This was a cool Pizza spot that was in walking distance from my hotel. I got in late so i wanted something to eat and this place had decent reviews. Upon arriving I was greeted and placed a order for a standard pepperoni slice. The slices are large so i knew it would fill me up. I also decided to order a smoothie which was delicious and tasted so fresh. After getting back to my room to eat my pizza, it was good and was definitely what I needed to carry me until morning. I ended up too full to finish my slice , it's probably because the smoothie was also very filling. A friend and I walked by on a Friday night, opted for something else but decided to try on a Saturday night. He had a slice of pizza which was quite large but very greasy. I asked if they could do anything with a chicken wrap (customize somewhat) and was told no, so I opted for two hotdogs. Hot dogs and fries were ok, nothing exceptional but passable. Probably the best value meal in all of Miami Beach! Hurricane: Pricier than the cheese slice, but there are tons of toppings on this. I counted 11 toppings on the menu! Though there might be something to that "too much of a good thing" saying. For example, the broccoli felt very unnecessary, adding a bitterness to every bite it exists on. Plus some of the broccoli was in tough stalk form. So many ingredients, they ended up clashing rather than complementing. I decided to add broccoli and onions along with my usual pepperoni to this large cheesy pie and was happy to spliT it with my friends as we sat and divulged on carb overload. We were starving after a fun filled sunny day at the beach. As we walked to our car we noticed this pizza shop. Pizza's were Huge and smelled delicious. We knew we had to get some. We sat down (there was 5 of us) and we decided we would get half veggie other half cheese. When ordering we advised exactly what veggie toppings we wanted. As we sat and waited the place became packed. Alot of people were ordering not only pizza but were also indulging in the ice cream and icee they also had. Perfect on this beautiful hot day. As we waited, we watched other pizzas being prepared as the kitchen is right behind the counter and all open. After waiting for our freshly made pizza we were disappointed as the pizza came out All veggie. Now I love veggie pizza so it wasn't a problem for me but for the 2 teenagers we had it was. I had to go back and let them know they made a big mistake. The manager then came and grabbed the whole pizza and let us know he would have another pizza made for us. It was a little frustrating and it didn't help that alot of people who came in after us were already eating or their orders were just coming out. So while we waited I guess the manager saw the annoyance in our facial expressions and he gave us all free sodas. So after another 25 mins. we finally got our pizza. Now this pizza was beyond huge. I can usually eat 2 to 3 slices but this slice I couldn't defeat. It was so huge I ate only half of a slice! Let's talk about taste. Now even though they messed up earlier and tried to make amends with some sodas, it was all worth it! This pizza was freaking delicious! Our table was silent from all of us devouring our slices. The pizza was fresh, hot, and the toppings just went so well. So even though we had a little mishap in the beginning, hell yeah I would come back here. And as far as the cost of the pizza it surprised me. I expected it to be a little more expensive then the average pizza place but it was still sensible. Our first meal in Miami was absolutely delicious. We ordered the 18" pepperoni pizza and Greek salad with the garlic bread knots and everything was amazing. Our children loved it all. During the middle of a hot and sunny work day, out visiting my customers on 6th and Collins, my nose was confronted with the unmistakably, delicious, smell of quality pizza. I followed the wafting scent into Pizza de Miami, a great new Miami Beach Spot. The whole pizzas on display looked amazing and are HUGE, but since it was just me dining, I stuck to one slice of mushroom- my favorite. There are a ton of toppings, visible through the window at the counter, so customized options for everyone are readily available. While I was waiting for my pizza to be heated, I was pleasantly surprised to notice that they also have a soft serve machine AND an Icee machine, both awesome treats to cool down with after a hot day at the beach. Now, for the most important part of the review, the pizza itself - A plus! They are serving true New York style pizza in Miami! The crust is crunchy, the top is fluffy, the sauce was fantastic, not to sweet and not over applied. The lad waited to tell us 40 minutes after our order to tell us she couldn't complete it and told other customers the same and was so rude. When we asked what to do she rolled her eyes and told us "well pick another pizza then". They have horrible management and we're very in appropriate . What do you do when it's almost 11pm and you are super tired and super hungry? You order pizza. This place was highly recommended by the hotel staff and you gotta trust the locals. This place is fairly new and the owner was very friendly and proud of his establishment. Making his customers happy was his priority and you could clearly see that. So we just got to Miami and was craving a Cuban coffee... we didn't know where to go so we walked around and stumbled across this pizza shop to use the bathroom. We noticed they had a coffee machine so we were excited but wasn't too sure about ordering coffee at a pizza place.... we asked the guy how the coffee was and he said they make the best cubanos so we trusted his words and gave it a try..... now let me tell you I hate any type of coffee without any milk or creamer but he gave it to us straight up and I AM ADDICTED!!!!!! They need to make a coffee shop next doors because I didn't try their pizza but the coffee was AMAZING!
