Shortly after ordering, I received a call from the restaurant stating they didn't have the Tiramisu. The young lady who called was trying to push a chocolate chip cookie as a replacement. When I asked about chocolate cake or cheesecake she then advised they were done with all deserts. I told her I still wanted the Lasagna and would speak with uber about the Tiramisu. I waited nearly half an hour and the driver was waiting at the store. So, they waited the half hour and then cancelled the order with no refund. Uber Eats would not credit. Ordered a Bacon, Chicken and Pineapple pizza from Grafa Pizza delivered to my hotel, and honestly, I was really disappointed. The chicken was extremely overcooked and rubbery, and while the crust looked great in photos, it was horrifically dry and hard to chew. For $35, I expected something way better than what I got. This was a good quick bite to eat one night while my girlfriend and I were in Miami. We ended up here because our first choice was closed already. While we would have preferred the other place, this one sufficed. The pizza was quality and they heated it in the spot like many places do. I believe I had pepperoni and it was solid. I usually rate pizza on a scale of 1-10 and I think I gave this a 6.8. Mind you no pizza has ever surpassed a 9.2 so 6.8 isn't that bad of a score. The service was quick and prompt. The employees got our order out quick and got us out within about 5 mins. The ambiance doesn't really exist. It's a very small space and has just enough room for a line to form about 8 people long. After spending way too much for sit-down meals at local restaurants, I came here to get a pizza for the family. My decision was made based on price, convenience and previous reviews. The food was even better than expected. It was pouring rain, so eating at the cute tables outside wasn't an option. Inside is carryout only space, though there's a stand-up counter along the wall if you don't mind disturbing or being disturbed by others ordering pizza by the slice and other good looking food (eg. arancini). We got an 18 inch 1/2 caprese and 1/2 bbq chicken pizza. The guy who made it clearly knows what he is doing and put it together super fast. It came out of the oven hot and perfect. Subsequent fresh mozzarella, basil and tomatoes on one side and bbq sauce on the other were added, making for delightful flavor instead of being baked to oblivion. It's about $5 for a cheese slice and $6.50 for a loaded slice, so you're better off getting one of their specialty slices. And those heavy slices could easily be a meal. Much better deal than the slices at Mom's, albeit a tad smaller (i.e. they're normal sized here). Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza: There's a lot going on in this slice! It's like the regular cheese but with a ton of tiny bacon bits. And a little bit of shredded chicken. Then a ton of ranch dressing on everything. If someone else puts ranch dressing on my pizza, then I don't feel ashamed to eat it! All and all, it was the bacon and ranch that dominated the flavor profile. Which I don't mind, since they're yummy. Cheese Pizza: Tried this to get a sense for the baseline pizza. Pretty standard with a modest amount of sauce and lot of cheese. Killing time in Miami after getting off a cruise ship, it was so good to taste food with flavor! We kept it simple and ordered a medium plain pie(4ppl) my hopes weren't high but I was pleasantly surprised! Crust was good, cheese had a nice saltiness to it sauce was good too, there's a bar with a few stools inside and a few small table and chairs outside which we used. I love knowing that Miami is stepping up their pizza game. Came here for the new year (New Year, Same Me). Was SO not disappointed! I knew the place was good when two Swedes behind me commented that they had been in Miami a week and already come back to this pizza place twice. The place is a small pizza bar located on Washington. Nothing fancy to see from the outside. But the pizza warmth from the inside is 100. I got here for dinner and honestly wished it was earlier. I believe they make their Stromboli's and calzones earlier in the day and many were already purchased. So I got an all out all meat Stromboli. It was absolutely divine. The cheese was perfect. Not too greasy you can taste all the flavors of the meat. The bread was crispy and it is what made the Stromboli. I had their Greco pizza as well. Best pizza I've had in a while. It had all these ingredients I love in pizza. Basil, tomato, and feta. Outstanding. Again. The bread completed the pizza. All I was missing was some sauce to dip the remaining bread (which I'm sure the owner would oblige to give you, amazing service) and I would of been set. My husband got the bbq chicken pizza and my son got ham. So so so good the my husband LOVED his pizza and I actually fell in love with my sons plain ham. Their meat is very good. Their pasta? Mouth watering. So delicious. Pan seared pasta with sauce. Bolognese is to die for. Got some to go for my little one at home. Oh let's not forget dessert... THEY HAVE NUTELLA PIZZA Which let's face it is carb heaven. My son of course ate a slice alone. Me and jo couldn't eat anymore so we just took a bite. The place was packed. Came here with a friend a couple of days ago to try their pizza and pasta. Its located on Washington Ave in South Beach so if you're not paying attention or walking too fast, you might pass it. Let's just say it's just a few feet away from the legendary Club Deuce. Walked in and we were immediately greeted by the super friendly lady (wish I remembered her name). She offered us drinks so opted for a Modelo and Peroni. Yes, they do have bottled beer besides soda and water so that's plus! As you walked by the store window and front counter, they have delicious looking pies on display which you can order by the slice. We came here for a whole pie so our server suggested getting the 18" with half and half. But first, the Stromboli was calling our name so we started we that. OMG. It was so good. It was filled with oozing meats and cheese. Now let's talk about the pizza. Since we are meat lovers, we opted for Meatlovers, of course :) and half Supreme just to spice things up. However, we saw this irresistible veggie pie called Greca. Just the colors of the toppings were hypnotizing enough. Folks, everything was amazing. All the toppings were fresh and tasty (and they didn't skimp out), the pie was piping hot with a nice crunch, but we really loved the veggie Greca. It's just super light and you could really taste the freshness of tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, parsley and of course the melted cheese. But wait, there's more! Our server came by often to check up on us and she suggested to also try their pasta. At this point, we were quite full so we just got one bowl to share. We got the Spicy Arrabbiata because we love spicy food. Ladies and gentlemen, don't try this at home..LOL :) It was very spicy but we were obsessed. We couldn't get enough of the kick. For the finale, our server surprised us with the Tiramisu. Let me tell you. This was probably the best Tiramisu I've ever had and my friend agrees. I could tell it was made today or a few hours ago because the sweetness was not all sitting at the bottom. Every bite of each layer was just perfect. You know how they say a good pizza is all about the dough? Well let me just say that this is true and Grafa Pizza has their dough game on point. You see, I am not really a hardcore pizza fan. I mean, I like pizza but I usually eat healthier and don't get around to pizza much, plus I'm picky with it. I don't like the thick crust, I don't like flavorless pizza, I like my cheese and some toppings. So yea in order for me to order a pizza I must like it a lot. Grafa is one of those places where I would definitely return and order pizza from when in the area and not only at 3am after drinking on South Beach when all pizza tastes good. I would order from them at anytime because yes I did eat this South Beach slice of pizza in the daytime, sober and yes it was delicious. I had a sausage and pepperoni slice and also a Hawaiian. The sausage was so flavorful and I know Pineapple in a pizza? It was actually very good, didn't taste like the stuff other chain restaurants make. Also had the Fettuccini Bolognese with Focaccia bread, so tasty and filling and we finished the meal with a Nutella Pizza with sprinkles on top. We were stuffed but we ate all! Best part was Elena behind the counter, can she be any nicer? So yes guys stop on buy whether you're in the area in the day or partying up on South Beach at night. What a beautiful soul, who just like Italian mama's back in the motherland, wanted to feed me everything! She was so warm and gracious, and the smile never left her face! Since moving to Miami I have been on the conquest to find real, true authentic New York style Italian food/pizza. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I've found it at Grafa! Grafa is located in the heart of Miami Beach --just a few short blocks from the beach and boutiques. I went with a friend around 5:30 pm and was surprised that parking on Washington was easy to find. Huge plus, especially for this section. I immediately felt nostalgic walking in. Growing up in NJ/NY I would get a slice from hole-in-the-wall type of place. Grafa felt like home! My friend and I were greeted by Eiliria (spelling?). She was incredibly friendly and gave the best food suggestions! The food was absolutely incredible! Let's talk pizza: The chicken bacon ranch pizza was pretty good. The BBQ chicken pizza was really delicious. The shredded chicken was absolutely full of flavor. Both slices were thick, hearty and really filling. But what you really need to try is the feta, spinach and tomato pizza. --it was out of this world! It was light and airy, yet didn't skip out on the flavor. Definitely a must! Eiliria suggested we try the mushroom and cheese ravioli in a pesto sauce with pine nuts. Girl was on point! That was probably the best ravioli I've ever had! Of course we had to finish the night with something sweet. -- nothing says sweet like a nutella pie. It was the perfect dessert. Came here this past weekend as I always do when I'm in Miami & the new girl pissed me off something serious lol. I tried to call and place a to go order so I didn't have to wait but the woman who answered the phone couldn't understand English too well so she couldn't take the order I get there and try to place the order and she still doesn't understand, so the cook has to tell her what I am saying. Mind you I am only trying to order my usual spaghetti & meatballs. Then I ask for a slice of pepperoni & mushroom pizza but one with the most mushrooms. I get back to the room and realize she's out the entire container of mushrooms on top of my slice of pizza The spaghetti and meatballs had more basil than sauce and was very watery. Good, quick, friendly service! We got three different slices: Hot Honey, Combo, and Supreme. All the slices were a good size and they were all tasty. The place is built more for to go orders because the seating is limited but they had indoor and outdoor seating. People were coming in and out ordering slices of pizza but they also had empanadas and churros. read more

Just walked by and the pizza displayed at the window caught our eyes. I don't know what pizza I had (in picture) but it was alright and kind of too salty. The egg also looked kinda plastic-y. However, we had the garlic truffle fries and beef empanadas and these were sooo good!! The service was a bit slow but they were friendly. The first time I ordered, I was eating the pizza in the dark So I didn't notice the lack of ingredients until the next day with leftovers. I was very reluctant, for a while, to order it again through Uber Eats again. I thought to myself, "Hey, maybe it was just a bad day". I ordered it again, same thing. Lack of ingredients. I have been coming to this restaurant for years as I work nearby and and highly recommend it. It's a small and cozy location but the food prices and quality are great. Although the pizza is displayed on the windows they are fresh. During the day you'll see the same gentleman that has been there for years making the pizza and pasta, etc. They have also had the same girl working the counter for years and it's always a great feeling to go back and be remembered. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to eat in south beach. The slices are huge. read more

We had two very unforgettable, salty, plain slices of pizza for $12. That's not a $ priced place. In New York City two slices and a can of soda would've been three to six bucks (and they would have been a lot better). Not worth paying that kind of money for a slice of pizza that doesn't have even a sprig of basil on it. Here's the thing to know- It's in a clubby part of South Beach. So maybe if I was drunk enough and it was late enough I wouldn't have cared. And I guess that's how they must stay in business. But I'm not recommending it. read more
