement each other so we went with the white Alba, with caramelized onion, sautéed mushrooms and a honey drizzle. The slightly salty cheese was a beautiful palate cleanser from the other amazing pie...the ZA! With Hatch Green Chili, Pepperoni, Peppadew peppers, red sauce and cheese with hot honey...it was the opposite on the red pie/white pie spectrum. And they were cooked beautifully. A just-right hint of char, beautifully light and flavorful crust and flavors that hit you individually rather than as a mess, they combined careful execution with intense and wonderful flavors. That moved into my #1 slot! And, instead of wine, we all had a Menabrea beer, one of my favorite Italian brews. The hops and subtle citrus and caramel notes worked beautifully to show off the pies. Absolutely amazing evening sampling the pinnacle of pizza.
