And wow... this has to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The wheat roll was soft, the roast beef portion was generous, and the flavor was spot-on. Then I opened my sandwich and found several of the ingredients I'd ordered and paid extra for were missing. After the additions and fees, the sandwich itself was nearly $20, and it was mostly bread. The bread was good, but if I wanted bread with a few vegetables on it, I wouldn't have paid $20 for a sandwich. I'd be more understanding if this were a one time mistake, but I've had the same issue with this location before. It's especially frustrating when you're being charged extra for ingredients that aren't even included. Between the significant delay and repeatedly receiving incomplete orders, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect better for a nearly $20 sandwich.

I really enjoy Togo's, especially this one here! I haven't had a problem with their food and their customer service is outstanding! The owner does everything he can to please all his customers; I have to say they go very great lengths to make sure everyone is satisfied. Anyway I wouldn't stop coming here just because of a few short comings. They do a really good job. I recommend this place to anyone I know! read more
