I like pizza bolis because they have non pork meat. I'm sick & cant go out so, I Just ordered the Unique & it took 2 HOURS to get to my door. Not only were they late, they didn't add my extra Marinara sauce or the garlic butter like I requested. They did give a 20oz instead of the can of ginger ale that I paid for. This was probably the worst experience with them. Still sick & now with pizza that came lukewarm & no sauce or butter. Guess I'll sip on theis ginger ale. Smh read more

I don't cook after I grocery shop ‍ I wasn't too sure how Pizza Boli's spaghetti but I decided to give a try anyway . I was pleasantly surprised . It is really good and exactly what I ordered; spaghetti with extra sauce . When I picked my order, I was surprised when I open the lid . On top, was s later of baked cheese and as I stuck my fork inside, there it was... the pasta, meat balls, and extra sauce . I are on the spaghetti for two days . Besides that, on that particular night, the customer service was great and hospital . Both cashier and manager made sure that I had everything I needed with Parmesan cheese and a 20oz lemonade . I usually go to this pizza bolis because it is my neighborhood pizza bolis however every other time I order they get it wrong. The pizza is always fresh and good. It's when I order other items that they get it wrong. The people who answer the phone do not listen and are very rude. They will put you on hold then hang up the phone most time. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: The pizza was good and hot when I picked it up. Location was easy to find. CONS: I was on hold for a long time, and the connection was very scratchy. It was hard to hear when I called on 2 separate occasions. Lastly, and most importantly, there was a piece of hard plastic, yes, I said PLASTIC, in my pizza. It was BAKED INTO IT. When I tried to call and let them know, the Manager, Ahmad, was somehow not there, stepped out, and finally wouldn't be there until tomorrow. Ok. Cool. I tried calling and being decent about it, but I guess they didn't care to hear about how their food actually has plastic in it and a number of people could've eaten it. So no. We are not ordering from the pizza bolis in district heights ever again. I ordered a pizza. Went to pick it up. As I'm waiting I clearly see one of their guys picking through chicken wings to put them in the oil with his bare fucking hands. And the tongs were right there!!! I immediately asked for a refund. The manager blew my mind. Said "he's not the pizza maker. That's on the other side!" He actually tried to talk me into taking my pizza still. Then tried to say even if they don't wear gloves they can use the tongs. He clearly wasnt understanding me when I said I stood there watching him go through the chicken with his bare hands. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ordered chicken wings for my child and chicken strips for myself. ALL of the chicken was severely overcooked. The strips were almost black and the wings were so overcooked that you could see the bones without even ripping the chicken apart. The food was inedible! It all looks like it was cooked a few days ago and then refried before delivery. To add insult to injury, when my husband called, the manager tried to argue with him that it wasn't overcooked as if he could see it. He did not offer an apology or a refund, he just said that we would get free chicken the next time we order. I will not be ordering from them again so exactly how is this justice? He immediately called back to let them know the wrong pizza was received. The woman he spoke with said they were about to close, she offered a new pizza to be sent (explained that it would take a while) or a credit. He opted for the credit and was assured it would be on my friends account. This place is a hit or miss. If you can get your delivery hot and within and hour, the food is good. However, there are many times when they are more than a hour getting your food to you, and when it finally arrives, the temperature is tepid. I stopped ordering some months ago, but today I ordered their special crab pizza. By the way I always tip 18%. I am disappointed. I am still waiting for my food to arrive. I ordered at 11:48 am. It is now 2 minutes to 1 pm. I called and the guy on the phone told me "the driver should be there any minute". That was more than 5 minutes ago. By the way, their self-imposed deliver time is 45 minutes. Update: The food finally came at 1:20 pm (1hr and 32 mins or double the posted delivery time), and it was lacking in crab, and they used red onion instead of the advertised green onion. 1 minute before the driver arrived, I called again and asked why it takes so long (not an abnormal occurrence), and would I be compensated for a less than fresh (hot) pizza. The answer was to explain how the pizza would not be cold. The compensation part was not addressed. My favorite is a large thin crust with pineapple, onion and green pepper, with extra sauce and extra cheese. No one from Pizza Bolis was outside in front of the house. I looked around and noticed a van with its hazard lights on waaay across the way (not in front of the house). Ordered from them on door dash tonight. My out of town parents ordered while I gave my son a bath. I came downstairs and said "how's the pizza? hot? cold?".. and they both gave each other a hesitant look. I said "what?" and my mom said "the pizza came with two pieces missing from it".... they were picking at it, still eating it because they were so hungry.
