They use similar, good quality ingredients and cooking methods as Brick, but I think their oven temperature must be off (at least by my tastes). The tops of the crust had some char, which is expected for this style of cooking, but the bottom had no crispness, and was somewhat soggy. They serve beer and wine, which for me is a plus. I guess I'll stick with Brick for a better version of this style pizza.

The broccoli bites - hot, cheesy, I liked 'em, wife didn't. The BIG disappointment was the Large antipasta salad. They basically threw some slices of ham, a few slices of salami, and a couple of slices of cheese on a bed of chopped lettuce, sliced cucumbers and a few sliced cherry tomatoes. Oh, and a coupla pita bread quarters for ? (appeasement). Oh, and all this was arranged in one of those round aluminum foil "to go" dishes. For the money, NOT WORTH IT! Next time, IF THERE IS ONE, we'll get pizza by the slice, or maybe a whole pie.
