First off, the spaghetti and meatballs were terrible. There were maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce hiding beneath the spaghetti. I had to add my own sauce. They didn't give us what we ordered. Then they charged us for their mistake. On top of that, they charge us for items we didn't order and didn't get. I was expecting a bill for $52 and was charged $70. My son placed the order and spoke with the manager who was going to call me back and issue a refund. Then they "researched" and discovered they gave us "large pizzas," which, being our first time here, didn't look large. One pizza was mushy, the other okay. Terrible customer service. The staff who came out from the back and involved themselves in the discussion that was being handled by someone else only ignited the situation to make it terrible for everyone involved. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We found this place on Yelp and decided to try it out. We got the special pizza (a chicken something) and wings. There isn't a lot of places to eat, so prepare to take everything home. The pizza was really good. Perfectly cooked on the bottom and the crust was actually good, unlike the normal chains. The wings were good as well. My boyfriend loved the garlic buttercheese wings. He thought they smelled and tasted like buttered popcorn. The kids liked the BBQ wings. We are looking forward to trying the fried chicken based on the other reviews. It's sad that I'm about to leave a negative review here. Typically this place offers the best pizza. But not tonight. My pizza (large sausage, onion, cheese) was heavy in tomato sauce and had just the right amount of onions but either forgot to include the sausage or it was so little that is was hidden by the over abundance of sauce. Cheese seemed light as well. Considering these are typically $20+ pizzas I would expect that it be made correctly and include the proper toppings as ordered. I'll have to give strong consideration before I order from here again since there are many options to choose from out there. read more

Just ordered from here tonight and am really impressed! Ordered a large pepperoni, large bbq pizza, and some fried chicken. Pizzas were both really good. The bbq had a nice tangy sauce and the pork was great. The fried chicken was solid also. I had a side of potato salad which Ill probably get again. It was creamy with some bacon in it. Real good. Only downside was they forgot my cornbread. Lil dissapointed but I was still stuffed. We'll definitely add this to the dinner rotation. Delivery guy was nice also. read more

It was 5 minutes away from me. The order person said give him 10 minutes! I was thinking, how could it only be 10 minutes. I hopped in my car and got there in 5. Of course the pizza wouldn't have been ready yet, but I want to be there when it comes out of the oven. It was ready pretty quick and off I went. The pizza was too hot to eat when I got home, which is great! It was delicious and very affordable compared to chain places. They won my business! read more

I had super high hopes for this place after reading reviews. We got a pizza and breadsticks and asked that one sauce be switched to garlic butter. Unfortunately, the sauce didn't get switched and the breadsticks didn't have any flavor. They were incredibly dry and just plain bad. Good pizza but staff lacks customer service skills. I came in about 10 minutes after my carryout order should have been ready. After verifying my order the guy went over to the rack and starred and opened pizza boxes for about 10 minutes and couldn't find the order. Finally after saying hey what's going on a young woman from behind the counter said we lost the order, we will get you order in the oven in a minute, and told me to wait over in the corner. Haven't been here in awhile. I became a big fan when they took over the old Hungry Howies and somehow managed to be able to keep some of the same menu items. The one I always ordered was the (what we called) Italian Calzone. Turns out it was what they just called a "sandwich". I would counter that by saying it's a baked gyro with sub/hoagie ingredients. Basically a folded thin pizza dough with Italian meat, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, Italian dressing, and some kind of crumbly semi-soft cheese, feta perhaps, with parmesean and olive oil sprinkled on top. Goddamn it was good. Was underemployed at the time so my budget for takeout was $0, but i would still splurge once a week, every week for 6 months, for one of those. Considering how much i love take out, that is really saying something. I consider these guys an early inspiration... Since then i never avoid trying an unfamiliar place just because it's small, out of the way, or doesn't have a fancy sign like it's neighbor chain restaurants. read more
