Pizza is always good, BUT the last two visits haven't been very pleasant. Last night, a small group of us went in at exactly 7pm, and got wings, pizza, and a few pitchers of beer (so it's not like we were just sitting there not spending money) and around 8pm my friend asked the counter person for dessert (last time we got a big cookie with ice cream that was delicious) and her response was "Well, I can't tell you no." I understand that it might have been a long day for that employee, but they had an hour before closing. He got annoyed and said never mind. I went up to the counter to speak to the employee to see if maybe there was miscommunication, and she told me the exact same story and continued cleaning. The PRIOR TIME we came in, it was kinda the same situation. We had a pitcher of beer that was almost full and 5 minutes before closing they were a little rude and rushing us out the door! So happy we finally have a great pizza place in Merced! Everything we have tried so far has been excellent. We've been there about 5-6 times now and they have been consistently amazing. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. There is a mini arcade for the kids and two party rooms for private parties. The manager and owners are friendly and really seem to care about the customers. I highly recommend trying the appetizers - the twisted breadsticks are addicting!! All in all, I think Pizza Factory is a major asset for Merced - this is exactly what we were missing!! read more

I never tried a Pizza Factory before. We did a take out. It wasn't too bad. I think they were a little bit skimpy on the toppings for the price. We ordered online but still had to wait an extra 20 mins after the scheduled pick up. We may try it again since it has only been open for a week. It might get better read more

Save your money and just go to Little Caesars. They use the same cheap cheese. Pizza is super oily. Blech!!

Just ordered a pizza, all meat with onions, olives, and extra cheese. Was delivered, when we opened it, it was soggy, couldn't tell extra cheese was added, was never given Parmesan or peppers. If you are considering pizza, obviously the people that gave reviews that was greater than a 1 star, has no idea what a good pizza is. Save your money...$40.00 for this in a large, and order domino's or pizza hut, both that i havent had in over 15 yrs...but would be ja better value, im sure. read more

They didn't take the coupon, you have to pay for ranch and the staff are not friendly. We went there several times because it's convenient. They never got better. So we never go back anymore. Compared to the pizza factory at Atwater, Okhurst and Mariposa, this is definitely the worst pizza factory. read more

Super disappointed! This was my first and last Pizza Factory experience! The sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can. The meat lovers was the worst! The free breadsticks (ordered a large pizza) were so greasy they soaked through the paper they came in. Chose to pick up on a very rainy night, got home and no dipping sauce for our greasy breadsticks. Way overpriced too! read more

Just here with a group of over 50 late at night. Great service and very accomodating, they stayed open to allow us to finish up, kept a tab for all the food we were ordering and everything tasted great! Manager was super friendly and understanding. Great pizza, great beer, great atmosphere! The BBQ chicken pizza here is freaking AMAZING! They have THE. BEST. HOMEMADE. RANCH too! And save room for the cinnamon breadsticks! I really like their cheesy breadsticks too, but I'm a sucker for the icing on the cinnamon ones, I'm not gonna lie, I usually get both (nom nom nom) They also have video games for the kiddos, sports games for the hubby, which means Mama gets to drink a beer in peace! After trying Merced, Le Grand and Mariposas location i must say Merced is by far the best over all. Their quality in ingredients tastes so much better and their staff is super kind! definitely worth the try you won't regret it. read more

Horrible delivery service! 30 minutes late, and pizza was warm. Then, I ordered two salads with chicken and only one was correct!!! Will never give them one more penny of my money. The guy says he was stuck behind a train for 30 minutes....really?!?! This food was bought and paid for and they still couldn't get it right. Extremely disappointing. My son used to work at a Pizza Factory and I really liked it, so I was excited when one opened nearby. Tried it tonight for the first time. The online order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:30. Not ready until 7:00! Completely disorganized. We ordered one sandwich, one Greek salad and one small order of wings. They kept saying, 'sorry, we've made a mistake in your order.' The mistake was ours in going there in the first place! The Italian sandwich was completely tasteless, I can't even describe how bad it was. No flavor at all. The Greek salad for $6.95 was a small portion of lettuce with a tiny sprinkling of feta cheese and a few black olives. What a rip off! The wings were miniature, and at $8.95 for 10 of them, worked out to $.89 each!! Never again. read more

I went here for a birthday party for a 3 year old. The place had a nice party room, and an individual room temperature control regulator, which was great! The pizzas were very good. The salad bar was fine and the food kept cold. It would be nice if they had a larger selection, but it's nothing that must be done. For the price, it was fine. The facility was clean. Excellent food and service. The BBQ Chicken pizza was perfect and they had a great selection of beer on tap. Lots of TV's which made it easy to watch the game. Staff was very friendly and happy to be of service. Owners were present when I was there and they introduced themselves, which was so great to see. Unprofessional and rude manager!! We were looking for a place to bring our 2 soccer teams after a soccer tournament. I called in advance and was told they would accommodate our teams and that they would offer us a discounted price on an extra large 1 Topping pizza. I asked for details on minimum order and was told no minimum and I can add as needed. I called in advance to place the order for 18 pizzas. Everything was perfect until we showed up and tried to place additional orders and was told that they can no longer extend the discounted price and that we would have to pay full menu price with only a 10% discount. I asked to speak to the manger because this was never told to me when I made the reservations nor when I paid for the initial order. The manger simply said , I simply can't extend that price because I'm loosing money. He was arrogant and not willing to listen. I do not recommend this place to host an event read more
