I've had Marco's in the past, but it didn't impress (or disgust) me enough to leave a review.. but last night hit different! the pie was done exceptionally well.. perfectly crispy crust on both pizzas, and nicely distributed toppings on the specialty. I know some ingredients like the olives and mushrooms are likely from a can or jar, but they still tasted great and paired well with the feta cheese that was toasted juuuust right. Is it the perfect pizza? no. But it was delicious af and the textures were "A" Tier. Will definitely order again soon to see if this is a turn around for Marco's, or just a once in a lifetime fluke. Expectations vs. Reality First of all it was very tasty. I will try them again. Maybe the guy working was being lazy? Maybe an off night? But sauce to dough ratio was decent. Quality of sausage was impressive. I'm picky about sausage. My girls favorite type of mushrooms. (Which i ordered a half of and they got correct). Cheese was decent.I was going to give 3 stars but it was ready very quick. My guess is if you want a lot of toppings you're gonna have to order triple of. It was our first time trying Marco's pizza. For a franchise pizza place this place is very good! We ordered online using their app and got a $3 discount for a large pizza. We used to absolutely love this pizza store, but they ruined that. We ordered a steak and cheese sub, two medium pizzas, a greek salad, and 10 wings. For whatever reason, the wings didn't complete when ordering. The delivery was incomplete. They forgot the salad. When I called to complain, the "manager" said it was my fault. That's when I lost it. I tipped in advance (18%) and they screwed up the order. It's on the receipt, but it is my fault somehow. I went to eat the sub - it was RAW in the middle of the sub. Absolutely disgusting. When I called back a second time, the manager put me on hold for a very long time and never came back (perma-hold). I had to call back to get him on the phone again. He didn't offer any kind of remedy. I had to demand a refund. He said he would, but I don't believe him. NEVER order from this store and certainly don't tip in advance. read more

One was a medium & one was a large. 2 toppings on the large 3 toppings in the medium I had a long conversation w/the girl on the phone about their sauces & asked for 2 in small condiment cups. She assure me I'd get them. A female driver brought our pizza & told me the sauces would be in boxes. Nope! I had no idea I would be charged 52.84 for 2 lousy pizzas! The taste was boring. Okay, this is tough. Let me start by saying we will definitely be back. I really like their pizza. That's why the 2nd part is hard to say and yet also related. I think they have a lot of demand (because, as mentioned, the pizza is good) but have a hard time keeping up with it, at least certain times of day. Perhaps it was because it was a weekend during dinner, but the place was a madhouse and they forgot my order. Yep, I called it in, they said it would take 15 min, I got there in 25 min and they hadn't started it. They admitted they just forgot it somehow. That said, they rushed to make the order, made it well, and (when I asked for something) they threw in a free medium cheese pizza. I feel sorry for the employees here because I think they work hard (most of them). I just think they need better leadership/mentorship. We have been waiting for this restaurant to get into our community. Had never had anything from them before but saw that they are expanding. Anyway, we got 2 medium pizza, one plain cheese, the other pepperoni. Also a salad and lastly their dessert item, it was a cinnamon bread. 1 The pizza was excellent, the best by far in this area. Side note, we are from New England where they have the Best Pizza of anywhere in the Country. 2 individual house salad was a great value and very fresh. 3 we are going to get back to you on dessert, too full to enjoy. Ordered a Large Deluxe and Lemon pepper wings for carryout over the phone. Sounded like it was their busy time. The rep Vanessa was calm under pressure, took my order, and by the time I arrived to pick up my order it was just coming out of the oven. Some of the best Lemon Pepper wings I have had this year. This new pizza place is hands down the best in the area right now. Thin-ish, crispy crust in the middle with a big fluffy outer edge. The sauce is nicely seasoned and a little sweet. Generous cheese, and got lots of meatballs on it. Also have had the 12-inch meatball torpedo. Easily shareable by 2 or if you're small appetites, even 3. Tons of meatballs. I do not recommend this location because the store manager never finds them at fault to accommodate their customers. I encountered two situations and he still fault me even when he recommended a sub but didn't say mushrooms were in the meat and I got bit into the sub and something was chewy when I spit it out there were mushrooms and I had to throw the sub away. I called to tell him and he didn't care at all. Secondly, I ordered online a pizza and wings special. When I picked up my ordered headed home and attempted to eat a chicken wing but it was a medium pizza. I had the same pizza in a larger and medium but again it was my fault but his worker said the online orders have been messing up all day. He is a heartless store manager that needs to be replace with someone who cares about their customers. I have no desire to ever go back and will tell all of those I know to never go there. read more

I had such a horrible experience tonight at Marco's Pizza located at 12801 Galveston Ct. Manassas, VA. The manager I believe his name is Wilson. He was very unprofessional, condescending, rude, and disrespectful! I have ordered from this particular location several times. This is the very first time I had a terrible experience ordering from Marco's. The manager lack customer service and professionalism. He exercised poor manners and management skills. I asked a simple question and he refused to listen. He took it upon himself to say that he will refuse me service. Tonight was an unbelievable experience and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! The manager was very hostile and belligerent. He made me feel very uncomfortable being there.
