My friend had the Penne Florentine with Chicken and I had a delicous Veal Platter with a side of fettucine. Everything arrived piping hot. Soooo not pleased with this place! Not only did they not get our order right, which was repeated to me after I ordered, it arrived very late -- 30 minutes later than the 45 minutes I was told it would take. And then to add insult to injury, the order was incorrect. I guess they have no appreciation for the fact that businesses order from them and most workers have scheduled lunch breaks. Anyway, I called and asked for a manger, and after answering 5 questions just to speak to the manager, I discovered the person on the phone was actually the manager. Ridiculous. After discussing the mistake with the manager, he told me to bring the incorrect item to them and they would credit my card for that amount. RIDICULOUS! I refused, he conceded, and the credit (supposedly) has been issued. Regardless, bad way to do business all around! All in all, the food was mediocre and definitely not anything close to being worth the hassle. As far as their food goes, their pasta sauce was deep red -- overcooked; the chicken parmigiana sub had more bread (sub roll) and breading than chicken, had little cheese, and was loaded with marinara sauce thereby making it difficult to eat -- along with the overcooked sauce . I found this place years ago when I live in Wilmington. I relocated to Atlanta back in 2005. I stop here every time I am in town. I have seen the owners son grown and a few changes. This is a great place there pizza is nice and hot and the establishment looks inviting. I mostly eat the soups and fettucine alfredo. I love how i can get favorite mushrooms and spinach on top and enjoy a nice potato soup. Everything is delicious and the price is good and the customer service is fantastic. read more

And they said it would take 20 minutes, I got there 1/2 hourl ater and they still hadn't put it in the overn (and they were not busy) Probably because the guy was on the phone with what was obviously a personal phone call the entire time. He finally hung up, put the pizza in the oven, then a minute later was on the phone again. when it was time to check out, I had to WAIT until he was done talking on the phone before he waited on me. Ordered a simple cheese pizza and wings and although I had no problems with my order, the food was not that great. I was able to get through one slice of pizza but it was tough because it completely sagged in my hand. It sagged so much that I think it inverted away from my mouth. As for the wings, the meat was overcooked but the skin was soggy. And it tasted like they just put them hot sauce and let them sit there for a couple of hours. read more
