2 days in a row, food arrived cold. Not warm, actually cold. I live less than 2 miles from BBHOP. Unacceptable!

I ordered takeout from here online, with a pickup time of 5:45. When I arrived at 5:45 the food was not ready. However, it was ready within about 5 minutes of me arriving. The staff here are extremely friendly and nice - they greeted the few people that came in while I was there as if they knew them (feels like a place people regularly come to pick up food). There's also plenty of seating if you want to eat here (there was one family eating here the night I picked up food). They also had the restaurant decorated for the holidays which was nice. On to the menu - I ordered two gyro plates, one with rice and one with French fries, and a Greek salad. The gyros were delicious - the meat was flavorful, and plenty of tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and red onions. The rice was flavorful - and plentiful. The French fries were also good. The Greek salad was delicious, with plenty of feta cheese. We will absolutely be back to explore more of the menu!! read more

We were staying down the road for a baseball tournament - came in late and accepted our fate to eat wherever was open after 8pm. Ended up eating there a few times - the subs were exactly what we were hoping for, perfect toast, sized very generously and they had all the fixings (bonus for the fresh shredded lettuce). The Italian sub was great. American chop suey & chicken tender dinner both had big portions and everything was fresh made. They wait was long one night for a pepperoni pizza and two subs (45min) but they were slammed with the tournament I think. Huge menu, would go back again - gyros looked great. read more

I've been eating here for several years. For the most part, they have been very consistent over the years. Today I ordered an American chop Suey, for pick up. It was basically 50% sauce and 50% un edible elbow macaroni. it was tomato sauce and mush. Completely over cooked bottom of the pot slop that was put into a to go containe. this is how you lose customers. read more

Heard from a local Plymouth friend how great this place was, so we decided to take a ride ( 40 mins) and check it out. We got the Atheian pizza, it was great. Loaded with feta, broccoli, hot peppers ( not too hot). So Yummy! Also got the California pizza, comes with grilled chicken, red onions & just the right amount of tomatoes. The little guy got the chicken fingers w Fries, of course I helped him with the fries & had a taste of the chicken. It was tasty not overly breaded. Apps were clam chowder, it was okay the potatoes were under done but still tasted good w plenty of clams. Got the fried pickles, they didn't last long at all. Ended it with the spanakopita, also an appetizer, one of the most delicious but lite apps I've had. The long ride on School vacation was well worth it, and I'm sure we will be back. Quality has really gone down hill the last year. Always loved the steak and cheese sub since they opened. Now I can never get my order made correctly. STeak and cheese sub the other night was delivered with no cheese and steak extremely over cooked and dried out steak. The last 2 experiences before sub was overcooked and got raw onions instead of grilled onions. Positive is the delivery drivers always provide great service and food is hot. read more

Used to be a nice place you could count on for consistent food and service. Nothing out of this world, but good comfort food. However, the last two times I've called for delivery, I've been put on hold for over 5 minutes, before i finally gave up and hung up both times. Normally they have you hold for about 20 seconds because they're taking someone else's order. I'm not sure what's going on with them now, but over 5 minutes means you've been forgotten when trying to simply submit your order. This has happened the last two times and I've ordered from somewhere else instead. I don't mind if delivery is going to take an hour or something due to them being busy, but this just doesn't make sense. Also, i hung up at 5 minutes. I'm guessing i would have been waiting even longer before they got back on the phone, if they even did. Used to really like this place too. What a shame read more

We shared an antipasto salad (average at best) and a Margarita pizza the was not cooked all the way, kind of flimsy, very thin crust, very doughy. We were stuck in traffic leaving Cape Cod and tried to find a pizza place with above 4 rating on Yelp. This just came up! Didn't disappoint! Lots of toppings and cheese. Very fresh. Staff are nice. B-bay hop has been a town staple since I was a kid. A family owned and run establishement, you always feel welcome and taken care of when you are there. Very yummy! Definitely recommend the hoetekki pizza it was outstanding. Also had the wings and they were big and juicy.
