I traveled all the way here from DC for a medical appointment and since I arrived 2 hours early I decided to get some lunch. I passed by this pizza restaurant and it immediately caught my attention. Getting a pizza slice was actually on my mind but I wasn't sure what was over here. I checked it out and thankfully they offer slices. As I was about to order, the Manager told me about the lunch deal which included 2 pizza slices and a fountain drink for $7.50. and that sounded just fine by me. I found a table and waited just a few minutes for them to cook up two fresh cheese slices. Solid pizza made fresh. A bit light on the toppings but at 11 dollars for a large with two toppings, it's a great deal. Took 15 Minutes to be made fresh at 1030 in the morning. Slightly greasy, and definitely tasty. Made the thin crusted in me very happy. read more

Despite being a regular customer who generally enjoyed their food, my recent order, totaling nearly $80, was plagued with multiple issues. They sent the wrong sodas, exchanged salad ingredients without checking for allergies, and forgot the sauce on one of the pizzas. When I raised these concerns with the manager, he shifted the blame on me saying he called, but I showed my phone to the driver having NO missed calls. I've overlooked these minor mistakes in the past. I was very disappointed with the caprese salad that I ordered. I have ordered this before and it is supposed to be mostly tomatoes and mozzarella with some basil and arugula. The one I received today was mostly romaine lettuce, some spinach, and very minimal tomatoes and mozzarella. Paying $10 for a salad is a bit frustrating when you get mostly romaine lettuce for a salad that isn't even supposed to come with any. read more

Stopped over a friends house who lives in the area and completed and online order. Both my friend and bf have had Seasons plenty times before and raved about it. This was my first time. I must say that I was far from disappointed. The MEATBALL SUB was sooooo incredibly delicious. I went savage on it! The meat sauce was perfect. I also added japenos and bell peppers on mine. If I wasn't worried about gaining 1000 lbs, I would have ordered another one. My friend ordered SPAGHETTI and said that it was really great. My bf ordered the BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB, he liked it. I tried it and I have to say it wasn't for me. The hot sauce kind of took over. Tasted more like a hot sauce sub than anything. My guess is that perhaps what you order is really hit or miss. I fortunately had a hit and will most certainly order from them again when I am in the area. They arrived pretty quickly. Solid 4 star establishment in my opinion. I had a appointment in the area and noticed they had a seasons location that I didn't even know was here. I stopped in for the special 2 topping medium for lunch. There was no line so ordering was a breeze. They were mopping the floor and the smell of the cleaner bothered me a little so I waited for my food outside. Nice to know they mop the floors regularly! After about 10 min my order was ready. I had pepperoni and onion. I also chose to eat outside. It was a nice day and it's in a nice little strip mall. The crust was thin and crisp just the way I like it. Taste was great but they went a little light on the onions but they did have plenty of pepperoni. I also got a medium ice tea to was everything down. She simply asked how much the sides of ranch were, and upon seeing how small they were she decided they weren't worth the amount seasons was charging. She thanked the workers and left and as she is walking out the MANAGER called her a "cheap f**k". She is a bigger person than I am and insisted we let it go. Pizza is pretty good, but pricey in comparison to other pizza places. I know that you tend to pay more in an area with high property value, bit usually you are paying a little bit more for excellent customer service and ambiance. This place is lacking in both. Two ladies came in, made their order looked for a table. One of the ladies exclaimed, "this table is dirty." Without getting a response, the lady said again, "this table is dirty; can she hear me? Still no response, the two ladies moved on to a clean table grumbling among themselves..."those kids left such a mess." Soon after they sat, an employee (presumably on break) sat at the table next to the ladies, right in eyeshot of the mess still on the table, now sitting for at least 15 minutes. UPDATE: Any 15 minutes has passed and only a small family came in and brough attention to the state of the tables. An employee came out to clean the table hurriedly. The family was satisfied and set down. The kicker here is that employee only cleaned off only that one table not even noticing the much bigger mess apparent 2 or 3 rows over. Ce live! The photos I will include are not of the mess since I consider this incident a fluke, still inexcusable, but a fluke nonetheless. I have eaten here once before and it wasn't as messy as today, however it was a weekday when I was there and there was little down time and room for employees to sit at the tables and read. So possibly the weekends are for B-team. Just saying, I paid $16 for a medium pizza, that is equivalent to a small in the much larger pizza chains, so I expect a cleaner restaurant and a more attentive staff. Anyone who reads my reviews know thay I equate price with quality. If you want me to pay, then you better serve it! Was visiting a friend who lives close by and we decided to get pizza delivered for dinner. Went on their website and we found the Mediterranean pizza that sounded good, made some modifications (no tomatoes and only half with onions) and quickly placed the order. I think it was a 45 min to an hour wait, but that's to be expected on a Friday evening. Pretty sure he got there quicker than 45 mins, despite showing up to the wrong address first (condos can be confusing sometimes) and calling my friend, but I went down and stood outside to help him navigate to us. Got the pizza upstairs and it was still nice and hot, it was delicious too! Tasted good washed down with a little wine spritzer on a summer evening. Will definitely be back for the Mediterranean pizza again and maybe I'll branch out and try something else too! read more

I ordered online the "Pick 2" lunch special (Italian sub and sweet potato fries) When I picked up the meal a couple minutes before the estimate ready time, the fries were cold and sub was not well made and missing ingredients. The sub doesn't even taste good, just edible unfortunately. Disappointed, this was my first time going to this seasons pizza and also my first time ordering from them online. I have had better pizza for sure, but this is the best pizza delivery in the area (i.e., Northwest Baltimore/Baltimore County). Dining in is super casual, but I don't like it....it's perfectly fine if you have children and/or are over 40 and/or love that soulless, suburban strip mall atmosphere.
