When it finally arrived it was barely warm. I made a final call to let them know it was barely warm and extremely late. A luke warm apology was given. I used to order Pizza Boli's everywhere with my office in SW, DC.. and it was always great..so when I saw they were at dumfries a decade and a half ago, I jumped at the chance to order. and i was incredibly disappointed and disenchanted from Pizza Boli's forever. I recently moved back to the area and saw that a beloved staple of the area "Brother's Pizza" was now occupied by Pizza Boli's, I said what the heck.. why not. Let's give it a shot. I was not disappointed in the pizza, wings, or cheese steak (I was reminded however why I always ordered extra cheese back in the day... it's a tad on the dry side especially if Provolone is your game - due to oven baking) ...Don't argue about pineapples, because their pineapple and pepperoni Pizza is absolutely freaking delicious.. would order weekly if it wasnt so bad for you..... I was a little disappointed in the price... I understand inflation has hit us all... but man.. $60+ an order can't be sustained.. even if just on movie night. Well, now I see they have specials/deals when signing up on their website, so I definitely encourage you to do so.. I didn't experience a long wait time, nor incorrect orders, so hopefully they've gotten that squared away since the other reviews. Ambience? hmm.. it isn't the same as when Brothers was there as an Italian sit in eatery. It's more take out style now with a walk up counter and TV menus. When I got there they had delivery packages everywhere and an over abundance of pizza boxes pre assembled which I'm not a fan of (perfect hiding spot for little critters)... no big deal... the "sticky" front doors could use a cleaning/scrub down... but nothing I'd take away stars for... just a suggestion. Love pizza Boli's but maybe this location is not the best. We waited an hour to get our pizza when we were told 30 minutes. Pizza was cold even though it was pulled out of insulated bag. Disappointed with this particular order and paid too much for cold food. Plus upon arriving the driver didn't have change. If you are serving the public please make sure you send your drivers out with change so that the delivery person isn't pulling money out of their personal wallet. read more

Ordered two pizzas, wings, and cheesy bread via the app for delivery. One of my pizzas was missing the half pepperoni so I checked the order details on the outside of the box to make sure I didn't forget to add it. The order was correct so I gave them a call and was handed off to a manager. I described my issue of the missing pepperoni so he verified my order and asked the chef. The chef told him that the pepperoni was under the cheese. At that point, he was ready to end the conversation seeing as that I had been given what he dubbed a satisfactory answer. I told him to wait while I ripped the cheese off, and alas, no pepperoni on either half. He sounded irritated and told me that he wants the pizza back when he sends a driver with the corrected pizza. I'm writing this review because the manager was disrespectful and acted as if I was blind for not seeing the imaginary pepperoni. Yea sure, you can have the dissected pizza back, I'm not in this for free pizza. The delivery person came and gave me a corrected pizza, then told me to keep the other one. Guess what, I could see the pepperoni under the cheese on the new pizza. What a fucking revelation. The next time that someone has an issue, I recommend having a better attitude. They've never made my orders on time and on top of that, calling in advance or online order, they always delay it 15-20 min more than the actual promised time. Today I ordered online and still waiting for my order. After 40min, they still haven't made it. Food is ok, the only reason I come here is the distance. I would give them a 0 but that wasn't available. Our pizza got delivered and left on our stoop but no one knocked so when we went out to get it it was full of ants and a fly. Called and Jamal the owner didn't understand why we wanted our money back. It was full of ants. I threw it in the trash outside and he told me I had to go get it and give it back. I ordered from the Dale Blvd location. I wasn't satisfied at all. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is my wife's sub was ok and they offered to remake my sub. The $3.99 order of large fries was a joke. Though they were cooked well they had ZERO taste. We only ate a few and the rest went into the trash. I ordered a large steak and cheese with American cheese, extra fried onions, extra tomatoes, and light mayo. My sub had ZERO mayo and ZERO tomatoes, and very few onions. I called them about this and they did offer to remake my sub but I was sitting at the table eating. I declined the offer. I don't know if they use a cheese sauce but if they do, they should specify that it is a sauce on the menu. I would have NEVER order American cheese sauce. I'd guess that my sub had more cheese than steak. I will NOT be ordering anymore subs from this place. I've heard their pizza is really good. Maybe I'll try ot one day but not very soon. The food was ok, the service needs improvement. It's sad to say but it seems that if you're not part of the managing's race, you don't get a priority. A group of gentlemen came In, and were out in 15 minutes from the time they ordered. The rest of us waited 35 minutes, and even then, we had to ask a staff member for the status of our order to get our food that had been laying on their oven for a while.
