I am only giving 3 stars because of the extremely SLOW service. I used to order from here weekly, sometimes twice a week. Never getting a bad meal. Pizza is delicious, lunchbox deal is great! DO NOT try to EVER place a delivery order and expect to actually get your food in the time they quote you! I would suggest that you pick it up! And even then sometimes pick up food is not ready when promised. And for heaven's sake-PLEASE CHANGE THE HOLD MUSIC! Since we can never actually call and just place an order without being put on hold, give us something decent to listen to!!!! read more

Pizza express is always good. I've introduced this pizza place to a few friends of mine throughout the years. May not look like the fanciest place but the food makes up for it. The pizza sauce is sweet and ingredients are always good. Heavily recommend the potato spud. It's a unhealthy mess but if you're in the mood it's so so good. read more

I was in the Moraine area doing work today. I thought I would give this place a try based on the reviews here on Yelp. I called and asked for the specials and chose a medium, one-topping for $6.99. I told the person on the phone that I would like pepperoni and I would also like to pay for an extra topping (onion). I was informed that I could not pay for an extra topping on the specials because they do not allow it. I cancelled the order. I order pizza on a regular basis from many different establishments and in many different parts of the greater Dayton area (due to my work). This is the first time I have ever been turned down on buying an extra topping for a pizza that was on special pricing. It is very short-sighted not to permit this on a pizza order. Not only would I never order there because of it, but it has also costed them a negative review on Yelp. read more

My friends and I love this place for lunch....so far everything we tried is great. Fast service for lunch. ..they have wifi. ...try the hamburgers the buns are toasted with a little butter..they are delicious. My friends recommend the Ronda salad. read more

What an UNPROFESSIONAL JOKE!!! Phone skills and Customer Service= DEAD So I asked for the manager Candace and asked "Why are we being charged 3 delivery charges for 3 orders (paid for with seperate credit cards) and you're coming to the same location?? Is there anyway that you could fix that, I mean you're only delivering the food once??" Candace replies with the snottiest most defensive response that I have EVER experienced "If we put your order on a ticket.." blah blah blah about how her system worked. I reply "You're asking me to worry about your systems, could you just fix this order- there really is only one delivery" Again, even more unprofessional in her response "I dont care how you..." I can't even continue the unprofessional conversation. When I asked if she managed this for an owner, she replies - Yeah, MY MOTHER! Oh now I get it, mom is allowing you to run her business into the ground?!? NICE!! So, get what you get and shut your damn mouth, is the experience I have received. Well, Candace, heres a quick reality check for you: MY Perception is YOUR Reality! And I perceive you to be rude and lacking ANY knowledge of customer service or couth.
