The food served at Pizza Corner is generally very good. However there are exceptions. I ordered a grilled cutlet sandwich and got a turkey grinder. I think it's because of the language barrier. Also ordered chicken wings. So disgusting all coating no meat. They serve wingettes instead of wings. My recommendation is not to buy things called chicken wings. They suck very badly. Popped in here for a quick sandwich to go. Roast beef came recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Nice fresh sub roll hood medium rare meat. The use shredded lettuce which in my opinion is the best way. Got a side of fries which were also excellent. If you prefer your fries "like fast food / McDonald's fries. Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and it was not good. The pizza was not fresh and had too much pizza dough. It looked like it was precooked several days before, and they added pepperoni and more cheese to make it edible. read more

This was my first time eating here and I must say it was awesome. We ordered a small special pizza and a Philly steak grinder with an appetizer of wings, fries, chicken fingers, and mozzarella sticks. It's hard to find good pizza theses days but the Pizza Corner does not disappoint. The owner and his staff were very nice and attentive and you just feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I stopped at Pizza corner when I went to see my mom who was in a rehab facility close by. I ordered a veggie grinder/sub heated and let me tell you it was by far the best veggie sub/grinder I've ever had. In addition to that they are very COVID-19 conscious and even though our world has changed because most of us are wearing masks and we're speaking to someone behind the plate glass I felt they were so accommodating. I had To go back to thank them for not only working during this pandemic, but also for serving great food. I will definitely be back when my mom goes back to her assisted living in Ludlow mass. These guys are very friendly. Place and chefs are very clean. The pizza is one of the better ones I've had for Greek style. I recommend the plain or combination pizza. The subs are really good as well. I recommend the turkey with provolone. The sub rolls are some of the best and fresh every time. You always know you're going to get quality food here. A friend basically begged us to stop in and try the food, especially The Charlie's Special roast beef grinder. Stopped in and talked with Charlie the owner. He was a nice guy. I ordered the special and a small combo pizza. It's a typical pizza joint with nothing too creative. Pizza, pasta, fried frozen bagged foods, grinders, fries, etc. Charlie warned us it takes about 20 minutes to make the pizza and grinder. We had no issue with that. I asked for a menu to look at, and they didn't have any. So the friend who told us to eat here texted us pictures of the menu he had on his phone. The interior is dated, with a dirty old stained carpet, peeling ceiling paint, and dusty air vents. They have bottled beer and wine. I ordered a Yuengling, which was served with a plastic cup. We were called when our food was ready, and I was surprised to see my grinder served on a paper plate. I wasn't expecting fine China, but not a single floppy paper plate. The roast beef is proudly roasted and thinly sliced from a whole top round by Charlie himself, and then grilled with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. It was a decent size, and reasonably prized at $10. The beef was real tender and juicy, but found it lacking flavor. I was also not a fan of the cheese they used on the grinder. The pizza was average. It was cooked perfectly and had a crispy thin crust, but the sauce reminded me of canned Chef Boyardee ravioli sauce. Medium amount of toppings, nothing to rave about. No way was this small 8 piece combo worth the $15.50 price it was priced at. Overall, it's an average divey type pizza place, that ran us $30 for a grinder, beer, soda, and small pizza. read more

My son and I just love coming here to eat! Every time we come in the staff is very friendly, the owner always remembers us and the pizza is delicious. We have tried their pizza, buffalo wings and garlic bread and each time the food was great. The don't deliver but it is worth stopping in for their tasty food ,and to grab a beverage while you wait. Called to order a pizza at 8:46pm, was told I couldn't because they close at 9pm and it takes 15 minutes to make a pizza. Guess they don't like money. I've managed multiple restraunts before I went in the Army and this would be unacceptable. Wow, I was surprised to see a bad review...then again it was the only review. If I were to have the same experience as the guy who wrote the review I'd give it the same 1 star so I can't blame him. Maybe the place has changed (I haven't been in quite awhile) or they just hired rude people? Either way I've ate at Pizza Corner a handful of times and always enjoyed their food. I've lived in the Ludlow area for 20+ years and had no idea this place was here until a few days ago, even though I'd been driving past it for years. Tucked away, as the name implies, in the corner of its shopping plaza, I'd overlooked it until very recently. Anyway, I stopped in late this evening with no idea what I wanted and ended up ordering a pastrami grinder. It was larger than I expected and tasted delicious. The staff was polite and had me served promptly. If there's any downsides it's that the menu is a bit sparse and the decor a tad spartan, but the quality of service makes up for it. In the end, the Pizza Corner didn't blow my mind, but I still left satisfied. What more can I ask? read more
