Again... can't get orders right. Every time we order something is wrong. Ordered a Sausage and cheese Stromboli, and get a cheesesteak Stromboli with the works. Don't know why it's so complicated. Then when I call, I get asked if I had touched or eaten any of it so they can take it back(did not eat it, but did cut into it thinking it was my food). So first thought hmm your prob gonna take it back and give it to the correct person after I opened it up. Disgusting. Do yourselves a favor and pick up only if you get food here. It's a shame what's happened to this place. They used to be the pest pizza and wings around. About 10/15 years ago they changed their pizza but their wings were still amazing so we kept going back. Now? I hope you like mild because it doesn't matter what you order that's what you're going to get. Thinking about getting a salad to go with it? I wouldn't recommend it. A "side salad" is $5 and incredibly small with paper thin tomato and cucumber. But if you like onion you're in luck- it's the only ingredient you get a sizable amount of. A tossed salad is about a quarter or a cup more lettuce and it's got cheese. Oh, and you're paying $8 for that. It is also worth noting that every order my family has ever placed has been either wrong, or missing something with no attempt from them to ever rectify the issue. Ordered online for the first available delivery time, 2 hours in advance. I called when the delivery was late and was told they didn't have a driver to bring it. What ever happened to picking up a phone and notifying people. I suggest training your team to think of their customers and not just use a barrier as an excuse to not serve paying patrons. This place does have a big menu I'll give them that. The pizza however has no taste and for some reason is always soggy. The wings used to be good, in fact we used to get pizza knowing it wouldn't be the best, because we wanted their wings and didn't want to make multiple stops. Used to be the wings were normal size and crispy and the sauces all had taste. I don't know what happened but now the wings are huge, chewy even if you ask to have them cooked longer, and the wing sauce no matter what kind you get is just tasteless. read more

Pizza is not the star on the menu here, regardless of the name. The regular round pie is very thin and doesn't have much taste, especially for the price. (Although the Old Forge style is ok.) HOWEVER, the stromboli, cheesesteaks and buffalo bites are very good. The stromboli comes in small-medium-large sizes and the cheesesteak one is fantastic (sirloin steak, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers). I also like the regular cheesesteaks, especially the cheesesteak garden (steak and american cheese plus lettuce, tomato, mayo). The chicken cheesesteaks are good too. The wings are average, but the buffalo bites (boneless chicken bites w/choice of wing sauce) are better. On average, Pizza Bella is a little expensive, especially if you get delivery. I do like the $1 off coupons printed on your receipt. Another place where you can eat in or take out, but most people get take out. As long as you skip the pizza, you should enjoy what you order. read more

Ok so dont expect your delivery pizza to be on time at all from this location. I ordered pizza and wings for my employees for lunch and they said it would be ready in an hour. I was okay with it because lunch was at 12 and I made sure to call early at 11:00. A little late would not have been a big deal. So the pizza doesnt get there until 1:00 and all of my employees had already clocked back in. The delivery driver tells me that they got a huge order after I called from Geisinger and thats why it took so long. I couldnt believe it. I called first and they said an hour so why did that order from Geisinger get delivered first? He then says. It's hot and fresh if thats what you are worried about. "No! Im upset because I was ordering for my employees who are now disapointed and are back to work." I did end up pulling them off the floor and letting them eat, but that never should have happened. I got the best hands down Finicky Cheesesteak yesterday. I ordered the small sandwich and thIs had enough meat and cheese for several sandwiches. The roll was heavenly. My only complaint is that they do not give enough of their luscious marinara sauce . I would recommend this cheesesteak over any the area has. read more

I'm gonna try to sum this experience up so I'm sorry if its too much to read. I ordered from here a year ago and it sucked (refer to previous review). A few months later someone replied to my review and swore pizza Bella now has better food and service. That person lied. I ordered again in hopes that it would be what I was told. I ordered a Philly cheese steak. It was not delivered in the form that was described on the menu. The menu described it as mozzarella cheese, onions peppers and mushrooms. I got American cheese on the bottom and yellow cheddar cheese sauce on top with no mushrooms. It wasn't good. I also ordered a medium pie that was the size of a personal pie. The crust is soggy and the sauce is sweet, just like last time. It wasn't good. My husband ordered a calzone with ham. It looked like a small stromboli and it lacked the amount of cheese you would normally get in a calzone. Also very bland tasting. Needless to say I will never have pizza bella again. read more

Horrible service first and foremost. The lady answering the phone was very nice about this experience and that's it. The food arrived an hour and 15 mins later then ordered. Food was missing and the food was brick cold. We ordered garlic bread with cheese and the bread was soggy with sauce, a whole loaf of bread stuck to foil. The bread was completely inedible. We ordered dry roasted wings and the sauce was completely burned on the wings. One of my favorite places when home horrible experience tonight. read more

I've ordered from Pizza Bella more times than I can count. I live really close, so I almost always pick up my order. There've been a few times I've had it delivered, and that's the reason it's 3 stars instead of 5. I work a mile away, but have had to wait 1.5 hours for delivery during lunchtime. Absolutely ridiculously slow delivery in my experience. Despite my proximity, it's never less than an hour. On the other hand... the food is delicious! The old forge pizza rocks. The plain original pies are decent and come in small cuts, which are great for kids' parties. The subs and sandwiches are really, really good. The buffalo wings and buffalo bites are the BEST! I also enjoy their salads and sides. 5 stars if you can go and pick it up! If you need delivery, call someone else. read more
