Three times I repeated my order to the tall, male Spanish-speaking cashier. When my "cheesesteak" arrived, it was overflowing with lettuce, but the tomatoes were razor thin, hidden on the bottom, and negligible. The meat was bone dry, and if any cheese was added it was only a droplet. No fries were included. My mother's grilled chicken salad was similarly disappointing. Add in a soda from the cooler that was flat, and I threw $30.00 away. Makes me sorry for tipping them before my food hit the table. Needless to say, I won't be back. Bring back the former management. read more

Stopped here again on Sat., 10 Nov. 18 with my Great Niece after having ridden the Steam Train at Strasburg Railroad and visited the Nat'l Toy Train Museum. Again, was served the BEST cheese pizza ever! I just cannot get over the exquisite crust and the right proportion of sauce and cheese. So, thanks again Pizza Box. You made our trip well worth the travel! read more

The amount of food is average. The flavor is average. No seasoned very well. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great. Save your money and make a trip to Pizza Hut. Don't bother with the pizza fries they're soggy and bland. read more

Always get the white pickle pizza and BBQ tenders from these guys and it's decent usually I pick up. Today I asked for delivery living only 10 minutes away. I ordered the 12 count BBQ tenders and blue cheese on the side. It took an hour to get my food and when I got it it had literally the smallest container of blue cheese. And I know these places get busy but you could have called or even said on the phone how long it would take considering I get food from these guys quite frequently. read more

The pizza here is either very cheesy and greasy or it has no flavor. I love it though. Decent delivery and gets done fast for pick up.

Grabbed takeout tonight. Got home with my Sicilian pizza, opened it up and became sick to my stomach. Two spots in different corners of the pizza had clumps of hair. Not just a strand of hair...clumps of hair. Very disappointed and needless to say I'm never buying anything from there again. read more

The customer service is AWFUL!!! We ordered two items for delivery. BOTH were made wrong. I called in to get it corrected and was treated like I was lying about how I ordered the items. The owner was rude and disrespectful to me. Literally argued with me about the order I placed because his employee apparently wrote it down wrong. He was unwilling to correct the problem and chose to blame the customer instead. We just bought a home in the area...and we will NEVER order from here again. Way to lose a customer for life...over stromboli. We had ordered here a few time before and the food is good. But treating customers like crap is a really poor business plan. read more

I have always loved the food from pizza box! I love that they deliver! They have even went the extra mile, and have made it down our diffacult lane ,during a snow storm to deliver our food! It is definitely a lot cleaner now that they moved to there new location BUT.... The food quality has been quite disappointing. They changed/ went cheap on their wing sauce. The wings have been terrible and quite undercooked. Just ordered a Sicilian on 9/15/14. Worst decision of this week. The dough used to make the pizza must have been pretty old. The pizza barely raised. The taste was TERRIBLE. The box it was served in tasted better. Had to stick it in the toaster oven and basically burn it and dump hot sauce on it to even eat a slice. If it was possible to leave no stars I would. Pizza USED to be good. But sloppy construction of food, distain for paying customers and horrendous wait times have killed this place. Pasta smells bad and is gummy, food is just thrown together without care and to top it all off...every person preparing pizzas and cheesesteaks and cold hoagies do not, I repeat, DO NOT WEAR GLOVES!! Healthcode violations around every corner of this place. If you want good food...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! There is only one good thing I can say about Pizza Box...The delivery drivers are EXCEPTIONAL despite the poor management and food preperation. Very friendly and courteous drivers. read more
